Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'application d'un fluide ( 8 ) de refroidissement sur un produit ( 1 ) laminé et/ou sur au moins un cylindre ( 3 ) de travail d'une cage ( 2 ) de laminoir ayant une emprise ( 9 ), le produit ( 1 ) laminé étant laminé en s'aidant de la cage ( 2 ) de laminoir, caractérisé en ce que la quantité du fluide ( 8 ) de refroidissement à appliquer est déterminée en fonction de la puissance efficace dans l'emprise, la puissance efficace dans l'emprise ( 9 ) se composant de la puissance du au moins un entraînement de la cage ( 2 ) de laminoir, additionnée de la puissance à la sortie de la cage ( 2 ) de laminoir, diminuée de la puissance à l'entrée de la cage ( 2 ) de laminoir.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la quantité du fluide ( 8 ) de refroidissement à appliquer est déterminée proportionnellement à la puissance efficace dans l'emprise ( 9 ).
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on détermine la planéité du produit ( 1 ) laminé sur plusieurs zones ( 11 ) dans la direction ( y ) de la largeur du produit ( 1 ) laminé et en ce que l'on applique le fluide ( 8 ) de refroidissement en fonction de la répartition de planéité qui a été déterminée de manière répartie sur les plusieurs zones ( 11 ) sur le produit ( 1 ) laminé et/ou sur le au moins un cylindre ( 3 ) de travail.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les stades suivants :
    i) détermination d'une quantité globale de refroidissement à appliquer en fonction de la puissance efficace dans l'emprise ( 9 ),
    ii) détermination de quantités de refroidissement pour les zones ( 11 ) en fonction d'un écart de régulation de la répartition de planéité,
    iii) détermination d'une différence de quantité de refroidissement par comparaison de la somme des quantités de refroidissement déterminées suivant le stade ii) à la quantité de refroidissement globale déterminée suivant le stade i),
    iv) détermination de proportions de quantités de refroidissement supplémentaire pour les zones ( 11 ) sur la base de la différence de quantité de refroidissement déterminée suivant le stade iii) en tenant compte des limites supérieures et inférieures des quantités de refroidissement pour les zones ( 11 ),
    v) répétition des stades ii) à iv) jusqu'à ce que la différence de quantité de refroidissement suivant le stade iii) devienne inférieure à une valeur qui peut être prescrite.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique le fluide ( 8 ) de refroidissement sur le produit ( 1 ) laminé à l'aide de plusieurs buses ( 5 ) associées respectivement à une zone ( 11 ).
  6. Produit de programme informatique comprenant des moyens de code de programme appropriés à la mise en oeuvre des stades d'un procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, lorsque le produit de programme informatique est exécuté sur un ordinateur ( 7 ) de commande.
