Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif (1) servant à supporter, à empiler et à transporter des produits à cuire, en particulier lors de la cuisson de produits céramiques, comprenant un ensemble de supports et d'éléments supports, en particulier des poutres porteuses, des traverses, de grandes plaques ou des éléments analogues, sur lesquels il est prévu, en particulier, un ou plusieurs appuis servant à placer les produits à cuire, comprenant au moins une douille (3), sensiblement carrée, disposée sur un chariot de four, douille dans laquelle est disposé un support (2) sensiblement carré, où la douille (3) comporte au moins un moyen de réglage (4) qui est logé dans la douille (3) et peut être appliqué contre le support (2),
    caractérisé en ce que la douille (3) comporte en outre au moins un moyen de pression (6) formé par au moins un élément agissant de façon élastique, moyen de pression qui peut être précontraint sous l'effet des moyens de réglage (4, 4') et, ainsi, des forces de rappel peuvent être constituées contre le support (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pression est formé, de préférence, par des ressorts hélicoïdaux ou des rondelles-ressorts ayant une force de précontrainte de 500 N à 2000 N.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour éviter des pics ponctuels de tension de compression, des plaques de serrage (7, 8, 9) disposées entre les moyens de réglage (4) ou les moyens de pression (6), et le support (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de serrage (7, 8, 9) servant au découplage du support (2), par rapport à la douille (3), comportent une couche d'un matériau thermiquement isolant.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond de la douille (3) est pratiquement fermé, et un moyen de réglage (4') servant au réglage en hauteur du support (2) est disposé au fond de la douille (3).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux premiers moyens de réglage (4) sont disposés sur un côté de la douille (3), sensiblement au milieu et verticalement l'un au-dessus de l'autre, par rapport à l'alignement perpendiculaire sur un seul côté, dans un plan parallèle aux premiers moyens de réglage (4) du support.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que deux deuxièmes moyens de réglage (4') sont disposés sur un côté de la douille (3) adjacent au côté comprenant les premiers moyens de réglage (4), sensiblement au milieu et verticalement l'un au-dessus de l'autre, par rapport à l'alignement perpendiculaire de la douille (3), sur tous les côtés.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un troisième moyen de réglage est disposé sur côté de la douille (3) adjacent au côté comprenant les premiers moyens de réglage, un quatrième et un cinquième moyens de réglage étant disposés verticalement par rapport au troisième et espacés horizontalement l'un de l'autre.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, à chaque fois, au moins un moyen de pression (6) est disposé sur deux côtés adjacents de la douille (3), en agissant sensiblement de façon centrale sur le support (2), ou bien est disposé sur un bord vertical de la douille (3), en agissant en diagonale sur le support (2).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (4, 4', 4") sont des vis.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (4, 4', 4") comprennent des moyens servant à la fixation de la position des moyens de réglage (4, 4', 4").
