Claims (11)

  1. Caisson tunnel for roller blind (VR) comprising a mounting device (1) for mounting the caisson tunnel (VR) within a lintel (L) of a bay of a building, the mounting device comprising a protective cover (2) of substantially rectangular shape designed to cover, with its internal face, at least a portion of a roller blind apron winding, said cover (2) comprising a housing (3) delimited, on the one hand, by one of the longitudinal edges (4) of said cover (2), and, on the other hand, by a first rib (5) protruding perpendicularly relative to the internal face of said cover (2), said housing (3) being designed to receive a hatch for inspecting said winding, characterized in that said cover (2) comprises, on its external face, a flexible flap (6) that can occupy a first so-called rest position whereby it extends substantially parallel to said cover (2), and a second position whereby the flap (6) is substantially perpendicular so as to bear against the wall of the lintel parallel to the inspection hatch (T).
  2. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to Claim 1, characterized in that the flexible flap (6) of the mounting device (1) comprises at its base (7) a necking of material making it possible to produce a hinge with the cover (2).
  3. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the flap (6) comprises a bearing leg (8) making it possible, when the flap is in the second position, to limit the angular displacement of said flap (6) relative to the cover (2).
  4. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flap (6) of the mounting device (1) comprises a housing (9) at its free end, said housing (9) being formed by a wall (10) protruding perpendicularly and being intended to receive a sealing trim when said flap (6) is in its second position.
  5. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cover (2) comprises, at one of its longitudinal edges (4), a second rib (11) protruding perpendicularly relative to the external face of the cover (2), the second rib (11) and the first rib (5) being separated by a pitch corresponding substantially to the thickness of the inspection hatch.
  6. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cover (2) comprises a wall with curved profile obtained by a succession of secant walls.
  7. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the wall with curved profile has a radius of curvature substantially identical to the maximum radius of the roller blind apron winding.
  8. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to either one of Claims 6 or 7, characterized in that the wall with curved profile comprises a first wall (12) inclined relative to the internal and external faces of said cover (2), said first wall (12) being terminated by a second wall (13) substantially parallel to said faces of said cover (2), the second wall (13) being provided at its end with a third wall (14) substantially perpendicular to said faces of said cover (2).
  9. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to any one of Claims 1, 6, 7 or 8, characterized in that the dimensions of the first rib (5) and of the second (13) and third (14) walls of the wall with curved profile are determined such that these walls (13, 14) and this rib (5) define between them a housing (16) for receiving the inspection hatch for the roller blind.
  10. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting device is made of plastic material.
  11. Caisson tunnel for roller blind according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting device is made by an extrusion process.
