- Procédé permettant de détacher ou de desserrer au moins partiellement une pellicule (14) scellée sur le bord (11), pourvu d'une surface de scellage circulaire (12), du goulot (3) d'un contenant, d'un récipient ou d'une bouteille, ledit goulot présentant un filetage mâle (4) et un axe central (5), un bouchon fileté (7) qui présente un filetage femelle (6) ajusté au filetage mâle (4) étant vissé sur le filetage mâle (4) du goulot (3) scellé avant d'être dévissé à un moment ultérieur choisi, la pellicule (14) étant au moins partiellement détachée avant d'être soulevée du bord (11) par dévissage du bouchon fileté (7) du goulot (3), caractérisé
en ce qu'une feuille scellée est utilisée comme pellicule, et en ce que la feuille scellée (14) en dévissage du bouchon fileté est détachée progressivement du contour extérieur du bord (11) du goulot (3), radialement vers l'intérieur en direction de l'axe central (5), par le bouchon fileté (7). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,

en ce qu'avant vissage du bouchon fileté (7) sur le filetage mâle (4) du goulot (3), une rondelle de renforcement (22) revêtue d'un adhésif sur une face est mise en place dans le bouchon fileté (7), laquelle est lors du vissage consécutif serrée avec l'adhésif contre la feuille (14) scellée sur le bord (12) du goulot (3), et en ce qu'à l'issue du vissage, un assemblage de surface est réalisé entre la rondelle de renforcement (22) et la feuille scellée (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 2,

en ce qu'une colle, un placage ou une cire à cacheter composés essentiellement de PE, PET, polyester ou polystyrène, ou une combinaison de ces matières, sont utilisés comme adhésif sur la surface de la rondelle de renforcement (22) adjacente à la feuille scellée (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 5,

en ce qu'avant le premier vissage du bouchon fileté (7) sur le filetage mâle (4) du goulot (3), une rondelle de renforcement (22) revêtue d'un adhésif sur une face est mise en place dans le bouchon fileté (7), laquelle est lors du vissage consécutif serrée avec l'adhésif contre la feuille (14) scellée sur le bord (12) du goulot (3), un assemblage de surface entre la rondelle (22) et la feuille scellée (14) étant réalisé à l'issue du vissage. - Procédé permettant de détacher ou de desserrer au moins partiellement une pellicule (14) scellée sur le bord (11), pourvu d'une surface de scellage circulaire (12), du goulot (3) d'un récipient (1), ledit goulot présentant un filetage mâle (4) et un axe central (5), un bouchon fileté (7') qui présente un filetage femelle (6) ajusté au filetage mâle (4) étant vissé sur le filetage mâle (4) du goulot (3) scellé avant d'être dévissé à un moment ultérieur choisi,

en ce qu'avant vissage du bouchon fileté (7'), une couche intercalaire (33) composée d'une matière thermoplastique, d'une colle et/ou d'une cire à cacheter est appliquée entre la partie en couvercle (8') et la feuille scellée (14'),
en ce que, lors du vissage du bouchon fileté (7') sur le goulot (3) du récipient (1), la couche intercalaire (33) est serrée contre la feuille scellée (14') par la surface intérieure (21) de la partie en couvercle (8'), et en ce que la surface intérieure (21) est ensuite collée ou soudée contre la surface de la feuille scellée (14') de manière que la feuille scellée (14') adhère fermement à la surface intérieure (21), et que la feuille scellée (14') soit au moins partiellement arrachée du bouchon fileté (7') par dévissage du bouchon fileté (7'). - Procédé selon la revendication 7,

en ce que la feuille scellée (14') comporte au moins partiellement des empreintes ou des perforations en direction périphérique (28) sur le diamètre intérieur (W) du goulot (3), lesquelles sont exécutées comme points de rupture obligée, et en ce que le collage ou le soudage de la surface intérieure (21) de la partie en couvercle (8') contre la surface de la feuille scellée (14') au moyen de la couche intercalaire (25) n'est effectué que dans la zone de la surface (32) circonscrite par les empreintes ou les perforations (28). - Procédé selon la revendication 8,

en ce qu'une rondelle est utilisée comme feuille scellée (14'), laquelle est formée d'au moins deux couches (26, 27), la couche (26) adjacente à la surface intérieure (21) de la partie en couvercle (8') étant composée essentiellement de PE, de PET ou d'aluminium, et la couche (27) adjacente au goulot (3) de PE, de PET ou de cire à cacheter, ou bien d'une combinaison des matières susmentionnées. - Procédé selon la revendication 9,

en ce que seule la couche (26) de la feuille scellée (14') adjacente à la surface intérieure (21) de la partie en couvercle (8') est au moins partiellement estampée ou perforée en direction périphérique (28) sur le diamètre intérieur (W) du goulot (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 8,

en ce qu'il est recouru à une empreinte ou à une perforation (28) circulaire périphérique. - Bouchon fileté (7) pour l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant une partie en couvercle (8) et une partie en manchon (9) pourvue d'un filetage femelle (6) et avec une ouverture de vissage (10) pour le vissage sur un filetage mâle (4) d'un goulot (3) d'une bouteille (1) avec un bord (11), et le dévissage de celui-ci, ledit goulot étant hermétiquement obturé au moyen d'une feuille scellée (14) sur une surface de scellage circulaire (12) du bord (11) du goulot (3), ladite feuille scellée étant pourvue d'une zone périphérique (13) à dépassement radial et étant détachable et/ou arrachable pour le déversement d'un contenu de bouteille,

par au moins une lame de détachement (15) disposée contre la partie en manchon (9), sur le contour intérieur (9') de celle-ci entre le filetage femelle (6) et la partie en couvercle (8), oblique par rapport à l'ouverture de vissage (10) et dirigée vers l'axe central (5) du bouchon fileté (7) en position initiale précédant le vissage, dont la distance à l'axe central (5) est avant vissage inférieure au diamètre extérieur (D) du bord (11) du goulot (3), et qui est élastiquement déviée lors du vissage du bouchon fileté (7) contre le goulot (3) de la bouteille (1), la lame de détachement (15) étant élastiquement relevée avec son arête de coupe (16) sous l'effet de la pression exercée par le bord (11) du goulot (3) et la zone périphérique (13) de la feuille scellée (14), élastiquement déformée au-dessus du filetage mâle (4) et en-dessous de la zone périphérique (13) de la feuille scellée (14) à dépassement radial, et élastiquement précontrainte vers l'axe central, en venant à buter contre le contour extérieur (17) du goulot (3) dès que le vissage est terminé,
et en ce que, lors d'un dévissage du bouchon fileté (7), l'arête de coupe (16) de la lame de détachement (15) est d'abord oblique par rapport à la feuille scellée (14) et à l'axe central (5) avant d'avancer progressivement, par son mouvement de rappel, toujours plus radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport à l'axe central (5), entre la zone périphérique (13) dépassant de la feuille scellée (14) et le bord (11) du goulot (3) de la bouteille (1), la feuille scellée (14) pouvant être graduellement détachée du bord (11) de la bouteille (1) vers l'axe central (5) et retenue dans le bouchon fileté (7) entre la lame de détachement (15) et la partie en couvercle (8). - Bouchon fileté (7) selon la revendication 6,

en ce qu'il est prévu une pluralité de lames de détachement (15), réparties sur le contour intérieur (9') de la partie en manchon (9) en direction périphérique ou de rotation (A) et fixement raccordées à la partie en manchon (9), lesquelles, en disposition radiale plane sur un plan commun, circonscrivent dans la zone de l'axe central (5) un diamètre intérieur (W) inférieur à la surface de scellage (12) circulaire du bord (11) du goulot (3) de la bouteille (1). - Bouchon fileté (7) selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13,

en ce que, sur la face intérieure (21) de sa partie en couvercle (8), il est formé au moins une lèvre de serrage (23) circulairement tout autour de l'axe central (5), opposée à la zone périphérique (13) de la feuille scellée (14) avec sa rondelle de renforcement (22) le cas échéant, laquelle comprime la zone périphérique (13) de la feuille scellée (14) et le cas échéant la rondelle de renforcement (22) contre le bord (11) du goulot (3) lors du vissage du bouchon fileté (7), en les ajustant contre celui-ci. - Bouchon fileté (7) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la lame de détachement (15) est réalisée comme lame annulaire sur tout le contour intérieur (9') de la partie en manchon (9).
- Bouchon fileté (7') pour l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, en particulier composé de matière plastique, avec une partie en couvercle (8') et une partie en manchon (9) pourvue d'un filetage femelle (6) et avec une ouverture de vissage (10) pour le vissage sur un filetage mâle (4) d'un goulot (3) d'une bouteille (1) avec un bord (11), et le dévissage de celui-ci, ledit goulot étant hermétiquement obturé au moyen d'une feuille scellée (14') sur une surface de scellage circulaire (12) du bord (11) du goulot (3),

en ce que la partie en couvercle (8') présente un relief intérieur (30) en forme d'enclume retournée, pourvu de la surface intérieure (21), pour que, lors du vissage du bouchon fileté (7'), la couche intercalaire (33) puisse être amenée par ladite surface intérieure (21) en butée contre la surface de la feuille scellée (14'). - Bouchon fileté (7) selon la revendication 18,

en ce que la course définie entre le bouchon fileté (7, 70) et le goulot (3) par le pas de filet et l'engrènement de filet de l'accouplement de filets (4, 6) respectivement appliqué entre le filetage mâle (4) et le filetage femelle (6) en position de vissage sur le récipient (1) du bouchon fileté (7, 70), correspond au moins à la longueur de la lame de détachement (15) ou des lames de détachement, ladite longueur correspondant elle-même à la distance radiale entre le contour intérieur (9') de la partie en manchon (9), dont part la lame de détachement (15), et un cercle idéal sur la surface de scellage (12) entre la feuille scellée (14) et le bord (11). - Bouchon fileté (7, 70) selon la revendication 21 ou la revendication 22,
