Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'échange de paires de roues de véhicules ferroviaires au moyen d'un dispositif déplaçable, le véhicule ferroviaire étant amené sur une section de voie surélevée (3),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la section de voie surélevée (3) comprend entre deux voies une fosse de travail (2) dans laquelle, au niveau d'une passerelle unitaire extractible (4), un échangeur mobile de paires de roues (1) est inséré avec précision,
    - un ou plusieurs vérins télescopiques hydrauliques de l'échangeur mobile de paires de roues (1) est sorti de manière à ce que la paire de roues à échanger (5) soit légèrement relevée jusqu'à son délestage,
    - ensuite, les deux éléments dissociables se trouvant dans les rails surélevés de la passerelle (4) sont débloqués par un système de verrouillage/déverrouillage (6) et sortis latéralement et posés sur des supports (12) jusqu'à permettre d'assurer un passage dirigé vers le bas de la paire de roues (5),
    - la paire de roues (5) détachée du châssis du véhicule ferroviaire est abaissée à une hauteur qui permet de prendre latéralement et de sortir ou de faire pivoter la paire de roues (5) au moyen du véhicule de levage mobile et,
    - ensuite, une paire de roues remise à neuf ou neuve (5) est réinsérée dans le châssis du véhicule ferroviaire dans l'ordre inverse ainsi que fixée et la passerelle unitaire (4) est fermée et verrouillée et
    - l'échangeur de paire de roues (1) est abaissé au moyen du vérin télescopique puis ressorti et enlevé de la fosse de travail au moyen du véhicule de levage mobile
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau des supports (12), au niveau de la passerelle unitaire extractible (4), le rail surélevé (3) et les sections de passerelle unitaire sont mis à la terre au moyen d'une boucle de câble (13) par un système de recyclage du courant moteur.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de verrouillage/déverrouillage (6) de la passerelle unitaire (4) est actionné par un système de levier basculant (9) à goujon de blocage (10) et à bride (11).
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage de l'échangeur mobile de paire de roues (1) fonctionne sous forme d'une table élévatrice à ciseaux ou d'un équipement de conception similaire.
  5. Dispositif d'échange de paires de roues de véhicules ferroviaires au moyen d'un dispositif déplaçable, le véhicule ferroviaire étant disposé sur une section de voie surélevée (3),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la section de voie surélevée (3) comprend entre deux voies une fosse de travail (2) dans laquelle, au niveau d'une passerelle unitaire extractible (4), un échangeur mobile de paires de roues (1) est inséré avec précision au moyen d'un véhicule de levage mobile,
    - l'échangeur mobile de paires de roues (1) comporte un ou plusieurs vérins télescopiques hydrauliques ou d'autres dispositifs de levage,
    - les rails surélevés présentent des passerelles unitaires dissociables (4),
    - les passerelles unitaires (4) comportent un système de verrouillage/déverrouillage (6) et le cas échéant un dispositif de mise à la terre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau des passerelles unitaires dissociables (4), le rail surélevé et les sections de passerelles unitaires sont mis à la terre au moyen d'une boucle de câble (13) par un système de recyclage de courant moteur.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que le système de verrouillage/déverrouillage (6) de la passerelle unitaire (4) est réalisé sous forme d'un système de levier basculant (9) à goujon de blocage (10) et à bride (11).
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de paire de roues (1) est composé de plusieurs modules.
  9. Dispositif selon les revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de paire de roues (1), pour permettre le positionnement, comporte un châssis de boudin de roue s'actionnant manuellement et réglable en hauteur par système hydraulique et une plate-forme coulissante pour permettre le positionnement lors du montage sur l'essieu.
