Abstract

L'invention concerne une robinetterie (1) sanitaire pour la distribution d'eau comprenant un dispositif de distribution d'eau (2), dans lequel un dispositif de guidage du flux (3) présentant au moins une plaque à trous (4) ou une structure à grilles ou à lamelles, dans la partie du dispositif de distribution d'eau (2) côté écoulement. Ledit dispositif de guidage du flux (3) comprend une pluralité d'orifices (6) ou de trous d'écoulement délimités par des parois (7) de guidage de l'écoulement. Ladite robinetterie de distribution d'eau est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de guidage du flux (3) est utilisé comme un dispositif de direction du jet, de sorte qu'en plus des parois de guidage du flux (7), au moins des orifices (6) ou des trous d'écoulement sont disposés en angle dans le sens d'écoulement de l'eau entrant côté amenée d'écoulement dans le dispositif de guidage du flux (3), et que lesdites parois (7) de ces orifices (6) ou trous d'écoulement dévient l'écoulement d'eau entrant dans le sens longitudinal. De manière surprenante, ledit dispositif de guidage du flux (3) est en mesure de dévier l'eau dans le sens axial des parois (7) également, lors d'un allongement longitudinal court, axial du dispositif de guidage du flux (3). De cette manière, l'utilisation d'articulations à rotule non esthétiques et encombrantes n'est pas nécessaire.

Claims (10)

  1. Robinetterie (1) de distribution d'eau sanitaire, comportant une sortie d'eau (2) dans la région de laquelle est prévu, côté décharge, un guide d'écoulement (3) qui est muni d'au moins un disque perforé (4) ou d'une structure respectivement en treillis ou à lamelles, présente un certain nombre de trous de sortie ou d'orifices de sortie (6) circonscrits par des parois (7) de guidage d'écoulement, et est réalisé sous la forme d'un orienteur de jets, lesdites parois (7) de guidage d'écoulement d'au moins certains trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6) individuels étant agencées, à cette fin, en décrivant un angle par rapport à la direction de l'écoulement de l'eau pénétrant, côté afflux, dans ledit guide d'écoulement, de telle manière que les parois (7) de guidage d'écoulement de ces trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6), dévient le flux d'eau d'arrivée dans la direction de leur étendue longitudinale, caractérisée par le fait que ladite robinetterie (1) de distribution d'eau est équipée d'une sortie d'eau non circulaire, en vue de former un jet d'eau large, mais aplati ; et par le fait que les axes longitudinaux des trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6), divergent ou convergent de façon telle que le jet d'eau, quittant le guide d'écoulement conçu comme un orienteur de jets, génère un jet global de configuration homogène, en mesure de conserver sa forme non circulaire sur un long trajet parcouru.
  2. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6), présentent une section transversale intérieure d'ouverture circulaire ou polygonale.
  3. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que les trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6) d'au moins un disque perforé (4) du guide d'écoulement (3) présentent une section transversale intérieure d'ouverture hexagonale, et sont agencés en nids d'abeilles les uns par rapport aux autres.
  4. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'un régulateur de jets est implanté en amont du guide d'écoulement (3) dans la direction de l'écoulement.
  5. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le jet d'eau, pénétrant dans le guide d'écoulement (3), est un jet d'eau aéré ou non aéré.
  6. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que le guide d'écoulement (3) comprend plusieurs disques perforés (4), ou structures (5) respectivement en treillis ou à lamelles, qui sont de préférence mutuellement espacé(e)s.
  7. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que les disques perforés (4) ou les structures (5) respectivement en treillis ou à lamelles, équipant le guide d'écoulement (3), sont disposé(e)s selon un angle identique, ou croissant respectivement en mode progressif vis-à-vis de la direction de l'écoulement de l'eau d'arrivée.
  8. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins le disque perforé (4) ou la structure (5) respectivement en treillis ou à lamelles, équipant le guide d'écoulement (3) et situé(e) côté décharge, est de configuration plane ou cintrée.
  9. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que le disque perforé (4), ou la structure (5) respectivement en treillis ou à lamelles, est fabriqué(e) en tant que pièce structurelle distincte et est relié(e), à un stade ultérieur, à un bord frontal situé côté décharge de ladite robinetterie de distribution (1), afin de générer une configuration cintrée ou non plane, voire d'adapter respectivement ledit disque perforé (4), ou ladite structure respective (5) en treillis ou à lamelles, au profil de ce bord frontal situé côté décharge.
  10. Robinetterie de distribution d'eau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que les axes longitudinaux d'au moins les trous de sortie, ou orifices de sortie (6) prévus dans la région marginale extérieure du disque perforé (4), sont dirigés vers l'extérieur ou vers l'intérieur.
