Claims (7)

  1. Einheit (1) zum Einbau und/oder Renovierung eines Fensters in einer Fensteröffnung (5) einer Mauer (6), die eine Wärmedämmschicht (7) von außen aufweist, wobei die Einheit umfasst:
    - einen Vorrahmen (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, in die Fensteröffnung (5) eingeführt zu werden, wobei der Vorrahmen (2) eine obere Wand (21) und eine untere Wand einander gegenüber aufweist;
    - einen Rollladenkasten (4), der Mittel zum mindestens teilweisen Abdecken von Helligkeit beinhaltet, die dazu bestimmt sind, ein Ende des Vorrahmens (2) abzudecken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorrahmen (2) einen umlaufenden Gürtel (23) umfasst, in dem die Wärmedämmschicht (7) von außen dazu bestimmt ist, sich einzufügen, wobei der umlaufende Gürtel (23) einen oberen Abschnitt aufweist, der durch eine Vorderwand (24) gebildet wird, die die obere Wand (21) im Wesentlichen senkrecht erweitert, wobei der Kasten (4) dazu bestimmt ist, an der Vorderwand (24) montiert zu werden,
    und dadurch, dass der umlaufende Gürtel (23) auf mindestens einer oberen Wand einen Abweiser (231) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich an der Mauer (6) anzulegen, um das Regenwasser, das an der Mauer (6) zum Kasten (4) rieselt, zu leiten,
    und dadurch, dass der obere Abschnitt des umlaufenden Gürtels (23) einen Schirm (25) umfasst, der Öffnungen (251) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Rieselwasser aus dem Abweiser (231) abzuleiten.
  2. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorrahmen (2) zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (22) umfasst, wobei sich die Seitenwände (22) an die obere Wand (21) und die untere Wand anfügen, und dadurch, dass der Kasten (4) zwei Gleitschienen (44) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Mittel zum mindestens teilweisen Abdecken von Helligkeit bei deren Öffnen und Schließen zu führen, wobei die Gleitschienen (44) jeweils fest mit einer Seitenwand (22) verbunden sind.
  3. Einheit (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschienen (44) an einem Ende des Vorrahmens (2) positioniert sind, das dazu bestimmt ist, das äußere Ende des Vorrahmens (2) zu bilden.
  4. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschienen (44) fest mit dem Kasten (4) verbunden sind, um einen Block zu bilden, wobei der Block durch Fixieren der Gleitschienen (44) an dem Vorrahmen (2) fest mit dem Vorrahmen (2) verbunden ist.
  5. Einheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Wand (21), die untere Wand und die Seitenwände (22) jeweils einen zurückgebogenen äußeren Rand (26) aufweisen, der eine Nut (27) bildet, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein Abdeckprofil (9) aufzunehmen, das die Wärmedämmschicht (7) von außen teilweise abdeckt.
  6. Einheit (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schirm (25) die Vorderwand (24) im Wesentlichen parallel zur oberen Wand (21) erweitert.
  7. Einheit (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorrahmen (2) an seinem Umfang ein Dämmelement (10) trägt, das dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen den Vorrahmen (2) und die Fensteröffnung (5) eingeklemmt zu werden.
