Claims (20)

  1. Ensemble de pièces destinées à être assemblées pour constituer un système d'occultation (1) pour une fenêtre de toit, comprenant :
    un boîtier supérieur (2) contenant un élément d'occultation (9), tel qu'un store en toile ou un volet roulant, et
    un premier rail latéral (3) et un second rail latéral (4) pour guider l'élément d'occultation (9),
    chaque rail latéral comprenant une pièce de matériau rigide et continue et présentant une première extrémité (3a, 4a) et une seconde extrémité (3b, 4b), les premières extrémités (3a, 4a) des premier et second rails latéraux (3, 4) étant conçues pour être raccordées au boîtier supérieur, formant de ce fait une configuration de U inversé (2),
    ledit ensemble de pièces comprenant, de plus, un système de cordon (6) doté d'un premier cordon (7) agencé en vue de s'étendre entre une partie d'extrémité de l'élément d'occultation (9) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de renvoi (10) au niveau de la seconde extrémité (3b) du premier rail latéral (3) vers une bobine de cordon (11) disposée au niveau du boîtier supérieur (2), caractérisé en ce que
    chaque rail latéral (3, 4) est fixé de façon libérable à des moyens de protection de l'installation et de transport prévus au niveau du boîtier supérieur (2) parallèlement au boîtier supérieur (2) en vue d'une retenue libérable de chaque rail latéral (3, 4) dans une position de transport et d'installation, les moyens de protection de l'installation et de transport comportant un collier de fixation en matière plastique (5) doté de moyens d'engagement destinés au boîtier supérieur (2) sur l'un de ses côtés et de moyens d'engagement destinés aux rails latéraux (3, 4) sur l'autre de ses côtés.
  2. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le collier de fixation pour la protection de l'installation et le transport (5) comporte une première branche dotée d'une première mâchoire (33) et une seconde branche dotée d'une seconde mâchoire (34) destinées à s'engager avec le boîtier supérieur (2).
  3. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le collier de fixation pour la protection de l'installation et le transport (5) comporte un ensemble de clips (35, 36) destinés à l'engagement et à la retenue d'un rail latéral (3, 4).
  4. Ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel le collier de fixation pour la protection de l'installation et le transport (5) est fabriqué avec un matériau doté de propriétés élastiques.
  5. Ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel deux colliers de fixation pour la protection de l'installation et le transport (5) sont fournis.
  6. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 1, comprenant, de plus, un second cordon disposé pour s'étendre entre une partie d'extrémité de l'élément d'occultation par l'intermédiaire de moyens de renvoi au niveau de la seconde extrémité du second rail latéral et une bobine de cordon disposée au niveau du boîtier supérieur.
  7. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier et/ou le second cordon(s) (7) est (sont) raccordé(s) aux moyens de renvoi (10) d'une façon non libérable.
  8. Ensemble de pièces selon les revendications 6 ou 7, comprenant, de plus, des moyens élastiques (12) pour absorber un relâchement ou une extension du cordon ou des cordons du système de cordon (6) pendant l'installation et ou en fonctionnement.
  9. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens élastiques (12) comportent un ressort, de préférence un ressort de compression à vis, logé dans une barre inférieure (8) raccordée à l'extrémité du store en toile ou du volet roulant.
  10. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens élastiques (12) comportent un ressort raccordé au niveau de la première extrémité aux moyens de renvoi (10) et raccordé au niveau de l'autre extrémité à la seconde extrémité (b) du premier rail latéral (3).
  11. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, dans lequel les moyens élastiques (12) sont, soit comprimés, soit en extension pendant l'installation des rails latéraux (3,4) sur le boîtier supérieur (2).
  12. Ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus comportant, de plus, des moyens d'engagement destinés à l'engagement desdits premier et second rails latéraux avec un cadre de fenêtre.
  13. Ensemble de pièces selon la revendication 12, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'engagement sont un élément de couplage libérable, tel qu'une broche s'engageant dans un trou.
  14. Ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel l'ensemble de pièces à l'état de livraison est fourni sous la forme d'un système d'occultation entièrement équipé, tous les éléments étant interconnectés et prêts à être installés sur une fenêtre de toit.
  15. Ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel le boîtier supérieur (2) comprend des moyens de raccordement libérable à un support de montage (40).
  16. Procédé d'assemblage d'un système d'occultation (1) destiné à une fenêtre de toit, comportant les étapes comprenant le fait de :
    fournir un ensemble de pièces selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant de fournir les moyens de protection pour le transport et l'installation sous la forme d'un collier de fixation en matière plastique (5) doté de moyens d'engagement pour le boîtier supérieur (2) sur l'un de ses côtés et des moyens d'engagement pour les rails latéraux (3, 4) sur l'autre de ses côtés,
    fixer ledit boîtier supérieur (2) à une partie de la fenêtre,
    libérer ledit premier rail latéral (3) desdits moyens de protection pour le transport et l'installation,
    raccorder ladite première extrémité (3a) dudit premier rail latéral (3) au dit boîtier supérieur (2),
    libérer ledit second rail latéral (4) desdits moyens de protection pour le transport et l'installation, et
    raccorder ladite première extrémité (4a) dudit second rail latéral (4) au dit boîtier supérieur (2),
    de façon à former de ce fait une configuration de U inversé.
  17. Procédé d'installation selon la revendication 16 dans lequel le premier et/ou le second cordon(s) (7) est (sont) raccordé(s) aux moyens de renvoi (10) d'une façon non libérable, comprenant, de plus, les étapes intermédiaires comprenant le fait de :
    déplacer le rail latéral jusqu'à une position perpendiculaire à la longueur du boîtier supérieur de façon à placer le cordon dans une piste située sur le côté inférieur du rail latéral,
    tirer la première extrémité (3a, 4a) du rail latéral sur une petite distance en s'écartant du boîtier supérieur, de façon que les moyens élastiques (12) en liaison avec le cordon (7) sont, soit comprimés, soit en extension,
    déplacer la première extrémité (3a, 4a) du rail latéral en engagement avec des moyens de retenue entre le boîtier supérieur et l'extrémité du rail latéral de façon à libérer la compression ou l'extension des moyens élastiques.
  18. Procédé d'installation selon la revendication 17, dans lequel une compression ou une extension des moyens élastiques est maintenue après la fin de l'installation.
  19. Procédé d'installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, comportant les étapes intermédiaires comprenant le fait de :
    raccorder le cordon aux moyens de renvoi (10) au niveau de la seconde extrémité (b) du premier rail latéral (3).
  20. Procédé d'installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, comportant les étapes supplémentaires comprenant le fait de :
    raccorder le premier rail latéral (3) à une partie de cadre de la fenêtre,
    raccorder le second rail latéral (4) à une partie de cadre de fenêtre de telle sorte que le système d'occultation soit raccordé seulement à la fenêtre en quatre points.
