Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dispensing head for a preferably cosmetic product according to the preamble of claim 1, a dispensing device with such dispensing head according to the preamble of claim 14 and a use of a dispensing head according to the preamble of claim 15.
  • dispenser device is to be understood in the present invention, in particular a dispensing head, which is preferably attached to a container or its dispensing valve or to a hand-operated pump or attachable. In particular, it may also be a pressure vessel, a dispenser pump or the like.
  • the dispenser preferably serves for the non-spraying dispensing or dispensing of a preferably cosmetic product. However, it can also be a metering pump or hand-operated pump or any other dispensing device, such as a container, spray head, dispenser or the like, in particular for a cosmetic product.
  • a dispensing device and a dispensing head in particular for a cosmetic products.
  • an associated dispensing valve By depressing the dispensing head, an associated dispensing valve is opened and the dispensed product can exit through an outlet space and through a downstream outlet valve.
  • the volume of the outlet space is initially reduced upon actuation of the dispensing head and increased again after the actuation has ended, in particular after the dispensing valve has been closed, so that the product returns from the outlet or outlet valve is sucked back into the outlet space.
  • product is to be understood in particular also liquids, suspensions and fluids, possibly with gas phases.
  • the product may be dispensed as a paste, jet or mist or otherwise, especially as a foam or gel.
  • the dispenser is used for a cosmetic product.
  • cosmetic product in a narrower sense cosmetics, hair spray, hair lacquer, deodorant, shaving cream, paint spray, sunscreen or skin care products, generally means for beauty care, o. The like.
  • cosmetic product in a narrower sense cosmetics, hair spray, hair lacquer, deodorant, shaving cream, paint spray, sunscreen or skin care products, generally means for beauty care, o. The like.
  • the product may also be detergents or lubricants or other household agents, for example air fresheners, and in particular also other technical products, such as rust remover or the like.
  • the following is often only spoken of cosmetic product.
  • foaming or foamed products such as shaving cream, or donor pumps
  • This problem is particularly blatant with shaving foam or the like, but also occurs in non-foamed or non-intumescent products and can in particular lead to undesirable contamination of the dispensing devices.
  • WO 2007/104561 A2 discloses a dispensing device.
  • the dispenser has a dispensing head with an outlet space and a downstream outlet valve for preventing a subsequent escape of products. By depressing the dispensing head, the latter can open an associated dispensing valve of the dispensing device via a connection section, so that the product can be dispensed from the dispensing valve via the outlet chamber and the outlet valve.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide an improved dispensing head and an improved dispensing device and a use, so that a NachJeumen or dripping of product after completion of an operation of the dispensing head or the dispensing device can be avoided or (further) minimized.
  • One aspect of the present invention is that the volume of the outlet space is reduced and / or when the dispensing head or dispensing valve is actuated upon actuation of the dispensing head or dispensing valve, to retain and / or suck in the outlet space after actuation or closing of the dispensing valve, or to create a certain negative pressure in the outlet space.

  • the dispensing device or the dispensing head may also have a nozzle or opening as an outlet. If necessary, the outlet valve can also form a nozzle.
  • a particularly elastic deformation of a wall of the outlet space is provided.
  • the wall is pressed upon actuation of the dispensing head and here reduced by the volume of the outlet space. After completion of the operation, the wall, in particular due to elastic recovery, preferably as automatically, assume the original shape again, thereby increasing the outlet again.

  • the preferred increase in the volume of the outlet space after closing the dispensing valve may result in that which is downstream of the outlet space Exhaust valve closes faster because the pressure in the outlet space decreases faster than at constant volume of the outlet space.
  • product located in the outlet space after closing the dispensing valve can still be re-foamed, and this resulting volume can be absorbed by the enlarged volume of the outlet space.
