Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für ein insbesondere elektrisches Installationsgerät aus einem gefalteten Karton, mit zwei parallelen ersten Kartonabschnitten (11, 12), die eine Forder- und eine Rückwand der Verpackung bilden, und mit zwei senkrecht dazu verlaufenden zweiten Kartonflächen (17, 24), von denen die Kartonfläche die Bodenwand (17) und die Kartonfläche (24) die obere Wand (24) bilden, mit an den Längskanten der Forder- und Rückwand und der Bodenwand angeformten ersten Laschen (22, 23; 20, 21) die aufeinander zubiegbar an den Längskanten anschließen, so dass sie in eine Ebene gelangen, mit an den in einer Linie mit den Längskanten verlaufenden Kanten (25, 26) der oberen Wand (24) anschließenden Abdecklaschen (27, 28), die die ersten Laschen (22, 23; 20, 21) überdecken und mit diesen verklebt sind, und mit einer an der oberen Wand angeordneten dritten Lasche (32), die an der zur Forderwand entgegengesetzten Kante (31) der oberen Wand abschließt und von innen gegen die Innenfläche der Forderwand geklebt ist. Zwischen der oberen Wand und den Abdecklaschen sind erste Perforierungen und zwischen der dritten Lasche und der oberen Wand auf wenigstens einem Teilabschnitt zweite Perforierungen (34, 35) vorgesehen, so dass die obere Wand (14) aufreißbar ist und die darin befindlichen Geräte entnehmbar sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Derartige Verpackungen dienen im Wesentlichen dazu, ein- oder zweipolige Leitungsschutzschalter zu verpacken. Zum Öffnen wird bei bekannten Verpackungen die obere Wand aufgerissen an den Kanten, an denen die obere Wand mit der Forder- und Rückwand verbunden ist. Beim Aufreißen gibt es allerdings einen sogenannten Rolladeneffekt, weil die.Breite der oberen Wand zu gering ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der die Öffnung zum Herausnehmen der eingesetzten Geräte vereinfacht ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Verbesserungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Anhand der Zeichnung, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt ist, sollen weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Verbesserungen sowie weitere Vorteile näher erläutert und beschrieben werden.

  • Es sei nun Bezug genommen auf Fig. 1.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt die Verpackung in abgewickeltem Zustand, wobei die Verpackung aus Karton besteht, der in der Weise, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, ausgestanzt ist.
  • Der ausgestanzte Karton, der die Bezugsziffer 10 erhält, besitzt zwei rechteckige Abschnitte 11, 12, deren Seitenkanten 13, 14 und den Querkanten 15, 16 annähernd gleich sind, so dass ein Quadrat oder ein Rechteck gebildet wird.
  • Ähnliches gilt für die Seiten- und Querkanten des Abschnittes 12.
  • Die Querkanten 16 der beiden Abschnitte 11 und 12 sind mittels eines weiteren Abschnittes 17 miteinander verbunden, wobei an den Querkanten 16 zwischen den Abschnitten 11, 17 bzw. 12, 17 Schwächungen vorgesehen sind, so dass an diesen Kanten 16 die beiden Abschnitte 11, 12 senkrecht zum Abschnitt 17 hochgebogen werden können.
  • An den Kanten 18 und 19 des Abschnittes 17, die in einer Linie mit den Kanten 13 und 14 liegen, sind Laschen 20, 21 angeformt, deren Breite in Richtung der Kanten 13/18 bzw. 14/19 kleiner ist als die Breite des Abschnittes 17, in gleiche Richtung gemessen. An den Kanten 13, 14 der Abschnitte 11, 12 sind zweite Laschen 22, 23 angeformt, deren Abmessungen in Längsrichtung um den Betrag kürzer ist, der der Länge der Laschen 20, 21, gemessen in Richtung der Querkanten 16, beträgt. Die Laschen 22, 23 schließen praktisch an die Querkanten 15 an, so dass sie außermittig an den Längskanten 14 angeordnet sind. Der Abstand der senkrecht zu den Längskanten 14, 13 verlaufenden Kanten der Laschen 22, 23 zu den Kanten 16 entspricht der Länge der Laschen 20,21.
  • An der Querkante 15 des Abschnittes 12 ist ein dritter Abschnitt 24 angeschlossen, an dessen in der Linie der Längskanten 13, 14 liegenden Kanten 25, 26 Abdecklaschen 27 und 28 anschließen, die mit den Abschnitten 11, 17 und 12 eine T-Form bilden. An diesen Kanten 25, 26 sind Perforierungen 29, 30 vorgesehen.
  • An der parallel zur Kante 15 verlaufenden Kante 31 des Abschnittes 24 schließt eine weitere Lasche 32 an, wobei in der Mitte im Bereich der Kante 31 ein Durchgangsschlitz 33 und beidseitig dazu Perforierungen 34 und 35 im Bereich der Kante 31 angeformt sind. Die Lasche 32 besitzt zwei Schwächungen 36, 37, die von der Kante 31 senkrecht zu dieser hin zum Ende vorspringen und dort in V-förmige Ausschnitte 38, 39 einmünden. Die Perforierungen befinden sich außerhalb der Schwächungen 36, 37.
  • Wenn nun der Karton 10 zu einer Verpackung zusammengesetzt bzw. geformt werden soll, dann werden die Abschnitte 11, 12 senkrecht zum Abschnitt 17 hochgebogen, so dass der Abschnitt 11 die Forderwand und der Abschnitt 12 die Rückwand der Verpackung bilden, sowie der Abschnitt 17 die Bodenwand. Sodann werden der Abschnitt 24 zusammen mit der Lasche 32 um die Kante 15 gebogen, so dass der Abschnitt 24 parallel zum Abschnitt 17 verläuft und die obere Wand der Verpackung bildet. Die Lasche 32 wird um die Kante 31 herum gebogen, und zwar senkrecht dazu, so dass sie parallel zur Frontwand 11 verläuft; die Lasche befindet sich dabei innerhalb der Verpackung und kann mit den außerhalb der Schwächungen 36, 37 gegen die Innenwand der vorderen Wand oder Frontwand geklebt werden. Sodann werden die Laschen 22, 23 und die Laschen 20, 21 aufeinander zu gebogen, so dass sie in eine Ebene gelangen; danach werden die Abdecklaschen 27 und 28 senkrecht zu den Kanten 25 und 26 gebogen, so dass die Abdecklaschen 27 und 28 die nach innen gebogenen Laschen 22 und 23 und 20, 21 überdecken. Die Abdecklaschen 27, 28 werden dann mit den Laschen 20, 21, 22, 23 verklebt.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt den Karton in fertiger, aufgerissener Form. Man erkennt den als Forderwand dienenden Abschnitt 11 und als Rückwand dienenden Abschnitt 12 sowie die Abdecklaschen 28 und 27, die die Laschen 22 und 23 überdecken. An den Perforierungen 29, 30 sowie 34, 35 ist der die obere Wand bildende Abschnitt 24 aufgerissen, und der zwischen den Schwächungen 36 und 37 befindliche Abschnitt 40 der Lasche 32 ist an dem Abschnitt 24 angeformt.
  • In entsprechender Weise besitzen dann die Forderwand die Bezugsziffer 11, die Rückwand die Bezugsziffer 12, die obere Wand die Bezugsziffer 24; aufgrund der außerhalb der Schwächungen befindlichen Abschnitte 41, 42 der Lasche 32, die in der Fig. 2 ebenfalls noch sichtbar sind, erhält man eine optimale Führung des Laschenabschnittes 40.

Claims (4)

  1. Verpackung für ein insbesondere elektrisches Installationsgerät aus einem gefalteten Karton, mit zwei parallelen ersten Kartonabschnitten (11, 12), die eine Forder- und eine Rückwand der Verpackung bilden, und mit zwei senkrecht dazu verlaufenden zweiten Kartonflächen (17, 24), von denen die Kartonfläche die Bodenwand (17) und die Kartonfläche (24) die obere Wand (24) bilden, mit an den Längskanten der Forder- und Rückwand und der Bodenwand angeformten ersten Laschen (22, 23; 20, 21) die aufeinander zubiegbar an den Längskanten anschließen, so dass sie in eine Ebene gelangen, mit an den in einer Linie mit den Längskanten verlaufenden Kanten (25, 26) der oberen Wand (24) anschließenden Abdecklaschen (27, 28), die die ersten Laschen (22, 23; 20, 21) überdecken und mit diesen verklebt sind, und mit einer an der oberen Wand angeordneten dritten Lasche (32), die an der zur Forderwand entgegengesetzten Kante (31) der oberen Wand abschließt und von innen gegen die Innenfläche der Forderwand geklebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der oberen Wand und den Abdecklaschen erste Perforierungen und zwischen der dritten Lasche und der oberen Wand auf wenigstens einem Teilabschnitt zweite Perforierungen (34, 35) vorgesehen sind, so dass die obere Wand (14) aufreißbar ist und die darin befindlichen Geräte entnehmbar sind.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei zweite Teilperforierungen vorgesehen sind, wobei der mittlere Bereich perforierungsfrei ist.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Forderwand im Bereich der oberen Wand (24) eine Einkerbung (43) vorgesehen ist, deren Abmessung so gewählt ist, dass mit dem Daumen eine Öffnung ermöglicht ist, und dass an der dritten Lasche senkrecht zu ihrer Endkante verlaufende Schwächungen vorgesehen sind, die beidseitig zu der Einkerbung verlaufen, so dass beim Aufreißen zunächst durch Eindrücken der dritten Lasche ein mittlerer Bereich der dritten Lasche mit aufreißt.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Lasche außerhalb der Schwächungen mit der Innenfläche der Forderwand (11) verklebt ist.
