Claims (15)

  1. Soupape de dosage (2) pour la distribution dosée d'un liquide (3), de préférence cosmétique, sous pression, comprenant un boîtier de soupape (4) qui forme un espace de dosage (5) de la soupape de dosage (2), un élément de soupape (6) disposé dans le boîtier de soupape (4), une soupape d'entrée (8) et/ou une soupape de sortie (9), le boîtier de soupape (4) pouvant être fixé du côté de la sortie à un couvercle (16) pour la fixation étanche à la pression à un récipient (17) stockant le liquide (3), et la soupape de dosage (2) étant réalisée pour le remplissage sous pression, la soupape de dosage (2) présentant un récipient supplémentaire rigide (22), raccordé à l'espace de dosage (5) et augmentant celui-ci,
    caractérisée en ce
    que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est disposé ou monte à distance du couvercle (16).
  2. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est réalisé sous forme de pièce séparée, notamment de pièce moulée par injection.
  3. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est enfiché, encliqueté ou emboîté ou façonné ou surmoulé sur le boîtier de soupape (4) ou une tubulure d'entrée (21) du boîtier de soupape (4).
  4. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est connecté de manière imperdable, notamment par soudage, collage, ajustement serré et/ou engagement par coopération de forme, au boîtier de soupape (4).
  5. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le boîtier de soupape (4) et/ou est surmoulé sur le boîtier de soupape (4).
  6. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) et/ou le boîtier de soupape (4) sont réalisés au moins essentiellement avec une symétrie de révolution, sous forme cylindrique et/ou allongée.
  7. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) entoure le boîtier de soupape (4), une tubulure d'entrée (21) de la soupape de dosage (2) et/ou une conduite montante (20) s'y raccordant du côté de l'entrée, de manière périphérique, annulaire, cylindrique ou radiale.
  8. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) se raccorde au boîtier de soupape (4) au niveau de l'extrémité du côté de l'entrée et/ou au niveau de l'extrémité opposée au couvercle (16) du boîtier de soupape (4) et s'étend à l'écart du couvercle (16).
  9. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) est seulement disposé ou monté à l'extrémité du côté de l'entrée du boîtier de soupape (4).
  10. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) présente une portion (27) avec un contour extérieur se rétrécissant vers l'extrémité du côté de la sortie du boîtier de soupape (4) ou vers le couvercle (16).
  11. Soupape de dosage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récipient supplémentaire (22) présente un canal montant (33), notamment dans lequel le canal montant (33) est réalisé sous forme annulaire et/ou est disposé à l'intérieur du récipient supplémentaire (22).
  12. Dispositif (1) pour la distribution dosée d'un liquide (3), de préférence cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (17) fermé par un couvercle (16) pour le liquide (3) et une soupape de dosage (2) qui est fixée sur le couvercle (16),
    caractérisé en ce
    que la soupape de dosage (2) est réalisée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (17) peut être rempli ou est rempli par remplissage sous pression avec le liquide (3) et/ou un agent propulseur, notamment un gaz.
  14. Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel un spray capillaire, une laque pour les cheveux, un déodorant, une mousse, un gel, un spray colorant, un agent de protection solaire, un agent de soin de la peau, un agent nettoyant ou un produit cosmétique ou un désodorisant de l'atmosphère en tant que liquide (3) ou une mousse de sculpture ou un adhésif sont distribués de manière dosée et de préférence sont pulvérisés au moyen du dispositif (1).
  15. Procédé de fabrication d'une soupape de dosage (2) réalisée pour le remplissage sous pression, comprenant un boîtier de soupape (4) et un récipient supplémentaire (22) monté sur celui-ci, la soupape de dosage (2) étant réalisée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, le récipient supplémentaire (22) étant enfiché, encliqueté, emboîté ou façonné ou surmoulé sur le boîtier de soupape (4) et/ou une tubulure d'entrée (21) du boîtier de soupape (4).
