Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel (10) mit einem Gestell (64), einem Sitz (16) und einer Rückenlehne (14), wobei am Gestell (64) eine Beinauflage (20) derart angeordnet ist, dass diese über einen Antrieb (54) aus einer Ruhelage unter dem Sitz (16) in eine Gebrauchslage vor dem Sitz (16) überführbar ist und hierfür am Gestell (64) ein Rahmen (32) mit zwei Führungsschienen (34) vorgesehen ist, wobei in den Führungsschienen (34) ein erster Schlitten (36) verfahrbar gelagert ist, und am freien Ende des Schlittens eine Klappe (68) schwenkbar gelagert ist und der Sitz (16) und die Beinauflage (20) mit Klappe (68) von einem Beug (22) umgriffen sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel mit einem Gestell, einem Sitz und einer Rückenlehne, wobei am Gestell eine Beinauflage derart angeordnet ist, dass diese über einen Antrieb aus einer Ruhelage unter dem Sitz in eine Gebrauchslage vor dem Sitz überführbar ist und hierfür am Gestell ein Rahmen mit zwei Führungsschienen vorgesehen ist, wobei in den Führungsschienen ein erster Schlitten verfahrbar gelagert ist.
  • Sitzmöbel mit Beinauflagen sind hinreichend bekannt. So offenbart zum Beispiel die DE-U-297 17 456 ein Sitzmöbel, bei welchem eine Beinauflage aus einer Ruheposition unter dem Sitz in eine Gebrauchslage vor den Sitz verschoben werden kann. Die Beinauflage ist als separates Bauteil ausgebildet und besitzt einen vom Sitz separaten Bezug, so dass bei in Gebrauchslage sich befindender Beinauflage zwischen dem Sitz und der Beinauflage ein Spalt existiert oder zumindest der Sitz und die Beinauflage keinen durchgehenden Bezug aufweisen.
  • Es sind auch Sitzmöbel mit Beinauflagen bekannt, welche am vorderen Ende des Sitzes schwenkbar gelagert sind und bei Nichtgebrauch unter den Sitz verschwenkt werden. Diese Beinauflagen besitzen den Nachteil, dass unter dem Sitz genügend Freiraum vorhanden sein muss, so dass die Beinauflage die Schwenkbewegung durchführen kann, ohne am Boden anzustoßen. Bei geringem Freiraum kann daher die Beinauflage nur eine geringe Länge besitzen.
  • Aus der DE-C-197 00 617 ist ein Sessel bekannt, bei welchem die Beinauflage zweigeteilt ist und durch eine Verschwenkbewegung die beiden Beinauflagenteile über ein Parallelogramm aus ihrer Ruhelage unterhalb des Sitzes, in welcher sie übereinander angeordnet sind, vor den Sitz verlagert werden, und dabei hintereinander zu liegen kommen. Jedoch befinden sich zwischen den Beinauflagen sowie zwischen dem Sitz und der benachbarten Beinauflage relativ große Spalte.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sitzmöbel bereitzustellen, bei welchem die Beinauflage in ihrer Ruheposition eine möglichst unauffällige Lage unterhalb des Sitzes einnimmt und für die Überführung in die Gebrauchslage wenig Platz unterhalb des Sitzes benötigt, den Sitz relativ weit verlängert und zwischen dem Sitz und der Beinauflage kein Spalt existiert.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Sitzmöbel der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass am freien Ende des Schlittens eine Klappe schwenkbar gelagert ist und der Sitz und die Beinauflage mit Klappe von einem Bezug umgriffen sind.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, dass die als Schlitten ausgeführte Beinauflage relativ wenig Platz unterhalb des Sitzes benötigt. Die Verlagerung aus der Ruhelage in die Gebrauchslage erfolgt durch Verschiebung, wobei sich während des Verschiebevorganges die an der Vorderseite des Schlittens befestigte Klappe um insbesondere 180° umlegt und dadurch die Beinauflage verlängert. Die Klappe dient dazu, den Bezug bei der Überführung der Beinauflage von der Gebrauchslage in die Ruhelage unter den Schlitten zu ziehen. Auf diese Weise kann der Bezug sich einstückig vom Sitz über die Beinauflage und die Klappe erstrecken, so dass die Beinauflage in ihrer Gebrauchslage spaltfrei an den Sitz angrenzt. Das Verschwenken der Klappe aus der Ruhelage in die Gebrauchslage benötigt relativ wenig Platz unterhalb des Sitzes und der erforderliche Freiraum kann zudem durch die Größe der Klappe bestimmt werden.
  • Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist vorgesehen, dass im ersten Schlitten ein zweiter Schlitten teleskopartig geführt ist und dass die Klappe am freien Ende des zweiten Schlittens schwenkbar gelagert ist. Dadurch kann die Länge der Beinauflage bei relativ kurzen Schlitten noch weiter vergrößert werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einen weiteren, dritten Schlitten vorzusehen, der sich zusammen mit den beiden anderen Schlitten teleskopartig ausfahren lässt. Auf jeden Fall befindet sich am freien Ende des vordersten Schlittens die um 180° umschwenkbare Klappe, über welche das freie Ende des Bezuges von einer Position unterhalb des Sitzes in eine den Sitz verlängernde Position verlagert wird.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Variante ist der Antrieb am Rahmen abgestützt und greift am ersten Schlitten an. Dabei kann der Antrieb ein Spindelantrieb, ein Zahnradantrieb, welcher mit einer am Schlitten vorgesehenen Zahnstange kämmt, oder ein hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Antrieb sein. Spindelantriebe werden bevorzugt, da mit relativ kleinen Antriebsmotoren hohe Kräfte aufgebracht werden können.
  • Um über den ersten Schlitten den zweiten Schlitten bewegen zu können, sind der Rahmen und der zweite Schlitten über einen Seilzug miteinander verbunden. Dabei ist der Seilzug am ersten Schlitten über Umlenkrollen geführt und am Rahmen und am zweiten Schlitten befestigt. Der Seilzug bildet eine Schlaufe, so dass über den ersten Schlitten der zweite Schlitten sowohl ausgefahren als auch wieder eingefahren werden kann.
  • Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Klappe im Wesentlichen T-förmig ausgebildet und ist das freie Ende des T-Fußes schwenkbar am freien Ende des Schlittens gelagert. Die Klappe kann also um das freie Ende des T-Fußes herum aus ihrer Ruhelage, in welcher der T-Balken sich unterhalb der Schwenkachse befindet, in die Gebrauchslage verschwenkt werden, in welcher der T-Balken sich oberhalb des Schwenklagers befindet. Auf diese Weise kann durch Schwenken der Klappe aus ihrer Ruhelage in die Gebrauchslage ein Teil des Bezuges, der aus der Sitzebene um das Schwenklager herum und unter den Sitz geführt ist, freigegeben werden, so dass die Beinauflage unterhalb diesen freigegebenen Bezug verlängert werden kann. Dabei ist erfindungsgemäß der Bezug am T-Balken der Klappe befestigt. Wird also die Beinauflage durch teleskopartiges Ausschieben des einen beziehungsweise der beiden Schlitten verlängert, wird gleichzeitig die Klappe allmählich aus ihrer Ruhelage in die Gebrauchslage ausgeklappt, wodurch der durch das Verlängern der Beinauflage benötigte Bezug freigegeben wird.
  • Um beim Zusammenschieben der Beinauflage den Bezug straff zu halten, wird die Klappe mittels Federkraft in ihre Ruhelage gedrängt. Dabei wird die Klappe bei eingeschobener Beinauflage in einer eingeklappten Ruhelage insbesondere am zweiten Schlitten gehalten. Die Klappe wird also über den Bezug aus der Ruhelage in die Gebrauchslage und mittels der Federkraft zurück in die Ruhelage verschwenkt.
  • Um den Bezug in allen Positionen der Beinauflage, das heißt in der Nichtgebrauchslage, in welcher die Beinauflage eingeschoben ist, in der Gebrauchslage, in welcher die Beinauflage vollständig ausgeschoben und die Klappe um 180° verschwenkt ist, sowie in allen Zwischenpositionen straff zu halten, nimmt beim Ausklappen der Klappe die rückhaltende Federkraft nichtlinear, insbesondere logarithmisch, ab.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen sowie der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung ein besonders bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel im Einzelnen beschrieben ist. Dabei können die in der Zeichnung dargestellten sowie in der Beschreibung und in den Ansprüchen erwähnten Merkmale jeweils einzeln für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination erfindungswesentlich sein.

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung des insgesamt mit 10 bezeichneten Sitzmöbels, insbesondere des Sessels, welcher einen Fuß 12 aufweist, an dem, wie in Figur 5 dargestellt, eine Rückenlehne 14 befestigt ist. Von dieser Rückenlehne 14 ragt ein Sitz 16 ab, der seitlich von Armlehnen 18 begrenzt ist. Unter dem Sitz 16 befindet sich eine Beinauflage 20, die später ausführlich beschrieben wird. Sowohl die Rückenlehne 14 als auch der Sitz 16 mit Beinauflage 20 sind von einem Bezug 22 übergriffen, der insbesondere einen schichtweisen Aufbau aufweist und zum Beispiel eine Lederhülle und eine dahinter sich befindende Schaumstoffauflage besitzt. Die Figur 2 zeigt das Sitzmöbel 10 mit in Gebrauchslage sich befindender Beinauflage 20, die den Sitz 16 verlängert. Außerdem ist die Rückenlehne 14 nach hinten verschwenkt, so dass eine bequeme Ruheposition eingenommen werden kann. Es ist auch erkennbar, dass die Armlehnen 18 eine gestrecktere Lage einnehmen, das heißt dass die Abwinklung der beiden Armlehnenteile weniger stark ist.
  • Die Figur 3 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung ein Gestell 24, das im Wesentlichen ein Rückenlehnengestell 26 mit verstellbarem Kopfteil 28 und ein Sitzgestell 30 aufweist. Am Sitzgestell 30 ist ein Rahmen 32 der Beinauflage 20 befestigt. Dabei nimmt die Beinauflage 20 in der Figur 3 ihre Ruhelage ein, indem die einzelnen Bauteile, die nachfolgend näher erläutert werden, ineinander geschoben beziehungsweise eingeklappt sind.
  • Die Figur 4 zeigt in stark vereinfachter Darstellung eine Funktionsskizze, anhand welcher die Arbeitsweise der Beinauflage 20 im Folgenden erläutert wird. Am Rahmen 32 ist über Führungsschienen 34 (Figur 8) ein erster Schlitten 36 verschieblich geführt. Der erste Schlitten 36 besitzt ein nach unten offenes U-Profil, so dass er einen zweiten Schlitten 38 aufnehmen kann, der ebenfalls über Führungsschienen 40 (Figur 8) am ersten Schlitten 36 gelagert ist. Der zweite Schlitten 38 besitzt ein nach oben offenes U-Profil, so dass zwischen den beiden Schlitten 36 und 38 ein Hohlraum entsteht, in welchem Funktionsteile angeordnet sind. Außerdem kann die Unterseite des ersten Schlittens 36, wie aus den Figuren 7 und 8 erkennbar, mit einer Abdeckung 42 abgedeckt sein, so dass weitere Funktionsteile, die nachfolgend beschrieben werden, vor Zugriff geschützt sind.
  • In Figur 4 ist erkennbar, dass der erste Schlitten 36 einen um zwei Umlenkrollen 44 und 46 umlaufenden Seilzug 48 aufweist, an welchem sowohl der Rahmen 32 über ein erstes Befestigungsmittel 50 als auch der zweite Schlitten 38 über ein zweites Befestigungsmittel 52 befestigt sind. Die gegenseitige Halterung und Führung der Schlitten 36 und 38 erfolgt, wie bereits erwähnt, mittels der Führungsschienen 34 und 40.
  • Wird der erste Schlitten 36 mittels eines Antriebs 54, zum Beispiel eines Spindelantriebs 56, der am Rahmen 32 bei 58 befestigt ist, in Richtung des freien Endes 60 des Rahmens 32 beziehungsweise des Sitzes 16 verlagert, was in Figur 5 dargestellt ist, dann läuft der Seilzug 48 in Richtung der Pfeile 62 im ersten Schlitten 36 um. Dadurch wird der zweite Schlitten 38, der über das zweite Befestigungsmittel 52 am Seilzug 48 befestigt ist, aus dem ersten Schlitten 36 ausgeschoben. Auf diese Weise tritt die Beinauflage 20 allmählich unter dem Rahmen 32 des Sitzes 16 am freien Ende 60 hervor.
  • Am freien Ende 64 des zweiten Schlittens 38 befindet sich ein Schwenklager 66, an welchem eine T-förmige (bzw. 1 - förmige) Klappe 68 schwenkbar angelenkt ist. Diese Klappe 68 besitzt einen T-Balken 70 sowie einen T-Fuß 72, dessen freies Ende 74 mit dem Schwenklager 66 gekoppelt ist. Der Bezug 22 ist über eine gerundete Nase 76 geführt und auf der dem T-Fuß 72 gegenüberliegenden Seite des T-Balkens 70 befestigt.
  • Wird durch Betätigung des Antriebs 54 der zweite Schlitten 38, wie in Figur 5 dargestellt, unter dem Sitz 16 herausgeschoben, dann wird aufgrund des Zuges des Bezuges 22 die Klappe 68 in Richtung des Pfeils 78 verschwenkt und aufgestellt. Der Verschwenkwinkel beträgt in der Gebrauchslage der Klappe 68 etwa 180°.
  • Am T-Fuß 72 befindet sich eine Kulissenscheibe 80, an welcher ein Seilzug 82 befestigt und um diese herum geschlungen ist. Die Kurve der Kulissenscheibe 80 ändert bei sich änderndem Schwenkwinkel ihren Abstand zum Schwenklager 66. Das andere Ende des Seilzugs 82 ist über eine Zugfeder 84 am zweiten Schlitten 38 befestigt. Die Zugfeder 84 übt über den Seilzug 82 eine Rückhaltekraft entgegen der Richtung des Pfeils 78 auf die Klappe 68 aus, die versucht, die Klappe 68 in der in der Figur 4 dargestellten Position zu halten bzw. die Klappe 68 in diese Position zurück zu verschwenken.
  • Beim Verschwenken der Klappe 68 ändert sich aufgrund der Kulissenscheibe 80 der Hebelarm bezüglich des Schwenklagers 60 für die Rückstellkraft, so dass diese mit zunehmendem Verschwenkwinkel kleiner wird. Die Änderung erfolgt nichtlinear, insbesondere logarithmisch. Die auf die Klappe 68 einwirkende Zugkraft bewirkt, dass der Bezug 22 stets gespannt ist.
  • Die Figur 6 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung der Beinauflage 20 in eingeschobener Stellung, die im Wesentlichen der Figur 4 entspricht. Erkennbar ist, dass die Klappe 68 die Unterseite der Abdeckung 42 untergreift, so dass der an der Klappe 68 befestigte Bezug 22 quasi um die Beinauflage 20 herumgeführt ist. In den Figuren 4 und 5 ist noch erkennbar, dass der Seilzug 82 um eine Umlenkrolle 86 geführt ist, die einen zur Längsachse der Beinauflage 20 parallelen Auszug der Zugfeder 84 gewährleistet.
  • In den Figuren 8 und 9 sind unter anderem die Lenkrollen 44 und 46 erkennbar, um welche der Seilzug 48 geführt ist. Außerdem sind in der Figur 9 die Befestigungsmittel 50 und 52 erkennbar, die den Rahmen 32 beziehungsweise den zweiten Schlitten 40 am Seilzug 48 befestigen. Das vordere Ende 88 des Antriebs 54 ist über einen Bolzen und einer Lasche 90 am ersten Schlitten 36 befestigt.
  • Die Beinauflage 20 des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels 10 benötigt relativ wenig Platz unterhalb des Sitzes 16 und kann dennoch relativ weit ausgefahren werden, wobei zwischen der Beinauflage 20 und dem Sitz 16 kein Spalt entsteht, da sich der Bezug 22 über den Sitz 16 hinweg bis ans Ende der ausgefahrenen Beinauflage 20 erstreckt.

Claims (12)

  1. Sitzmöbel (10) mit einem Gestell (24), einem Sitz (16) und einer Rückenlehne (14), wobei am Gestell (24) eine Beinauflage (20) derart angeordnet ist, dass diese über einen Antrieb (54) aus einer Ruhelage unter dem Sitz (16) in eine Gebrauchslage vor dem Sitz (16) überführbar ist und hierfür am Gestell (24) ein Rahmen (32) mit zwei Führungsschienen (34) vorgesehen ist, wobei in den Führungsschienen (34) ein erster Schlitten (36) verfahrbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am freien Ende des Schlittens eine Klappe (68) schwenkbar gelagert ist und der Sitz (16) und die Beinauflage (20) mit Klappe (68) von einem Bezug (22) umgriffen sind.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Schlitten (36) ein zweiter Schlitten (38) teleskopartig geführt ist und dass die Klappe (68) am freien Ende (64) des zweiten Schlittens (38) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (54) am Rahmen (32) abgestützt ist und am ersten Schlitten (36) angreift.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (54) ein Spindelantrieb (56), ein Zahnradantrieb oder ein hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Antrieb ist.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (32) und der zweite Schlitten (38) über einen Seilzug (48) miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seilzug (48) am Rahmen (32) und am zweiten Schlitten (38) befestigt ist.
  7. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seilzug (48) am zweiten Schlitten (38) über Umlenkrollen (44, 46) geführt ist.
  8. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (68) im Wesentlichen T-förmig ausgebildet und das freie Ende (74) des T-Fußes (72) schwenkbar am freien Ende (64) des Schlittens (38) gelagert ist.
  9. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug (22) am T-Balken (70) der Klappe (68) befestigt ist.
  10. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (68) mittels Federkraft (84) bei eingeschobener Beinauflage (20) in einer eingeklappten Ruhelage, insbesondere am zweiten Schlitten (38), gehalten wird.
  11. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (68) beim Ausfahren der Beinauflage (20) aus der Ruhelage ausgeklappt wird.
  12. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Ausklappen die rückhaltende Federkraft (84) nicht linear, insbesondere logarithmisch, abnimmt.
