Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'entraînement tubulaire (1) pour enrouler et dérouler un dispositif d'occultation, notamment un volet roulant ou similaire, consistant dans un boîtier (3) insérable dans le tube d'enroulement (2) du dispositif d'occultation, dans lequel est intégré un moteur électrique (4) avec une transmission (5) qui s'y raccorde, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (3) est relié par complémentarité de force et/ou de forme avec le tube d'enroulement (2) et logé de façon coaxiale et librement rotative sur un tube intérieur (6) du dispositif d'entraînement (1), sur son côté (8) dirigé vers l'un des logements (7) latéraux du tube d'enroulement (2), le tube intérieur (6) étant bloqué en rotation par l'intermédiaire d'un bras de couple (9), en ce que dans un perçage central longitudinal coaxial (10) du tube intérieur (6), sur le côté (11) du tube intérieur (6) opposé au logement latéral (7) du tube d'enroulement (2) est inséré le moteur électrique (4) qui par l'intermédiaire de la transmission (5) qui est conçue sous la forme d'un engrenage planétaire, entraîne le boîtier (3) avec le tube d'enroulement (2) et le dispositif d'occultation et en ce qu'une commande (28) du dispositif d'entraînement (1) est insérée dans le tube intérieur (6), sur le côté (8) dirigé vers le logement (7) du tube d'enroulement (2), dans le perçage central longitudinal (10) du tube intérieur (6).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la transmission (5), respectivement l'engrenage planétaire consiste dans une roue solaire (13) placée sur l'arbre d'entraînement (12) du moteur électrique (4) et entraînée par ce dernier et qui entraîne au moins deux roues planétaires (14) qui consistent chacune dans deux roues dentées (20, 21) disposées l'une derrière l'autre, reliées l'une à l'autre de façon coaxiale et comportant différents cadrans divisés et un nombre différent de dents (18, 19) qui tournent quant à elles chaque fois dans deux couronnes dentées (22, 23) séparées, à denture interne coaxiale, l'une (22) des deux couronnes dentées (22, 23) étant fixement reliée au tube intérieur (6) et l'autre couronne dentée (23) étant reliée fixement au boîtier (3) et entraînant ce dernier.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'autre couronne dentée (23) est insérée dans un perçage (24) du boîtier (3) s'étendant de façon coaxiale au percage central longitudinal (10) du tube intérieur (6) et est bloquée à la manière d'un arbre canelé contre la torsion avec le boîtier (3), par l'intermédiaire de rainures (25) s'étendant à la longitudinale dans le perçage (24).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'autre couronne dentée (23) est reliée au boîtier (3) par l'intermédiaire de vis (26) insérées en direction radiale, de sorte à la garantir contre un déplacement longitudinal.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la commande (28) est insérée par l'intermédiaire d'une platine (30) dans des rainures longitudinales (29) dans le perçage central longitudinal (10) du tube intérieur (6), la platine (30) s'étendant jusqu'à l'extrémité postérieure (31) du moteur électrique (4) et étant enserrée entre un couvercle (33) fermant l'ouverture (32) du perçage central longitudinal (10) du tube intérieur (6) et les extrémités (34) des rainures longitudinales (29).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que sur le côté (35) de la platine (30) qui est dirigé vers le moteur électrique (4) son prévues des fiches plates de raccordement, qui réceptionnent des contre-fiches correspondantes du moteur électrique (4).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (4) est alimenté par une tension de 24 volts.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6 ou 5 et 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (12) saillit de part et d'autre hors du boîtier (3) du moteur électrique (4), sur la partie (37) de l'arbre d'entraînement (12) qui se situe sur le côté (38) du moteur électrique (4) qui est opposé à la transmission (5) étant disposé un générateur d'impulsions (39) qui par l'intermédiaire d'un capteur (40) ou similaire disposé sur la platine (30) est prévu pour mesurer le déplacement du dispositif d'occultation.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que sur la partie (37) de l'arbre d'entraînement (12) qui se situe sur le côté (38) du moteur électrique (4) qui est opposé à la transmission (5) est disposé un frein de maintien (41).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le bras de couple (9) est fixé par complémentarité de force sur le couvercle (33) fermant le perçage central longitudinal (10) et en ce que sur le bras de couple (9), un pivot (42) es disposé de façon interchangeable en tant que logement (7) latéral du tube d'enroulement (2).
