Abstract

Dispositif permettant de déplacer un hayon (12) de véhicule à moteur, ledit hayon (12) pouvant prendre une position de fermeture (12c) et une position intermédiaire (12b) s'écartant de la position de fermeture (12c). Selon la présente invention, ledit dispositif possède des moyens de commande(14) à l'aide desquels le hayon (12) peut se déplacer seul par translation entre la position intermédiaire (12b) et la position de fermeture (12c). La présente invention concerne également l'arrière (10) d'un véhicule, pourvu d'un hayon (12) et d'une ouverture (18) de hayon, l'ouverture (18) de hayon possédant une arête (20) d'ouverture et le hayon (12) possédant un bord (13) de hayon, le hayon (12) pouvant prendre une position de fermeture (12c) et une position intermédiaire (12b) s'écartant de la position de fermeture (12c). Selon la présente invention, l'arête (20) d'ouverture et le bord (13) de hayon dans la position intermédiaire (12b) présentent en tout point un écart essentiellement constant. La présente invention concerne encore un procédé de fermeture d'un hayon (12) de véhicule à moteur, le hayon (12) pouvant prendre une position d'ouverture (12a), une position de fermeture (12c) et une position intermédiaire (12b) s'écartant de la position de fermeture (12c). Ledit procédé consiste à positionner le hayon (12) dans une position d'ouverture (12a), à faire basculer le hayon (12) de la position d'ouverture (12a) dans la position intermédiaire (12b), et à déplacer de manière linéaire le hayon (12) de la position intermédiaire (12b) vers la position de fermeture (12c), le déplacement linéaire se produisant sur une distance de 1 cm à 5 cm.
