Claims (9)
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung der Teile, die zwei Magnetanordnungen (F, M) bilden, wobei sich die Teile, die jede der Magnetanordnungen bilden, um eine identische zentrale Achse verriegeln, wobei die Teile, die eine Magnetanordnung bilden, proportional und ergänzend zu den Teilen sind, die die andere Magnetanordnung bilden, wobei jede der Magnetanordnungen einen Dauermagneten mit axialer Magnetisierung (4, 9) umfasst, wobei die Magneten jeder der beiden Anordnungen derart platziert sind, um einen identischen Pol gegenüber aufzuweisen, wobei die magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung dazu bestimmt ist, eine erste Oberfläche (15A) und eine zweite Oberfläche (15) auf abnehmbare Weise zu verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:eine erste Magnetanordnung (F), die dazu bestimmt ist, an einer ersten Oberfläche (15A) eines Artikels oder Zubehörs befestigt zu werden, umfasst:- einen ersten ferromagnetischen Sockel (1), der eine zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (1C) aufweist;- einen ersten ferromagnetischen Teil (2), der sich in Form eines rohrförmigen Schafts darstellt, der eine feinere Sektion (2B) und eine breitere Sektion (2A) aufweist, wobei die feinere Sektion (2B) angepasst ist, um durch die zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (1C) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) hindurch zu verlaufen, wobei das Ende der feineren Sektion (2B) dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Befestigungsmittel (3) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) zusammenzuwirken und daran befestigt zu werden, wobei die andere breitere Sektion des rohrförmigen Schafts einen ersten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teil (2A) bildet, der die zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (1C) abdeckt und sich axial in Bezug auf die Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) erstreckt;- einen ersten Dauermagneten mit axialer Magnetisierung (4), der eine Höhe größer als die Höhe (H1) des ersten zentralen ferromagnetischen Teils (2A) aufweist, und eine zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (4C) mit einem Durchesser (D3) aufweist, der größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D1) des ersten hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teils (2A) ist, wobei der erste Dauermagnet (4) auf der Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1), also dem äußeren Umfang des ersten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teils (2A) angeordnet ist, sich der erste Dauermagnet (4) axial in Bezug auf die Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) erstreckt und aus dem ersten hervorstehenden zentralen ferromagnetischen Teil (2A), der sich in dessen Mitte befindet, hervorsteht, ein erster Pol (4A) in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) ist, wobei sich der zweite Pol (4B) axial gegenüberliegend befindet;- eine erste nicht magnetische Kapsel (5), die angepasst ist, um den ersten Dauermagneten (4) abzudecken und ihn an dem ersten ferromagnetischen Sockel (1) zu befestigen, wobei die erste Kapsel (5) einen oberen Teil (5B), eine äußere Seitenwand (5D) und eine erste zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (5E) aufweist, wobei der Durchmesser (D2) der ersten Durchgangsöffnung (5E) der ersten Kapsel (5) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D3) der Durchgangsöffnung (4C) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) ist, und größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D1) des ersten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teils (2A);eine zweite Magnetanordnung (M), die dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer zweiten Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs befestigt zu werden, umfassend:- einen zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockel (6), der eine zweite zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (6C) aufweist, wobei der zweite ferromagnetische Sockel (6) Umfangsabmessungen aufweist, die kleiner als der Durchmesser (D2) der Durchgangsöffnung (5E) der ersten Kapsel (5) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) sind, um in die Öffnung (5E) der ersten Kapsel (5) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) eingeführt werden zu können;- einen zweiten ferromagnetischen Teil (7), der sich in Form eines rohrförmigen Schafts darstellt, der eine feinere Sektion (7B) und eine breitere Sektion (7A) aufweist, wobei die feinere Sektion (7B) angepasst ist, um durch die zweite zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (6C) des zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockels (6) hindurch zu verlaufen, wobei das Ende der feineren Sektion (7B) dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Befestigungsmittel (8) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) zusammenzuwirken und daran befestigt zu werden, wobei die andere breitere Sektion des rohrförmigen Schafts einen zweiten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teil (7A) bildet, der die zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (6C) abdeckt und sich axial in Bezug auf die Oberfläche (6A) des zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockels (6) erstreckt;- einen zweiten Dauermagneten mit axialer Magnetisierung (9), der eine Höhe größer als die Höhe (H3) des zweiten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teils (7A) aufweist, und eine zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (9C) aufweist, wobei der zweite Dauermagnet (9) einen Durchmesser (D8) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D3) der Durchgangsöffnung (4C) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) aufweist, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (9C) des zweiten Dauermagneten (9) einen Durchmesser (D7) größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D1, D5) des ersten (2A) und zweiten (7A) hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teils jeweils der ersten (F) und zweiten (M) Magnetanordnung ist, wobei der zweite Magnet (9) auf der Oberfläche (6A) des zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockels (6), die sich über den äußeren Umfang des zweiten hervorstehenden Teils (7A) erstreckt, axial in Bezug auf die Oberfläche (6A) des zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockels (6) angeordnet ist, und aus dem zweiten zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teil (7A), der sich in dessen Mitte befindet, hervorsteht, ein erster Pol (9A), identisch zum ersten Pol (4A) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (6A) des zweiten ferromagnetischen Sockels (6) ist, wobei sich der zweite Pol (9B) axial gegenüberliegend befindet;- eine zweite nicht magnetische Kapsel (10), die angepasst ist, um den Magneten (9) abzudecken und ihn an dem ferromagnetischen Sockel (6) zu befestigen, wobei die zweite Kapsel (10) einen oberen Teil (10B), eine Seitenwand (10D) und eine zweite zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (10E) aufweist, wobei die zweite Kapsel (10) Umfangsabmessungen (D9) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D2) der ersten Durchgangsöffnung (5E) der ersten Kapsel (5) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) aufweist, wobei der Durchmesser (D6) der zweiten Durchgangsöffnung (10E) der zweiten Kapsel (10) kleiner als der Durchmesser (D7) der Durchgangsöffnung des zweiten Dauermagneten (9) ist, und größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D5, D1) jeweils des zweiten (7A) und ersten (2A) hervorstehenden Teils der zweiten (M) und ersten (F) Magnetanordnung;derart, dass sich bei Annäherung der beiden Magnetanordnungen (F, M) die erste Magnetanordnung (F) und die zweite Magnetanordnung (M) automatisch axial ausgerichtet befinden, wobei die zweite Magnetanordnung (M) in die erste zentrale Öffnung (5E) der ersten Kapsel (5) der ersten Magneteinheit (F) eingeführt wird, wodurch eine erste Einführung generiert wird, gleichzeitig der erste zentrale hervorstehende ferromagnetische Teil (2A) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) in die zweite zentrale Öffnung (10E) der zweiten Kapsel (10) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) eingeführt wird, wodurch eine zweite Einführung generiert wird, wobei sich der erste (4) und zweite (9) Magnet jeweils der ersten (F) und zweiten (M) Magnetanordnung mehr oder weniger auf einer selben horizontalen Ebene befinden, der erste (2A) und der zweite (7A) hervorstehende ferromagnetische Teil jeweils der ersten (F) und zweiten (M) Magnetanordnung miteinander verbunden sind, und die erste (F) und zweite (M) Magnetanordnung magnetisch festhalten.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kumulierte Höhe (H1, H3) der zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teile (2A, 7A), also die Überstandhöhe in Bezug auf die Oberfläche (1A, 6A) ihres jeweiligen ferromagnetischen Sockels (1, 6) größer als die Einführhöhe (H4) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) ist, wobei die Einführhöhe (H4) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) der Höhe zwischen der zweiten ferromagnetischen Oberfläche (6A) und dem oberen Teil (10B) der zweiten nicht magnetischen Kapsel (10) ist, sodass bei der Verbindung und Einführung der Magnetanordnungen (F, M) nur die zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teile (2A, 7A) miteinander verbunden sind, während der obere Teil der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M), der dem oberen Teil (10B) der zweiten Kapsel (10) entspricht, nicht in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) ist.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kumulierte Höhe (H1, H3) der hervorstehenden Teile gleich der Einführhöhe (H4) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) ist, sodass, zusätzlich zur Verbindung der beiden zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teile (2A, 7A) beim Schließen der Vorrichtung der obere Teil (10B) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M), der dem oberen Teil (10B) der zweiten Kapsel (10) entspricht, mit der Oberfläche des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1A) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) verbunden ist, was eine Doppelverbindung der Anordnungen, also eine Verbindung der beiden zentralen hervorstehenden ferromagnetischen Teile (2A, 7A) kumuliert mit der Verbindung des zweiten Magneten (9) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) auf der Oberfläche (1A) des ersten ferromagnetischen Sockels (1) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) ergibt.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführhöhe (H2) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) die vollständige und bündige Einführung der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) derart ermöglicht, dass der obere Teil der ersten Magnetanordnung (F), also der obere Teil (5B) der ersten Kapsel (5) auf der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche (15), auf dem äußeren Umfang der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) aufliegt.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Magnetanordnung (F) angepasst ist, um mit einem ferromagnetischen Element (14) zusammenzuwirken, das unter der Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs platziert ist, wobei das ferromagnetische Element (14) angepasst ist, um die Befestigungsmittel (8) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) aufzunehmen, und die zweite Magnetanordnung (M) an dem Artikel oder Zubehör zu befestigen, wobei das ferromagnetische Element (14) Umfangsabmessungen größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D9) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M), und vorteilshalber identische Abmessungen wie der Durchmesser (D4) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) aufweist, sodass eine magnetische Anziehung zwischen dem ferromagnetischen Element (14) und dem ersten Magneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) durch die nicht magnetische Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs hindurch beim Schließen der Vorrichtung erzeugt wird.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ferromagnetische Element (14) auf dem hinteren Sockel (6B) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M), also zwischen dem hinteren Sockel (6B) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) und der Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs positioniert ist, wobei das ferromagnetische Element (14) den Durchlass der Befestigungsmittel (8) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) ermöglicht, sodass eine magnetische Anziehung zwischen dem ferromagnetischen Element (14) und dem ersten Magneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) beim Schließen der Vorrichtung erzeugt wird.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein dritter Dauermagnet (16) mit axialer Magnetisierung unter der Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs positioniert ist, wobei der dritte Magnet (16) angepasst ist, um die Befestigungsmittel (8) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) aufzunehmen, und die zweite Magnetanordnung (M) am Artikel oder Zubehör zu befestigen, wobei der dritte Magnet (16) einen Durchmesser größer als die Umfangsabmessungen (D9) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M), und vorteilhafterweise gleich dem Durchmesser (D4) des ersten Magneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) aufweist, ein erster Pol (16A), identisch den ersten Polen (4A, 9A) jeder der beiden Magnetanordnungen (F, M) gegenüber dem zweiten Pol (4B) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F), die an der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche (15A) befestigt ist, angeordnet ist, wobei sich der zweite Pol (16B) gegenüberliegend befindet, sodass sich beim Schließen der Vorrichtung der erste Pol (16A) des dritten Dauermagneten (16), und der zweite Pol (4B) des ersten Dauermagneten (4) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) gegenseitig durch die nicht magnetische Oberfläche (15) hindurch anziehen.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Dauermagnet (16) in einem offenen Behälter, ferromagnetisch oder nicht, positioniert ist, der angepasst ist, um den dritten Dauermagneten (16) aufzunehmen und mit den Befestigungsmitteln (8) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) zusammenzuwirken, wobei der dritte Magnet (16) derart in dem offenen Behälter positioniert ist, dass der zweite Pol (16B) in Kontakt mit dem Boden des Behälters ist, wobei der erste Pol (16A) gegenüberliegend, also an der offenen Seite des Behälters, gegenüber dem zweiten Pol (4B) der ersten Magnetanordnung (F) ist, der sich an der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche (15A) befindet.
- Magnetische Verschlussvorrichtung mit konzentrischer Verriegelung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Magnet (16) auf der Oberfläche (15), also zwischen dem hinteren Sockel (6B) der zweiten Magnetanordnung (M) und der Oberfläche (15) des Artikels oder Zubehörs liegt.
