Claims (9)

  1. Four électrique de cuisine comprenant un moufle (M), des éléments chauffants et, si nécessaire, des dispositifs de ventilation internes, une porte avant (S) se déplaçant sur des guidages (D) qui sont solidaires dudit moufle (M), pour déplacer ladite porte (S) en direction horizontale, où un élément horizontal (P) est solidaire de ladite porte (S), ledit élément horizontal (P) se déplaçant solidairement de ladite porte (S), caractérisé en ce que la porte (5) coulisse sur les guidages, et en ce que l'élément horizontal (P) est un élément horizontal de fond (P), qui comprend :
    - au moins un élément chauffant (R), avec une plaque de support et de cuisson (A) positionnée sur celui-ci ;
    - un boîtier de support inférieur (T) contenant une ou plusieurs couches de matériau isolant (I) interposées entre ledit au moins un élément chauffant (R) et ledit boîtier de support inférieur (T) ;
    - une ou plusieurs bobines électromagnétiques interposées entre ledit boîtier de support inférieur (T) et ladite plaque de support supérieure et de cuisson (A) vitrocéramique, et où lesdites une ou plusieurs bobines électromagnétiques génèrent un champ magnétique apte à chauffer par induction un ou plusieurs conteneurs métalliques positionnés sur ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A).
  2. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A) est une plaque vitrocéramique.
  3. Four selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément chauffant (R) est une résistance électrique.
  4. Four selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément horizontal de fond (P), coulissant solidairement de ladite porte (S), comprend en outre une masse métallique positionnée près ou comprise dans ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A) réalisée en vitrocéramique, ladite masse métallique étant indiquée pour être chauffée par induction par le champ magnétique généré par lesdites une ou plusieurs bobines.
  5. Four selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également une ou plusieurs résistances électriques interposées entre ledit boîtier de support inférieur (T) et ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A).
  6. Four selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs grilles (G, G1) et/ou plaques et/ou conteneurs pour aliments sont solidaires de ladite porte (S) et/ou de ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A).
  7. Four selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites grilles et/ou plaques et/ou conteneurs pour aliments sont liés de manière amovible à une ou plusieurs pattes de support (B) solidaires de ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A).
  8. Four selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque de support et de cuisson (A) comprend en outre une ou plusieurs plaques de support ou grilles pour aliments tournantes.
  9. Four selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de ladite porte (S) et la translation horizontale simultanée vers l'extérieur dudit élément horizontal (P) et dudit au moins un élément chauffant (R) provoquent l'ouverture du circuit électrique qui alimente ledit au moins un élément chauffant (R).
