Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne dans un métier à tisser, pour la formation des lisières ou pour armure de lisses de tour au niveau du bord d'un tissu, du type dans lequel deux petits ensembles de têtes (L1, L2), solidaires avec deux colonnes correspondantes (M) mutuellement parallèles, commandent la position de deux ensembles correspondants desdits fils de chaîne, lesdites colonnes (M) étant entraînées en un mouvement rectiligne alternatif et symétrique par le biais d'un moteur électrique (1) commandant une paire de tringles d'entraînement (A1, A2) parallèles aux colonnes (M) et qui leur sont reliées sans jeu longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que ledit moteur (1) exécute des mouvements rotationnels alternatifs et commande lesdites tringles (A1, A2) à travers un système d'étais (3) fixé auxdites tringles (A1, A2) sans jeu et mis en mouvement par au moins une poulie (2), coaxiale audit moteur (1) et clavettée à l'arbre opérationnel de ce dernier, poulie (2) sur laquelle lesdits étais (3) s'appuient dans une condition de roulement sans glissement.
  2. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite poulie (2) comprend deux rainures parallèles et ledit système d'étais consiste en une paire de câbles (3) souples et non extensibles, chacun desquels est logé dans une rainure respective d'une telle poulie (2) et lui est solidaire dans une position centrale du câble, à des positions diamétralement opposées de la poulie, les deux extrémités libres de chacun desdits câbles (3) étant fixées, sans jeu, à une paire d'emplacements (4, 5) d'ancrage supérieur et inférieur, respectivement, desdites tringles.
  3. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 2, dans lequel chacun desdits câbles (3) consiste en deux moitiés de câbles (3', 3") qui ont des extrémités côté poulie en forme d'oeillet, lesdites extrémités étant fixées par le biais de moyens de vissage (8) à la surface latérale de ladite poulie (2), à l'extérieur de la rainure accueillant ladite moitié de câble (3', 3").
  4. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les deux rainures de ladite poulie (2) ont chacune des parties découpées respectives de leurs parois de délimitation internes, à des positions diamétralement opposées de la poulie, capables d'accueillir la longueur terminale desdites moitiés de câble (3', 3") sortant desdites rainures et allant vers lesdites moyens de fixation par vissage, lesdits moyens de fixation étant accueillis dans des évidements (6, 7) correspondants formés sur la surface latérale de la poulie (2) et communiquant avec lesdites parties découpées de la paroi interne des rainures.
  5. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel pendant le mouvement rotationnel alternatif de la poulie (2), lesdites tringles restent constamment tangentes à la périphérie extérieure de la poulie (2).
  6. Dispositif de tissage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 1 ou 5, dans lequel ledit moteur électrique est monté sur une base de support pourvue de moyens de fixation rapide dans une position au choix sur une traverse du métier, ladite base de support étant exempte d'éléments de guidage fixes guidant longitudinalement lesdites tringles de commande.
