Claims (13)

  1. Einrichtung, umfassend einen Rahmen (2) und eine Abdeckung (1) mit einer Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels der Abdeckung (1) auf dem Rahmen (2), wobei die Vorrichtung eine Verriegelung (6) umfasst, die fest mit der Abdeckung (1) verbunden ist, die eine durchgehende Zugangsöffnung (4) zu der Verriegelung (6) für den Schlüssel (3) aufweist, der einen Arm (7) umfasst, dessen eines Ende (8) ermöglicht, die Verriegelung (6), wenn der Schlüssel (3) in die Öffnung (4) der Abdeckung (1) eingeführt wird, aus einer Verriegelungsposition, in der ein Bolzen (12) der Verriegelung (6) von einem Schließblech (13) des Rahmens (2) festgehalten wird, in eine Entriegelungsposition zu manövrieren, für die der Bolzen (12) von dem Schließblech (13) gelöst wird, wobei die Verriegelung (6) einen Rotor (11) umfasst, der drehbar in der Abdeckung (1) gelagert ist, der an dem einen (11b) seiner Enden durch die Öffnung (4) zugänglich ist und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende (11a) den Bolzen (12) derart trägt, dass unter Einwirkung des Schlüssels (3), wenn das Ende (8) seines Arms (7) in das entsprechende Ende (11b) des Rotors (11) eingreift, das Schwenken des Bolzens (12) um die Längsachse des Rotors (11) zwischen seiner festgehaltenen und von dem Schließblech (13) gelösten Position ermöglicht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (11) der Verriegelung (6) sich senkrecht unter der Abdeckung (1) erstreckt, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (4) der Abdeckung (1), die koaxial mit dem Ende (11b) des Rotors (11) ist, das in Eingriff mit dem Ende (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) sein kann, von einem Stopfen (18) verschlossen ist, der mittels einer Rückstellfeder (22) in Anlage unter der oberen Wand (1a) der Abdeckung (1) in seiner die Durchgangsöffnung (4) verschließende Position vorgespannt ist,
    und dadurch, dass der Schlüssel (3), wenn er in die Durchgangsöffnung (4) eingeführt wird, gegen die Rückstellkraft der Feder (22) die Verschiebung des Verschlussstopfens (18) entlang des Rotors (11) verursacht, dessen Ende (11b) in Eingriff mit dem Ende (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) gelangt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsöffnung (4) der Abdeckung (1) derart verschlossen wird, dass die flache Endfläche des Stopfens (18) bündig mit der Stirnfläche (11c) des Endes (11b) des Rotors (11) und der oberen Außenfläche (1b) der Abdeckung (1) ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsöffnung (4) der Abdeckung (1) eine kreisförmige Mittelöffnung (4b) und zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Nuten (4a) umfasst, die in die Mittelöffnung münden, und der Verschlussstopfen (18) in Form eines zylindrischen Abschnitts vorliegt, der an dem Rotor (11) der Verriegelung (6) verschiebbar geführt montiert ist und ein Endabschnitt (19) davon zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Zapfen (25) umfasst, die jeweils in die zwei Nuten (4a) der Durchgangsöffnung (4) eingreifen, wenn der Verschlussstopfen (18) seine die Durchgangsöffnung (4) verschließende Position einnimmt, wobei die Zapfen (25) des Verschlussstopfens (18) von der Durchgangsöffnung (4) gelöst werden, wenn der Arm (7) des Schlüssels (3) mit dem Ende (11b) des Rotors (11) der Verriegelung (6) in Eingriff steht, um den Rotor (11) von seiner Position aus, in welcher der Bolzen (12) der Verriegelung (6) in dem Schließblech (13) des Rahmens (2) festgehalten wird, zu drehen.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussstopfen (18) drehfest mit dem Ende (11b) des Rotors (11) der Verriegelung (6) verbunden ist und einen Flansch (21) umfasst, der an einer Innenseite (1d) der Abdeckung (1) anliegt, wenn der Stopfen (18) seine die Durchgangsöffnung (4) verschließende Position einnimmt.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüssel (3) am röhrenförmigen Ende (8) seines Arms (7) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Nasen (26) umfasst, deren Form zu den Nuten (4a) der Durchgangsöffnung (4) passt, um gegen die Rückstellkraft der Feder (22) das Eingreifen des röhrenförmigen Endes (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) durch die Durchgangsöffnung (4) und durch Drehen des Schlüssels (3), der in den Rotor (11) der Verriegelung (6) eingreift, bis zu einer Position zu ermöglichen, an der die beiden Nasen (26) des Schlüssels (3) an der Innenseite (1d) der Abdeckung (1) in Anlage gebracht werden und von dem Verschlussstopfen (18) und der Rückstellkraft, die von der Feder (22) auf die Nasen (25) des Verschlussstopfens (18) ausgeübt wird, an dieser Seite gehalten werden.
  5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussstopfen (18) mittels mindestens zweier Abflachungen (11e, 24a) von dem Ende (11b) des Rotors (11) bzw. der Mittelöffnung (24) des Verschlussstopfens (18) drehfest mit dem Rotor (11) der Verriegelung (6) verbunden ist.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (11) mittels eines fest mit der Abdeckung (1) verbundenen Lagerrings (23) drehbar montiert ist, und dass die Rückstellfeder (22) vorgespannt zwischen dem Flansch (21) des Verschlussstopfens (18) und dem Lagerring (23) montiert ist.
  7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (11) axial bezüglich dem Lagerring (23) gehalten wird, zum einen von einer Schulter (11d) des Rotors (11), die an einer Seite des Lagerrings (23) anliegt, die dem Verschlussstopfen (18) zugewandt ist, und zum anderen von einem elastischen Element (32), das derart zwischen der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Lagerrings (23) und dem Bolzen (12) angeordnet ist, der mit dem anderen Ende (11a) des Rotors (11) fest verbunden ist, dass das elastische Element (32) auf den Rotor (11) eine axiale Kraft zum Halten der Schulter (11d) des Rotors (11) an der entsprechenden Seite des Lagerrings (23) ausübt.
  8. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (32) eine Unterlegscheibe ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bolzen (12) aus einem flachen Arm gebildet ist, der zwischen dem elastischen Element (32) und einem Stift (30) zur axialen Halterung des flachen Arms angeordnet ist, der das Ende (11a) des Rotors (11) durchquert und mittels zweier Abflachungen (11g, 29a) von dem Ende (11a) des Rotors (11) bzw. von einer Öffnung (29) des flachen Arms, der von dem Ende (11a) des Rotors (11) durchquert wird, drehfest mit dem Rotor (11) verbunden ist.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerring (23) mittels zweier diametral gegenüberliegender Nasen (27) lösbar bezüglich der Abdeckung (1) befestigt ist, die von der Rückstellfeder (22) an einer Innenseite (14a) einer fest mit der Abdeckung (1) verbundenen Wand (14) in Anlage gehalten werden, die sich in einem vorgegebenen Abstand von der Innenseite der Abdeckung (1) parallel zu dieser befindet, wobei die Wand (14) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Nuten (28) umfasst, durch welche die beiden Nasen (27) des Lagerrings (23) eingeführt werden können, bevor die Nasen (27) mittels Drehung des Lagerrings (23) in Anlage an der Innenseite der Wand (14) gebracht werden.
  11. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussstopfen (18), die Rückstellfeder (22), der Lagerring (23), das elastische Element (32) und ein Abschnitt des Rotors (11) in einem Gehäuse (15) aufgenommen sind, das mit der Abdeckung (1) fest verbunden ist, und sich der Bolzen (12) außerhalb dieses Gehäuses befindet.
  12. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltewand des Lagerrings (23) eine Bodenwand (14) des Gehäuses (15) ist.
  13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (14) des Gehäuses (15) außerhalb des Gehäuses (15) zwei Anschläge (34) umfasst, welche die Verriegelungs- bzw. Entriegelungsposition des Bolzens (12) begrenzen.
