Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau four permettant de faire cuire des aliments, qui comprend une cloison amovible (2), pouvant être insérée entre le plafond (1.4) et le plancher (1.5) à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson, conçue pour diviser ladite chambre de cuisson en deux semi-chambres de cuisson adjacentes latéralement (1a, 1b). Des glissières (1.3, 2.1) permettant de supporter des grilles sont agencées sur les surfaces internes latérales (1.1, 1.2) de la chambre de cuisson et sur les surfaces latérales de la cloison amovible (2). Deux sources de chaleur ou plus assurent le chauffage indépendant des deux semi-chambres (1a, 1b).
