Definitions
- the invention relates to a single-wing vacuum pump having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Such trained as vane pumps vacuum supplier have a housing in which a working space is provided, in which a rotor is rotatably mounted, wherein the rotor carries a wing which divides the working space into a suction chamber and into a pressure chamber.
- the suction chamber is connected to a suction connection and the pressure chamber is connected to a pressure connection.
- the invention has for its object to provide a single-wing vacuum pump whose power consumption is lower with otherwise the same performance.
- the recess on the wing to be accelerated or braked volume and thus weights of the wing is easily reduced.
- the recess or the Recesses are provided so that the statics of the wing is not adversely affected. Due to the lower weight of the wing, the power consumption for accelerating the pump is reduced and there is less wear on the guide in the rotor.
- the rotor can be made smaller, since lesser moments act on it. But this also means that with a smaller rotor, the suction chamber is increased, whereby the performance of the pump is increased.
- the recess is provided on the viewed in the direction of rotation back of the wing when it is outside the rotor.
- This refinement has the advantage that is essential to the invention that the recess does not fill with lubricating oil, as a result of which the weight-saving effect would be lost.
- the recess extends over 5% to 95%, in particular over 20% to 90% and preferably over 80% of the thickness of the wing. This ensures that the wing still has the required stiffness, but is significantly reduced in weight.
- the recess has a rectangular cross-section.
- Such recesses can be made relatively easily in injection-molded wings, but they can also be introduced into a wing by means of a milling process.
- such recesses allow substantially constant wall thicknesses in the wing. In three transverse to the longitudinal axis of the wing juxtaposed recesses these form between them webs, which serve to stiffen the wing. In addition, these webs can still be used to support the wing in the rotor.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that the wing is designed with respect to its center point-symmetrical. This means that the wing, which permanently changes its position in the rotor by the rotation of the rotor in the longitudinal direction, always has its recesses on the suction side facing side surface of the wing.
- the wing has an opening to a lubricant channel on its side facing the rotor axis.
- This lubricant channel opens into one of the recesses or one of the wing tips. In this way, the working space can be supplied via the wing with lubricant by the lubricant is fed centrally into the wing and fed in the wing via the lubricant channel either the recess or the wing tip.
- the lubricant channel opens on the pressure side of the wing tip, so that the lubricant is distributed immediately after exiting from the wing tip.
- the lubricant passage communicates with a lubricant supply passage in the rotor.
- This lubricant supply channel is located in the axis of the rotor and is connected to an oil pressure line.
- FIG. 1 a total of a vacuum pump, in which the housing 12 is shown without housing cover.
- the housing 12 has a suction port 14, which opens into an interior 16, which constitutes a working space 18.
- this working space 18 is a generally designated 20 rotor, in which a wing 22 is mounted orthogonally to the axis of rotation 24 slidably.
- the rotor 20 has a transverse groove 26, in which the wing 22 is displaceably guided.
- the rotor 20 has a drive stub 28, which passes through the housing 12 via a drive opening 30 and via which the rotor 20 is driven.
- FIG. 2 It can be seen that not only the rotor 20 contacts an inner peripheral surface 32 of the working space 18 but also the vane 22, by dividing the working space 18 into a suction space 36 and a pressure space 38 with its opposite vane edges 34. Besides, it is off FIG. 2 recognizable that the wing 22 at its seen in the direction of rotation 40 back 42 has a total of three recesses 44 which are formed as blind holes. Another three recesses are located on the opposite side, which in the representation of the FIG. 2 is located within the rotor 20. If the rotor is rotated by 180 °, then these recesses are no longer within the rotor 20 but are at the location that the other recesses 44 had previously occupied. These recesses 44 are thus gradually inserted into the rotor 20 during further rotation of the rotor 20 in the direction of rotation 40.
- FIG. 4 shows the wing 22 in a perspective view, wherein on the drive stub 28 of the rotor 20 side facing 46, a lubricant inlet opening 48, which is always mounted in the rotor 20 wings 22, ie in each shift position of the wing 22, within the rotor 20.
- the transverse groove 26 is provided with a (not shown) lubricant passage through which the lubricant inlet opening 48 is permanently supplied with lubricating oil.
- This lubricating oil is supplied via the drive stub 28, in particular a central, lying in the axis of rotation 24 bore.
- the lubricant inlet port 48 continues within the vane 22 in a lubricant passage 50.
- This lubricant channel 50 leads either into one of the recesses 44 or in the wing tip 52, wherein the outlet 58 is located in the pressure chamber 38, that is, in the FIG. 4 is located above the wing edge 34.
- lubricating oil can be easily transported via the rotor 20 into the wing 22 and within the wing 22 into the recesses 44 opening into the suction chamber 36 and / or directly in front of the wing edge 34.
- the lubricant channel 50 can thus be guided on both sides into the recess 44, in front of both blade edges 34 and in the recesses 44 both in front of the blade edges 34.
