Claims (15)
- Rolladenkasten (1), welcher umfaßt: einerseits einen rohrförmigen Körper mit vorzugsweise rechteckigem oder quadratischem Querschnitt, welcher aus einem jeweils doppelwandigen oberen (2), unteren (3), außenliegenden (4) und innenliegenden Profil (5) zusammengesetzt ist, die durch eine Verrastung im Bereich ihrer Längsränder miteinander verbunden sind; und andererseits zwei Endstücke (6), welche an den beiden Enden des rohrförmigen Körpers angebracht sind und gegen welche sich die Profile abstützen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die untere Randwand (7) eines der Endstücke (6) ausreichend breit ist, so daß Befestigungs- und Durchführungselemente (8', 9') für Betätigungsorgane (8, 9) des Lamellenpanzers des Rolladens montiert werden können, daß das obere Profil (2) im Bereich seines nach innen gebogenen Längsrandes (2') eine Befestigungsfläche (10) für eine Längsabdeckung (11) umfaßt, welche mindestens teilweise vom oberen Rand (5') des innenliegenden Profils (5) verdeckt ist, welches eine Zugangsabdeckung bildet und welches in den Bereich der Endstücke (6) verlängert ist, daß das untere Profil (3) ein Teil (12) einer Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Verankern durch Formschluß umfaßt, welches sich über die gesamte Länge des unteren Profils (3) erstreckt und welches bei der Anbringung mit einem komplementären Teil (12') zusammenarbeitet, das auf einem oberen Querträger (13) eines Fensters zur Anbringung des Rolladenkastens (1) befestigt ist.
- Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verkleidete Befestigungsfläche (10) dadurch erhalten wird, daß einerseits die Zone (14) der Verrastung des oberen Profils (2) mit dem innenliegenden Profil (5) so nach unten verschoben ist, daß eine Stirnfläche (10) entsteht, welche oberhalb der Verrastungszone (14) und gegenüber dieser nach hinten versetzt liegt, und daß andererseits der obere Längsrand (5') des innenliegenden Profils (5) verlängert ist, welches jenseits der Zone der Verrastung mit dem oberen Profil (2) die Zugangsabdeckung bildet. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endstücke (6) eine obere Abstufung (15) aufweisen, welche sich über die sichtbaren innenliegenden Flächen der Endstücke (6) erstreckt, so daß eine Winkelabdeckung (16) angebracht werden kann, welche mit ihrem dem oberen Profil (2) benachbarten Abschnitt höhengleich zu der Befestigungsfläche (10) dieses Profils (2) liegt. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Verankern einerseits ein Verbindungs-Profilelement (12') umfaßt, welches auf dem oberen Querträger (13) des Fensters angebracht ist und welches insbesondere einen geneigten Verankerungsflügel (17) und eine dem Verankerungsflügel (17) gegenüberliegende geneigte Positionier- und Formschlußführungsfläche (18) umfaßt, und andererseits eine profilierte Längsvertiefung (12) in der Außenwand des unteren Profils (3) umfaßt, welche auf einer Seite durch eine Nut (19) begrenzt ist, die dazu dient, den geneigten Verankerungsflügel (17) formschlüssig aufzunehmen, und welche auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite durch einen schrägen Wandabschnitt (20) begrenzt ist, welcher sich an der geneigten Fläche (18) des Verbindungs-Profilelements (12') bei dessen formschlüssigem Einführen in die Längsvertiefung (12) des unteren Profils (3) abstützt. - Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verbindungs-Profilelement (12') einen hervorstehenden ebenen Abschnitt (21) umfaßt, welcher sich über die gesamte Länge des Profilelements (12') erstreckt und auf einem entsprechenden Abschnitt (22) der Wand der Vertiefung (12) ruht, wobei der ebene Abschnitt (21) und/ oder der Wandabschnitt (22) mit einem Klebemittel (23) versehen sind, welches ein Verriegeln der Formschlußverbindung zwischen dem Kasten (1) und dem betreffenden oberen Querträger (13) ermöglicht. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Endstücke (6) eine Vorrichtung (9') für die verschließbare Durchführung eines Betätigungsgurtes (9) aufweist, welche einen zylindrisch geformten Körper (24) umfaßt, der einerseits von einem radialen Spalt (25) durchquert wird, in welchem sich zumindest teilweise die freien Enden der Haare einer Bürste (26) in transversaler Richtung erstrecken, welche in eine der Wände eingesetzt ist, die den Spalt (25) begrenzen, und der andererseits in einer geeigneten Aufnahme angeordnet ist, welche zum Inneren und zum Äußeren des Kastens (1) hin offen und in der unteren Randwand (7) des betrachteten Endstückes (6) untergebracht ist, wobei der zylindrisch geformte Körper (24) beim Anbringen auf dem Endstück (6) entweder in einer von zwei möglichen verschließenden Stellungen oder in einer Stellung für die Durchführung des Gurtes (9) angeordnet sein kann. - Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zylindrisch geformte Körper (24) mit zwei radialen äußeren, sich gegenüberliegenden Vorsprüngen (28, 28') versehen ist, welche die außenliegende Öffnung der Aufnahme (27), welche den Körper (24) aufnimmt, verschließen können, wobei der eine Vorsprung zum mit der äußeren Wand der unteren Randwand (7) des betrachteten Endstücks (6) höhengleichen Verschließen und der andere Vorsprung zum überlappenden Verschließen der besagten außenliegenden Öffnung dient. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens das obere Profil (2) und das untere Profil (3) nicht-ebene Geometrie aufweisende innere Wände aufweisen, von denen bestimmte konkave Abschnitte sich so an die Außenkontur der durch den aufgerollten Lamellenpanzer gebildeten Rolle anschmiegen, daß die inneren Wände so nahe wie möglich zur Rolle hin gezogen werden. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein metallisches Verstärkungsprofil (29) mit vorzugsweise relativ großer Masse aufweist, welches auf der inneren Wand des unteren Profils (3) durch Verankern und Verrasten angeordnet ist und welches, nach Abdichtung im Bereich der Fügebereiche zu den Endstücken (6), mit dem letzteren einen longitudinalen Auffangbehälter bildet, wobei der Behälter einen innenliegenden seitlichen Rand (29') aufweist, welcher höher ist als der außenliegende seitliche Rand. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Profil (2) im Bereich seines außenliegenden Randes einen Flügel (30) aufweist, welcher sich nach unten unter die Zone (30') erstreckt, in welcher der Zusammenbau durch Verrasten mit dem außenliegenden Profil (4) erfolgt, und gegen dessen äußere Wand ein Abschnitt der inneren Wand des außenliegenden Profils (4) anliegt, wobei ein Klebemittel (31) für eine Verbindung zwischen den beiden sich berührenden Wänden sorgt und das außenliegende Profil (4) stabilisiert. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung des Lamellenpanzers einerseits bei dessen Eintritt in den Kasten (1) durch ein oder mehrere Führungsprofile (33) bewirkt wird, welche durch Verrasten auf der Vorderseite des unteren Profils (3) montiert sind, und andererseits beim Aufrollen auf eine Trägerwelle (34) durch seitliche metallische Platten (35) bewirkt wird, welche der Kontur des inneren Querschnitts des Kastens (1) gut entsprechen und welche mit Schrauben entweder an einer Endwand (37) der Endstücke (6) oder an Abstandshaltern (36) gegebenenfalls in einstellbarem Abstand von der Endwand (37) befestigt sind, wobei die Führungsplatten (35) eine untere Verlängerung (35') aufweisen, welche sich bis in die Zone geneigter seitlicher Flächen (32) erstreckt und eine Rundung oder eine Wölbung bildet, durch welche der Lamellenpanzer beim Eintritt in den Kasten (1) gestützt und seitlich geführt wird. - Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er mindestens eine Beabstandungseinrichtung für Lamellenpanzer aufweist, welche zwei auf Höhe ihrer Rückseite verbundene Führungsplatten (35) umfaßt, wobei die Platten (35) mit dem unteren Profil (3) und dem oberen Profil (2) über Zungen (38) in Höhe von Abschnitten (38') der Innenwände der Profile (2, 3) fest verbunden sind, die in der Nähe des innenliegenden Profils (5) angeordnet und ohne spezielles Werkzeug zugänglich sind, wenn das innenliegende Profil (5) abgenommen ist. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Zugangsabdeckung bildende innenliegende Profil (5) durch Verrasten mit den innenliegenden Längsrändern (2', 3') des oberen Profils (2) und des unteren Profils (3) und mit entsprechenden Haken (6') der Endstücke (6) abnehmbar angebracht ist und die gesamte vertikale innenliegende Fläche des Kastens (1), einschließlich der der Endstücke (6), mittels Endabdeckungen bedeckt, welche einen leichten Umbug aufweisen, der dazu dient, die Schrauben, welche das obere Profil (2) und das untere Profil (3) mit den Endstücken (6) verbinden, zu verdecken, wobei die Abdichtung zwischen den Endstücken (6) und dem innenliegenden Profil (5) durch vertikale Lippendichtungen (39) erfolgt, welche auf den vertikalen innenliegenden Flächen der Endstücke (6) befestigt sind, gegen die sich das innenliegende Profil (5) nach der Anbringung abstützt. - Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein aus einem thermisch isolierenden Material bestehendes Profil (40), welches sich teilweise an die Außenkontur der aus dem aufgerollten Lamellenpanzer gebildeten Rolle anschmiegt, vorzugsweise durch Verrastung mit dem oberen Profil (2) und dem unteren Profil (3) in die vor dem Einbau des innenliegenden Profils (5) vorhandene Öffnung eingesetzt ist, wobei ein Zwischenraum (41) zwischen dem thermisch isolierenden Profil (40) und dem innenliegenden Profil (5) vorhanden ist, in den gegebenenfalls eine schalldämmende Schicht (42) eingesetzt werden kann, die z.B. auf das innenliegende Profil (5) geklebt ist. - Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Schraubverbindungen zwischen einerseits den Profilen (2 bis 4), den Führungsplatten (35) und den Stützplatten (43) der Kurbel und der Trägerwellen (34) und andererseits den Endstücken (6) in Höhe von Rippen oder von Abstandsstücken (36) und in einem Abstand von der Endwand (37) der Endstücke (6) und vorzugsweise parallel zur letzteren verwirklicht sind, wobei zugleich alle Verschraubungen an Stellen angeordnet sind, welche durch die Öffnung direkt zugänglich sind, die man nach dem Entfernen des innenliegenden Profils (5) und gegebenenfalls eines Profils (40) aus einem thermisch isolierenden Material erhält.
