Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour la coulée horizontale d'acier en feuillards à haute teneur en manganèse, afin de produire un pré-feuillard d'une épaisseur ≤ 15 mm, constitué d'un réceptacle d'entrée contenant la matière en fusion, une zone de refroidissement primaire comprenant deux rouleaux de renvoi et une bande de transport en recirculation refroidie, et une zone de refroidissement secondaire qui s'y raccorde et qui comprend un train de rouleaux capoté,
    caractérisé en ce que
    avant le début de la zone de refroidissement secondaire, à savoir entre les zones de refroidissement primaire et secondaire, il est prévu un élément de guidage (2) qui comprend au moins un rouleau (11).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage (2) est constitué par plusieurs rouleaux (11, 11') situés au-dessus et au-dessous du pré-feuillard (10') qui sont agencés en une position face-à-face ou en décalage les uns par rapport aux autres.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les rouleaux (11, 11') sont agencés de façon mobile vers le pré-feuillard (10') ou en éloignement du pré-feuillard (10').
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les premiers rouleaux (11, 11') sont agencés de telle sorte qu'il en résulte un mouvement ascendant guidé du pré-feuillard et que les rouleaux successifs (11, 11') sont agencés de façon décalée en hauteur par rapport à la ligne de coulée.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage (2) est constitué par un train de rouleaux agencés en décalage les uns par rapport aux autres, et les rouleaux (11, 11') situés en quinconce soit au-dessus soit au-dessous du pré-feuillard (10') s'enfoncent d'une valeur prédéterminée entre les deux rouleaux respectifs opposés (11, 11').
