Definitions
- the invention relates to a distribution terminal module for telecommunications and data technology according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a distributor connection module for telecommunications and data technology comprising a housing in which are arranged externally accessible input and output contacts for connecting lines and wires, wherein the housing is formed with a cavity in the at least one printed circuit board is arranged, wherein the input and output contacts are arranged on the opposite end sides of the housing, wherein the input contacts of an input side and the output contacts are assigned to an output side, wherein the input contacts are formed as at least two opposing rows of contacts and the Output contacts are designed as at least one connector.
- the input contacts are formed as connector modules having contact elements, each having a insulation displacement contact and a fork contact, wherein the latter, the electrical and mechanical contact is made to the circuit board.
- the invention is therefore based on the technical problem of providing a distributor connection module in which the connection between the connector module and the printed circuit board is easier to detach.
- At least one support for a lever tool is arranged on the housing laterally to the connector module. This makes it possible toRadiophilic touch the connector module of the circuit board with relatively little force, so that the connector module can be removed and the circuit board is freely accessible.
- a support is arranged on both sides of the connector module. This creates on the one hand a higher degree of freedom during disassembly, since optionally the accessibility with the lever tool is different, on the other hand, the removal of the connector module is easier when it is removed from both sides of the circuit board.
- the support is designed as a U-shaped elevation, comprising two legs and a base part.
- the base serves as a bearing and the legs as guides for the tool.
- the base is slightly shorter or flatter than the legs, so that a lateral sliding is prevented.
- the base of the elevation is bevelled inwardly, which further improves the guidance of the lever tool.
- the connector module has at least one lateral opening, which protrudes from the end face of the distributor connection module in the inserted state. In this opening then the lever tool can be inserted.
- the opening and projections are conceivable, under which the lever tool is feasible.
- the housing is formed at least in two parts, comprising a base part and a front part, wherein the front part forms the end face carrying the connector modules. Further preferably, the support is arranged on the front part.
- a pivotable sign frame is arranged on the housing, wherein the pivotable sign frame can occupy at least two positions, wherein in a first pivoted position, the one or more connector modules are freely accessible and in a second position of the sign frame is arranged parallel to the end face. Freely means that the connector modules are connected and / or removed from the housing. However, this does not rule out that at least individual contacts or a connector module are not accessible or even in the position where the sign frame is parallel to the end face.
- the advantage of a hinged sign frame over an attached sign frame is that while switching on wires or removing from a connector module, the sign frame remains on the housing, so that it can not be lost.
- brackets are arranged on the side of the sign frame on whose inner side a projection is arranged, which engages in each case in a pivot bearing arranged on the housing, the projection preferably being designed as a cylinder.
- the pivot bearings are formed as perpendicular to the end face plates having openings into which the lugs of the bracket can engage.
- the support for the lever tool is preferably higher than the pivot bearing of the sign frame, so that they do not hinder the levering.
- FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a distribution terminal module with swung-sign frame
- FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the sign frame in a second position
- 3 is a front perspective view without a sign frame with a lever tool
- 4 is a perspective view of a sign frame
- Fig. 5 is a front view of a distribution terminal module
- Fig. 6 is a sectional view through the second housing part.
- the distributor connection module 1 comprises a first housing part 11 (base part) and a second housing part 12 (front part), which are latched together and form a housing 10.
- the housing 10 has a cavity in which at least two printed circuit boards are arranged.
- the connector modules 14, 15 themselves also have a two-part housing.
- the connector modules 14, 15 each comprise a series of contact elements formed with two contacts, an insulation displacement contact 16 accessible from outside the housing 10, and an inwardly directed fork contact by means of which the contact element connects the circuit board electrically and mechanically ,
- the contact elements are supported in such a way in the housing of the connector module 14, 15, that they can absorb the Anschaltment occurring when contacting the wires in the insulation displacement contacts 16.
- the first housing part 11 also has arcuate lugs 17, by means of which the distributor connection module 1 can be latched onto round rods, not shown, of a mounting frame.
- the front side 13 opposite end face preferably also has openings through which further connector modules are push-through.
- These connector modules may be similar to the connector modules 14, 15 or may be formed as a multi-pin connector.
- two plates 18 are arranged in the upper region, which are perpendicular to the end face 13.
- the plates 18 each have a rounded opening 19 and two rectangular recesses 20, 21 (see FIG. 3).
- the recess 20 is slightly shorter than the recess 21, i. the recess 21 extends slightly more towards the front side 13.
- a sign frame 30 comprises a writing surface, which is flat and is preferably covered by a transparent plastic strip 31 which under Webs 32 is slidable. Laterally two brackets 33 are arranged on the inscription area. In this case, a lower edge 34 of the bracket 33 extends evenly obliquely upward, whereas an upper edge 35 initially rises slightly less steep, which initially has a taper of the bracket 33 result (see Fig. 2). In a break point 36, then the edge 35 increases steeply, then to pass into a shallow area. In the position shown in FIG. 2, the rear edge 37 of the bracket is parallel to the end face 13 and is supported by a stop 22 of the housing part 12. In the region of the break point 36, a latching element 39 (see FIG. 4) is arranged on the inside of the bracket 33, which is preferably formed diamond-shaped. In the region of the flat part of the edge 35, a cylindrical projection 38 is arranged on the inside, which engages in the opening 19 of the plate 18.
- the second housing part 12 is formed with four U-shaped elevations 23.
- the U-shaped elevations 23 are each arranged laterally next to the openings for the connector modules 14, 15 and are also perpendicular to the end face 13.
- Each U-shaped elevation consists of two legs 24, 25 and a base portion 26, the base portion 26 shorter as legs 24, 25 is. Furthermore, the base part 26 is bevelled inwards. As a result, an obliquely inward-running slot is formed.
- the connector modules 14, 15 have an opening 41 (see Fig. 5), so that a lever tool 40 can be guided into the slot, wherein the front part of the lever tool 40 in the opening 41 of the connector module 14, 15 penetrates.
- the base part 26 forms a lever bearing, so that the latched and pushed onto the circuit board connector module 14, 15 can be levered out, which is shown in Fig. 3.
- the exact structure of the connector modules 14, 15 reference is expressly made to DE 102 57 308 B3, to which reference is hereby expressly made.
- Fig. 1 the sign frame 30 is shown in a first pivoted position.
- the locking elements of the bracket 33 are engaged in the rectangular recess 20. In this position, both connector modules 14, 15 can be connected or levered out.
- the sign frame 30 is shown in a second, folded-down position, wherein the sign frame 30 is arranged centrally between the connector modules 14, 15.
- the locking elements of the bracket 33 are engaged in the rectangular recesses 21, wherein the labeling surface is parallel to the end face 13. In this position, a turning on of wires or unlocking is hindered by the sign frame 30.
- U-shaped elevations 27 At the front side 13 opposite end side are also U-shaped elevations 27 can be seen, by means of which also connector modules can be levered out.
- the U-shaped elevations 27 are slightly shorter than the U-shaped elevations 23.
- the U-shaped elevations 23 must be slightly higher, since they must be higher than the plates 18. However, it would be possible, the two U-shaped elevations 23, where no plates 18 are arranged to form shorter, as this causes a lighter operation on levering out.
- FIG. 6 shows a sectional illustration through the second housing part 12 (front part), the section AA (see FIG. 5) being laid through the two base parts of the U-shaped elevation 23.
- the housing part 12 has various latching hooks 51, 52 and 53, by means of which the housing part 12 can be latched to the first housing part 11.
- three recesses 54 and a part 55 of a support element for the printed circuit board, not shown, can be seen.
