Claims (15)

  1. Maschine zum Zwirnen von fadenförmigem textilen Fasergut, umfassend einen feststehenden Hauptrahmen (1), der eine Vielzahl von Arbeitspositionen empfängt, wobei eine jede Position in Fluchtlinie und als Korrespondenz Folgendes umfasst:
    - im oberen Abschnitt eine Einheit (A) zur Versorgung mit textilem Gut;
    - im unteren Abschnitt eine Wickel- und Zwirneinheit (R), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungseinheit (A) Mitteln unterworfen ist, die in der Lage sind, sie einer vertikalen Vorschubbewegung in einer Ebene zu unterwerfen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu derjenigen oder denjenigen ist, die die Einheiten (A) und (R) integriert bzw. integrieren, entsprechend einer Höhenregelung bezogen auf die Wickeleinheit (R), um zu gestatten, gleichzeitig und angemessen das Laden und Entladen von Organen (2, 3) zu erleichtern, die die Versorgungseinheit (A) unter einer Verminderungswirkung (tiefe Höhe (15)) aufweist und/oder, um eine textile Regelung zu gewährleisten, indem die obere Höhe (14) ausgerichtet wird, die einer.Arbeitsposition entspricht.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die in der Lage sind, die Höhenverschiebung der Versorgungseinheit (A) zu gewährleisten, durch eine Halteplatte (12) gebildet sind, die mit Kapazität zum Regeln und zur Höhenführung an einem Abschnitt des Rahmens (1) angebracht ist, indem sie einer Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (13) unterworfen ist.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (12) mit Antriebsorganen vom mechanischen und/oder elektrischen und/oder pneumatischen und/oder hydraulischen Typ zusammenwirkt.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsorgane manuell betätigt oder gesteuert sind.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine jede Arbeitsposition eine Halteplatte (12) aufweist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte oder der Unterbau der Einheit der Arbeitspositionen gemein ist.
  7. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, in der der Rahmen (1) eine vertikale Struktur aufweist, von der eine jede Seite für eine jede Arbeitsposition eine Versorgungseinheit (A) und eine Wickeleinheit (R) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungseinheiten (A) von allen Arbeitspositionen ein und derselben Seite mit einer Halteplatte (12) zur unabhängigen vertikalen Verlagerung von derjenigen verbunden sind, wo die Versorgungseinheiten der anderen Seite verbunden sind.
  8. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, in der der Rahmen (1) eine vertikale Struktur aufweist, von der eine jede Seite für eine jede Arbeitsposition eine Versorgungseinheit (A) und eine Wickeleinheit (R) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine jede Seite in Abschnitte einer bestimmten Anzahl von Arbeitspositionen unterteilt ist, wobei die Versorgungseinheiten eines jeden Abschnitts an einer Halteplatte (12) zur unabhängigen vertikalen Verlagerung von derjenigen der anliegenden Abschnitte zusammengefasst sind.
  9. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, in der die Wickeleinheit (R) Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine vertikale Spindel (5), die in Drehung versetzt ist und an welcher eine Aufwickelspule (7) angebracht ist;
    - ein Ring-Läufer-System (9, 10), das die Spindel umgibt, wobei das textile Fasergut einen Ballon zwischen dem Ringläufer, der es in Drehung versetzt, und einem Führungselement, einem sogenannten Ballonhalter (8) formt, der in der geometrischen Achse der Spindel und oberhalb dieser Letztgenannten angeordnet ist;
    - das Ring-Läufer- und Ballonhalter-System wird von einer Hebe- und Senkbewegung animiert;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ring-Läufer-System und der Ballonhalter bezogen auf eine Arbeitsposition durch unabhängige Vorrichtungen gesteuert sind, die in der Lage sind, die Hebe- und Senkbewegung zu erzeugen.
  10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung der Vorrichtung, die die Hebe- und Senkbewegung der Versorgungseinheiten gewährleistet, mit der Steuerung der anderen Organe der Maschine synchronisiert ist, damit die Produktion nicht anlaufen kann, wenn die Einheiten in tiefer Position sind.
  11. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung der Vorrichtung, die die Hebe- und Senkbewegung der verbundenen Ballonhalter und Aufnehmer gewährleistet, mit der Steuerung der Hebe- und Senkvorrichtungen der Versorgungseinheiten zusammengeschaltet ist, derart, dass die Ballonhalter abgesenkt werden, wenn die entsprechende Versorgungseinheit in tiefer Position ist.
  12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (12) der Versorgungseinheit(en) (A) sich zwischen einer oberen, sogenannten Arbeitsposition und einer unteren, sogenannten Lade-Entlade-Position hin- und herbewegt, die obere Position genutzt wird, wenn die Spindeln, die den verbundenen Versorgungseinheiten entsprechen, in Produktion sind, während die untere Position ausgewählt wird, wenn die Spindeln angehalten sind für die Beseitigung einer leeren Hülse und die Installation einer neuen Spule der Versorgungseinheit, bevor die Produktion wieder anläuft.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Position feststehend ist.
  14. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Position als Funktion der textilen Regelung vorbestimmt ist.
  15. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die obere Position während der Wickelbildung gemäß einer Regel entwickelt, die als Funktion von der textilen Regelung programmiert ist, wobei die Halteplatten der Versorgungseinheiten Regelmitteln unterworfen sind, die in der Lage sind, die Halteplatten in die vorbestimmte obere Position zu positionieren, um sie den Bewegungen gemäß der programmierten Bewegungs-Regel zu unterwerfen.
