Claims (11)

  1. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen (VR) umfassend eine Montagevorrichtung (1) zur Montage des Tunnelkasten (VR) innerhalb eines Sturz (L) in einer Maueröffnung eines Gebäudes, wobei die Montagevorrichtung einen im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Schutzdeckel (2) enthält, der innenseitig zur Überdeckung wenigstens eines Teils der Plattenwindung eines Rolladen angepasst ist, wobei der gesagte Deckel (2) ein einerseits durch einen der Langsränder (4) des gesagten Deckels (2) und andererseits durch eine erste senkrecht zur Innenseite des gesagten Deckels (2) herausragende Rippe (5) begrenztes Gehäuse (3) enthält, wobei das gesagte Gehäuse (3) zur Aufnahme einer Schauklappe der gesagten Windung angepasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gesagte Deckel (2) aussenseitig einen flexiblen Laden (6) umfasst, der eine erste sogennante Ruhestellung annehmen kann, worin er sich im wesentlichen parallel zum gesagten Deckel (2) erstreckt, und eine zweite Stellung auch annehmen kann, worin der Laden (6) im wesentlichen senkrecht steht, um an die Wand des zur Schauklappe (T) parallelen Sturzes zu lehnen.
  2. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Laden (6) der Montagevorrichtung (1) in seiner Basis (7) eine Einschnürung enthält, um eine Scharniere mit dem Deckel (2) darzustellen.
  3. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laden (6) ein Stützbein (8) enthält, wobei das Stützbein (8) zur Begrenzung der winkligen Durchfederung des gesagten Ladens (6) gegenüber dem Deckel (2) dient, wenn der Laden in der zweiten Stellung steht.
  4. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laden (6) der Montagevorrichtung (1) in seinem freien Ende ein Gehäuse (9) enthält, wobei das gesagte Gehäuse (9) aus einer senkrecht herausragenden Wand (10) besteht und zur Aufnahme einer Dichtung ausgeführt ist, wenn der gesagte Laden (6) in seiner zweiten Stellung steht.
  5. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) auf einem seiner Längsränder (4) eine zweite, senkrecht zur Aussenseite des Deckels (2) herausragende Rippe (11) enthält, wobei die zweite Rippe (11) und die erste Rippe (5) durch eine Steigung getrennt sind, die der Dicke der Schauklappe im wesentlichen entspricht.
  6. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) eine aus hintereinanderfolgenden sich schneidenden Wänden bestehende Wand mit gekrümmtem Profil umfasst.
  7. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand mit gekrümmtem Profil einen Krümmungsradius umfasst, der dem Maximalradius der Plattenwindung des Rolladen im wesentlichen gleich ist.
  8. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand mit gekrümmtem Profil eine erste, zu den Innen-und Aussenseiten des gesagten Deckels (2) geneigte Wand (12) enthält, wobei die gesagte erste Wand (12) mit einer zweiten, zu den Seiten des gesagten Deckels (2) im wesentlichen parallelen Wand (13) endet, und die zweite Wand (13) auf ihrem Ende mit einer dritten, zu den Seiten des gesagten Deckels (2) im wesentlichen senkrechten Wand (14) ausgestattet ist.
  9. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen der ersten Rippe (5) und der zweiten (13) und dritten (14) Wände der Wand mit gekrümmtem Profil so bestimmt sind, dass diese Wände (13, 14) und diese Rippe (5) ein Gehäuse (16) zur Aufnahme der Schauklappe des Rolladens zusammenbilden.
  10. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtung aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  11. Tunnelkasten für Rolladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtung durch ein Extrusionsverfahren hergestellt ist.
