Claims (29)

  1. Method for at least partially removing or separating a closure (14) sealed onto a rim (11) comprising a circular, annular sealing surface (12) of a neck (3) of a vessel, a container, or a bottle (1), said neck comprising an external thread (4) and a central axis (5), wherein a screw cap (7) comprising an internal thread (6) fitting to the external thread (4) is screwed onto and later at a selected point in time unscrewed again from the external thread (4) of the sealed neck (3), whereby upon unscrewing the screw cap (7) from the neck (3) the closure (14) is at least partially loosened and subsequently lifted off of the rim (11),
    characterized in that a sealing foil is used for the closure, and that the sealing foil (14) upon unscrewing of the the screw cap (7) is progressively loosened by the screw cap (7) from the outer circumference of the rim (11) of the neck (3) radially inwards toward the central axis (5).
  2. Method according to claim 1,
    characterized in that before screwing the screw cap (7) on the external thread (4) of the neck (3), a stiffening plate (22) coated on one side with a bonding agent is inserted in the screw cap (7), and upon the subsequent screwing-on is pressed with the bonding agent against the sealing foil (14) sealed on the rim (12) of the neck (3), and that after completion of the screwing-on, a planar connection of the stiffening plate (22) to the sealing foil (14) occurs.
  3. Method according to claim 2,
    characterized in that induction welding is used for the planar connection using a thermoplastic as bonding agent.
  4. Method according to claim 1,
    characterized in that a sealing foil (14) is used for sealing the neck (3), which is reinforced by a planar-connected stiffening plate (22) or which is already sufficiently stiffened by itself, or is resistant to bending.
  5. Method according to claim 3 or 4,
    characterized in that an adhesive, a laminate, or a sealing wax substantially composed of PE, PET, polyester, or polystyrene, or a combination of these materials, is used for the bonding agent on the surface of the stiffening plate (22) facing toward the sealing foil (14).
  6. Method according to claim 5,
    characterized in that before the initial screwing-on of the screw cap (7) onto the external thread (4) of the neck (3), a stiffening plate (22) coated on one side with a bonding agent is inserted in the screw cap (7) and upon the subsequent screwing-on is pressed with the bonding agent against the sealing foil (14) sealed on the rim (12) of the neck (3), wherein after completion of the screwing-on a planar connection of the plate (22) with the sealing foil (14) occurs.
  7. Method for at least partially removing or separating a sealing foil (14) sealed onto a rim (11) comprising a circular, annular sealing surface (12) of a neck (3) of a container (1), said neck comprising an external thread (4) and a central axis (5), wherein a screw cap (7') comprising an internal thread (6) fitting to the external thread (4) is screwed onto and later at a selected point in time unscrewed again from the external thread (4) of the sealed neck (3),
    characterized in that before screwing-on the screw cap (7'), an intermediate layer (33) composed of a thermoplastic, an adhesive, and/or a sealing wax is introduced between the lid section (8') and sealing foil (14'),
    that upon screwing on the screw cap (7') onto the neck (3) of the container (1), the intermediate layer (33) is pressed by the inner surface (21) of the lid section (8') onto the sealing foil (14'), and that subsequently the inner surface (21) is glued or welded to the surface of the sealing foil (14'), such that
    the sealing foil (14') firmly adheres to the inner surface (21), and that upon unscrewing the screw cap (7'), the sealing foil (14') is at least partially dislodged by the screw cap (7').
  8. Method according to claim 7,
    characterized in that the sealing foil (14') comprises at least in sections embossings or perforations (28) in circumferential orientation within the inner width (W) of the neck (3), which are implemented as predetermined breaking points, and that the adhesion or welding of the inner surface (21) of the lid section (8') to the surface of the sealing foil (14') by means of the intermediate layer (25) is performed only in the area of the surface (32) surrounding the embossings or perforations (28).
  9. Method according to claim 8,
    characterized in that a plate is used as the sealing foil (14') that is constructed of at least two layers (26, 27), wherein the layer (26) facing die the inner surface (21) of the lid section (8') consists substantially of PE, PET, or aluminum, and the layer (27) facing the neck (3) consists of PE, PET, or sealing wax, or of a combination of the aforementioned materials.
  10. Method according to claim 9,
    characterized in that only the layer (26) of the sealing foil (14') facing the inner surface (21) of the lid section (8') is embossed or perforated in circumferential direction at least in sections within the inner width (W) of the neck (3).
  11. Method according to claim 8,
    characterized in that a circumferential circular embossing or perforation (28) is used.
  12. Screw cap (7) for performing the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, with a lid section (8) and a sleeve portion (9) comprising an internal thread (6) and a screw-on opening (10), for screwing on and unscrewing from an external thread (4) of a neck (3) of a bottle (1) comprising a rim (11), which has been hermetically sealed by means of a sealing foil (14) that is sealed onto a circular, annular sealing surface (12) of the rim (11) of the neck (3) and has a circumferential area (13)that extends radially beyond the rim (11), which can be loosened and/or destroyed for releasing the contents of a bottle, characterized in that
    at least one separating blade (15) that is arranged between the internal thread (6) and the lid section (8) along the inner circumference (9') of the sleeve portion (9), which in its initial position before screwing-on faces obliquely towards the screw-on opening (10) and inwards toward the central axis (5) of the screw cap (7), whose separation from the central axis (5) before screwing-on is smaller than the outer diameter (D) of the rim (11) of the neck (3), and which upon screwing-on of the screw cap (7) onto the neck (3) of the bottle (1) is elastically deflected, whereupon the separating blade (15) with its cutting edge (16) folds resiliently upward due to the pressure of the rim (11) of the neck (3) and of the circumferential area (13) of the sealing foil (14), and comes into abutment with the outer circumference (17) of the neck (3) above the external thread (4) and below the radially projecting circumferential area (13) of the sealing foil (14), elastically deformed and in a spring-like pre-stressed state toward the central axis, as soon as the screwing-on is completed,
    and in that upon unscrewing the screw cap (7), the cutting edge (16) of the separating blade (15) is initially directed obliquely toward the sealing foil (14) and toward the central axis (5), and by its spring-back action subsequently penetrates continually more and more radially inwards toward the central axis (5) between the projecting circumferential area (13) of the sealing foil (14) and the rim (11) of the neck (3) of the bottle (1), whereupon the sealing foil (14) can be separated progressively toward the central axis (5) from the rim (11) of the bottle (1) and can be retained within the screw cap (7) between the separating blade (15) and the lid section (8).
  13. The screw cap (7) according to claim 6,
    characterized in that a plurality of individual separating blades (15) are provided, distributed along the inner circumference (9') of the sleeve portion (9) in circumferential or rotational direction (A) and firmly connected to the sleeve portion (9), which in planar radial positioning in a common plane in the area of the central axis (5) leaves an inner width (W) that comprises a smaller diameter than the circular, annular sealing surface (12) of the rim (11) of the neck (3) of the bottle (1).
  14. The screw cap (7) according to any one of the claims 12 or 13,
    characterized in that each individual separating blade (15) possesses a cutting edge (19) facing partially in the unscrewing direction (A) or a component thereof directed in the unscrewing direction (A).
  15. The screw cap (7) according to claim 14,
    characterized in that the cutting edge (19) of the separating blade (15) is bent concave and comprises a radially projecting pointed cutting projection (20) trailing in the rotational direction of unscrewing.
  16. The screw cap (7) according to claim 12 or 13,
    characterized in that at least one pressing lip (23) is integrally molded on the inside (21) of its lid section (8), arranged circularly around the central axis (5) and oppositely to the circumferential area (13) of the sealing foil (14), with its stiffening plate (22) if necessary, which upon screwing on the screw cap (7) presses the circumferential area (13) of the sealing foil (14) and if necessary the stiffening plate (22) against the rim (11) of the neck (3) and thereby closes up or conforms, resp., to the same.
  17. The screw cap (7) according to claim 12, characterized in that the separating blade (15) is formed along the inner circumference (9') of the sleeve portion (9) circumferentially as a ring blade.
  18. A screw cap (7') for carrying out the method according to one of the previous claims 7 to 11, in particular of plastic, with a lid section (8') and a sleeve portion (9) with a screw-on opening (10) comprising an internal thread (6), for screwing on and unscrewing from an external thread (4) of a neck (3) comprising a rim (11) of a bottle (1), which is hermetically sealed by means of a sealing foil (14) sealed on a circular, annular sealing surface (12) of the rim (11) of the neck (3),
    characterized in that the lid section (8') possesses a reverse anvil-like internal projection (30) comprising the inner surface (21), such that upon screwing on the screw cap (7'), the intermediate layer (33) can be brought by this inner surface (21) into abutment with the surface of the sealing foil (14').
  19. The screw cap (7) according to claim 18,
    characterized in that the vessel (1), the container, or the bottle used is composed of plastic or glass.
  20. The screw cap (7) according to claim 12 or 18,
    characterized in that the sealing foil (14) composed in particular of aluminum and/or plastic comprises a circumferential area (13) projecting radially beyond the rim (11) of the neck (3).
  21. The screw cap according to any one of the claims 18 to 20, characterized in that it is composed of plastic.
  22. The screw cap (7, 70) according to any one of the claims 12 to 21,
    characterized in that
    the lifting distance between the screw cap (7, 70) and the neck (3), determined by the thread pitch and the thread engagement of the respectively used thread combinations (4, 6) composed by the external thread (4) and internal thread (6) of the screw cap (7, 70) in screwed-on position on the container (1) corresponds to at least the length of the separating blade (15) or the separating blades, whereby this length corresponds in turn to at least the radial distance between the inner circumference (9') of the sleeve portion (9), from which the separating blade (15) begins, and an imagined circle on the sealing surface (12) between the sealing foil (14) and the rim (11).
  23. The screw cap (7, 70) according to claim 21 or 22,
    characterized in that
    the circumference of the imagined circle is formed by the inner circumference of the rim (11) of the neck (3).
  24. The screw cap according to claim 22,
    characterized in that
    the thread pitch and the thread combination (4, 6) are dimensioned such that the lifting distance of the screw cap (7, 70) with respect to the neck (3) is approximately 9 mm per rotation of the screw cap (7, 70) through 360 degrees.
  25. The screw cap according to claim 22 or 24,
    characterized in that
    the internal thread (6) is triple threaded.
  26. The screw cap (70) according to any one of the claims 22 to 25, characterized in that the separating blade (15) or the separating blades is/are arranged on the inner circumference (9') of the sleeve portion (9) above the inner thread (6) towards the lid section (8), and that the thread turns of this inner thread (6) comprise interruptions (71), which with respect of their width (u) correspond in circumferential direction of the inner circumference (9') to the width of the separating blade (15) or the separating blades, or are wider, such that upon removing the screw cap (70) upward out of the respective casting mold, the separating blade (15) or the separating blades can be pressed downward in these interruptions (71) and are temporarily accommodated therein until they emerge from the casting mold and are freed.
  27. The screw cap (7, 70) according to any one of the claims 12 to 22,
    characterized in that the separating blade (15) or the separating blades possess(es) respectively (a) free end(s) comprising the cutting edge(s), which upon engagement with the sealing surface (12) between the sealing foil (14) and the rim (11) comprise(s) a curvature or bend towards the rim (11).
  28. The screw cap (7, 70) according to claim 27,
    characterized in that the free end or the free ends of the separating blade (15) or the separating blades is/are bent additionally towards both sides, such that it or they comprise(s) a spoon-like concave camber facing toward the rim 11.
  29. The screw cap (7, 70) according to claim 18,
    characterized in that
    a circumferential counter pressing lip (72; Fig. 16) is provided on the inside of the lid section (8) between at least one concentric circumferential pressing lip (23) and the inner wall (9') of the sleeve portion (9).
