Claims (8)
- Véhicule automobile comprenant une installation de gaz d'échappement avec deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4), avec un diaphragme de tubulure arrière pouvant être posé sur les tubulures d'échappement (3, 4), qui est disposé dans une portion d'une partie arrière du véhicule, le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) étant connecté par un dispositif de retenue (10) à une ou deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) de l'installation de gaz d'échappement (1),
caractérisé en ce qu'entre le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) et les tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) sont disposées deux tubulures d'échappement internes séparées (5, 6) qui sont maintenues chacune enfoncée sur les deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) et qui sont connectées fixement au diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) de telle sorte qu'entre les deux tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) et le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) soit formé tout autour un canal continu (K). - Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'entre les deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) est fixé le dispositif de retenue (10), et dans un plan médian vertical des deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) est disposée une langue de retenue saillante (11) du dispositif de retenue (10), qui peut être insérée dans un logement (12) du diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) et qui est maintenue par le biais d'au moins un moyen de fixation réalisé en tant que vis filetée (14). - Véhicule automobile selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sur la langue de retenue saillante (11) est fixé un écrou fileté (13) et la vis filetée (14) peut être enfoncée à travers un alésage (15) du diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) vers l'écrou fileté (13) et être connectée à celui-ci.
- Véhicule automobile selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) présentent, sur leurs surfaces périphériques extérieures, plusieurs éléments de serrage (19) à ressort, précontraints vers l'extérieur, qui, dans l'état enfoncé, s'appuient dans le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) en étant maintenus contre une paroi interne, et une connexion fixe au diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) s'établit par le biais de moyens de vissage (17, 18).
- Véhicule automobile selon les revendications 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que sur les surfaces périphériques extérieures des deux tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) sont fixées des branches de support saillantes (16, 16a) orientées l'une vers l'autre, qui s'appuient dans l'état inséré dans le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) contre des butées disposées à côté du logement (12) en forme de queue d'aronde, et sont fixées par le biais des moyens de vissage (17, 18).
- Véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) peuvent être enfoncées hermétiquement avec les deux tubulures d'échappement (3, 4) à travers un élargissement de tubulure (20) et les extrémités libres des deux tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) opposées à l'élargissement de tubulure (20) présentent tout autour un entrefer (8) vers la surface périphérique interne du diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) au moins au niveau de la région d'embouchure de sortie des gaz d'échappement.
- Véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) sont réalisées dans la région d'embouchure de sortie à chaque fois sous forme de trompette élargie, et entre les régions d'embouchure du diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) et les régions d'embouchure des tubulure d'échappement internes (5, 6) est formé l'entrefer (8) et en ce que les tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) dans le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) sont disposées à chaque fois de manière espacée par rapport à la paroi interne et le canal continu (K) est obtenu sous forme d'isolation d'entrefer.
- Véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diaphragme de tubulure arrière (7) se compose d'une pièce coulée d'une seule pièce et les tubulures d'échappement internes (5, 6) se composent d'acier spécial et sont réalisées avec des parois minces.
