    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Körperpflegebürste mit einer Bürstenhalterung und einer drehbar an der Bürstenhalterung anbringbaren Bürste, wobei die Bürstenhalterung eine Antriebseinheit aufweist, in welcher ein Elektromotor zum Antrieb der Bürste geschützt vor Wasser montiert ist.
  • Gepflegte Haut am ganzen Körper gibt ein gutes Gefühl. Ein noch besseres Gefühl wird durch eine leichte Massage vermittelt. Eine besondere Schwierigkeit stellt sich bei der Selbstpflege des Rückens. Aber auch eine leichte Massage an anderen Körperpartien steigert das Wohlbefinden. Und für ältere und leicht behinderte Personen ist die Körperpflege grundsätzlich meist schwierig selbständig durchzuführen.
  • Handelsübliche Produkte wie die herkömmliche Massagebürste tragen dazu bei, den Rücken zu pflegen und verhelfen zu mehr Unabhängigkeit. Einige Geräte sind mit verschiedenen Köpfen (Schwamm und Bürste), kombiniert mit Eincreme- und Waschhauben erhältlich, oder mit Behältern, in die Cremes, Duschgel u.ä. gefüllt wird und die beim Gleiten über die Haut die Cremes abgeben, womit der Rücken eingecremt, gewaschen und massiert werden kann. Mit den herkömmlichen Hilfsmitteln muss die Pflege manuell durchgeführt werden, d.h. die Bürste muss in die Hand genommen und zum Teil eine gewisse Verrenkung und Kraftanwendung in Kauf genommen werden, was insbesondere für ältere Menschen oftmals nicht möglich durchzuführen ist. Das ordentliche Verstauen der Bürsten inner- oder ausserhalb des Duschraums erweist sich manchmal als umständlich.
  • Aus der DE 195 16 467 A1 (Gerhardt Böhm) ist bereits eine Vorrichtung zur Körperpflege bekannt, die mechanisch/elektrisch betrieben ist.
  • Die DE-OS 23 36 455 (Hugo Stefan Müller) zeigt ein Körperbürstgerät mit einer elektrisch angetriebenen, rotierenden Bürstenwalze, die an einer vertikal verlaufenden Führungseinrichtung motorisch auf und ab bewegbar angeordnet ist, wobei oberhalb der Bürstenwalze auch eine Halterung für eine Duschbrause am beweglichen Teil befestigt ist. Während der Anwendung des Geräts bewegt sich die Bürstenwalze auf und ab und erreicht so sämtliche Körperpartien. Die Führungseinrichtung kann zwei vertikale Stangen umfassen, welche z. B. mittels Saugnäpfen an einer Wand befestigt sind, die Bürstenwalze wird bevorzugt auf eine von der einen zur anderen Führungsstange durchgehende Welle aufgesteckt. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Bürstenwalze in einer die Längsachse enthaltenden Ebene geteilt. Die Bürstenwalze kann auch auf einer einseitig angelenkten Welle an einer einzelnen vertikalen Führungsstange angeordnet sein, so dass auch ungeteilte Bürstenwalzen einfach ausgewechselt werden können. Der Drehantrieb für die Bürstenwalze erfolgt durch einen Antriebsmotor, welcher im Innern der Bürstenwalze angeordnet ist und diese über eine Rutschkupplung und eine Fingerscheibe antreibt. Die Bedienung des Geräts erfolgt über eine Steuereinheit, welche über ein Kabel mit dem Gerät verbunden ist.
  • Die DE-OS 23 36455 offenbart eine Körperpflegebürste gemäss dem Obergbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Es ist deshalb eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Körperpflegebürste zu schaffen, die einfach aufgebaut ist und welche sich einfach montieren und bedienen lässt.
  • Die Lösung der Aufgabe ist durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 definiert. Die Bürstenhalterung weist ein entlang einer an einer Wand befestigbaren Gleitschiene stufenlos verstellbares Übergangsstück auf, die Bürste ist hohl und unten offen und derart über die Antriebseinheit stülpbar, dass sie über einen Mitnehmer vom Elektromotor angetrieben wird. Die Bürstenhalterung umfasst weiter ein gebogenes Rohr, eine oben offene Konsole für eine Motorhalterung und eine Akkumulatorhalterung zur Aufnahme von Akkumulatoren zur Speisung des Elektromotors.
  • Die Körperpflegebürste weist einen entsprechend einfachen Aufbau auf. Die Bürste ist überdies mit einer Handbewegung abnehmbar und wieder aufsetzbar.
  • Durch eine leichte Schräglage von ungefähr 5 - 10 ° wird der Anatomie des Rückens besser Rechnung getragen als mit einer senkrecht stehenden Bürste. Die Erfindung erweist als Ganzes in ihrer Einfachheit Älteren und leicht behinderten Menschen einen grossen Dienst und für alle Menschen eine bequemere, entspannende und genussvolle Körperpflege.
  • Die Körperpflegebürste wird durch Druck gegen die Bürste in Betrieb gesetzt und durch Nachlassen des Drucks wieder ausgeschaltet. Die Vorrichtung ist also auf einfache Weise durch Anlehnen an die Bürste ein- und ausschaltbar.
  • Die Konsole für die Motorhalterung ist bevorzugt zylindrisch.
  • Der Schalter zum Inbetriebsetzen und Ausschalten des Elektromotors zum Antrieb der Bürste kann in der Konsole angebracht sein.
  • Damit die durch einen Elektromotor angetriebene Körperpflegebürste ihre Aufgabe erfüllt, wird sie im Dusch- oder Badebereich unweit der Duschbrause an der Wand montiert und kann somit während des Duschvorgangs benützt werden. Die Länge und Montageposition der Gleitschiene kann nach individuellem Bedürfnis gewählt werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Körperpflegebürste ist grundsätzlich mit einer Hand in der Höhe verstellbar.
  • Durch die Höhenverstellbarkeit ist diese Körperpflegebürste nicht ausschliesslich für den Rücken bestimmt, sondern kann auch für die Pflege der Hände, Arme, Schultern, des Décolletés, der Beine oder anderer Körperteile verwendet werden. Durch verschiedene austauschbare Bürsten kann die Festigkeit der Bürste, Dicke und Anzahl Borsten, individuell ausgewählt werden und jedermann kann somit seine bevorzugte Bürste benutzen.
  • Neben der einfachen Bedienung ist diese Körperpflegebürste auch einfach zu montieren. Die Gleitschiene wird oben und unten mit einer stufenlos verstellbaren Halterung beispielsweise durch je zwei Saugnäpfe an eine glatte Oberfläche wie beispielsweise Wandplättli angebracht oder durch je zwei Schrauben an die Wand geschraubt. Die stufenlos verstellbare Halterung macht es möglich, die Saugnäpfe mitten auf den Plättli anzubringen resp. die Schrauben sauber in den Plättlifugen zu platzieren. Das Anbringen der Vorrichtung mittels Saugnäpfen bringt den grossen Vorteil, dass beispielsweise in Mietwohnungen nicht Löcher in die Wand gebohrt werden müssen, dass die gesamte Einheit zur gründlichen Reinigung des Dusch-/Badebereichs entfernt werden kann und dass die Bürste bei Bedarf sogar in den Ferien montiert und nachher spurlos wieder entfernt werden kann.
  • Zusätzlich kann ein manueller Ein-/Ausschalter montiert sein, der das Auswechseln und Reinigen der Bürste erleichtert. Dazu wird die hohle und unten offene Bürste über die Antriebseinheit gestülpt und mit dieser durch einen Mitnehmer verbunden. Mit einer einfachen Handbewegung wird die Bürste aus dem Mitnehmer gehoben und kann so leicht wieder entfernt und ausgewechselt werden.
  • Mittels eines speziellen Aufsatzes, in der Form einer geeigneten Bürste bzw. einer Rolle, welche auf ihrer Aussenseite mit einem geeigneten Gewebe versehen ist ("Malerrolle"), oder mittels eines Tuchs, welches über die vorhandene Bürste stülpbar ist, kann die Bürste nicht nur mit Wasser und Seife verwendet werden, sondern anschliessend an die Körperreinigung für das Auftragen von Bodylotion.
  • Aus der nachfolgenden Detailbeschreibung und der Gesamtheit der Patentansprüche ergeben sich weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen und Merkmalskombinationen der Erfindung.

    • Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Die drehbare Bürste 1 ist über eine Bürstenhalterung 2-5 an einer Gleitschiene 8 höhenverstellbar angebracht. Die Gleitschiene 8 muss auf eine Art und Weise konstruiert sein oder die Form besitzen, damit sich die Bürstenhalterung 2-5 auf der Schiene nicht dreht. Die Gleitschiene 8 kann an der Wand im Dusch- oder Badebereich beispielsweise mit Schrauben, mit Saugnäpfen oder durch spezielles Klebematerial befestigt werden. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel wird die viereckige Gleitschiene 8 (Vierkantrohr) aus rostfreiem Stahl über je eine oben und unten an der Gleitschiene 8 angebrachte, stufenlos verstellbare Halterung 9 mit je zwei Schrauben an der Wand befestigt. Die Bürstenhalterung 2-5 aus rostfreiem Stahl ist an der Gleitschiene 8 mit einem in der Höhe stufenlos verstellbaren Übergangsstück 5, das mittels einer typähnlichen Flügelmutter an die Gleitschiene gepresst wird, befestigt. Die Bürstenhalterung 2-5 besteht aus diesem Übergangsstück 5, einer Akkumulatorhalterung 4, einem gebogenen Rohr 2 und einer zylindrischen und oben offenen Konsole 3 für die Motorhalterung 6, wobei die eigentliche Halterung für die Bürste am Ende der Konsole 3 ungefähr 5 - 10 ° schräg gestellt ist. Die Bürstenhalterung 2-5 hat somit zur Aufgabe, die Bürsteneinheit stabil an der Gleitschiene zu halten und die Grundlage für den Aufbau der Motorhalterung 6 und der Bürste 1 sowie der Akkumulatoren zu bieten.
  • Die Bürste wird durch einen Elektromotor 7 angetrieben. Der Elektromotor 7, das Getriebe und die Welle sind im Innern der zylindrischen Motorhalterung 6 geschützt vor Wasser montiert. Die Welle ist mit einem Mitnehmer oberhalb der Motorhalterung 6 verbunden. Die hohle und unten offene Bürste 1 ist über die Antriebseinheit stülpbar und ist mittels eines in die Bürste 1 integrierten Stifts mit dem Mitnehmer verbunden, so dass die Bürste 1 die Drehung des Motors 7 über die Welle und den Mitnehmer übernimmt. Der Motor 7 wird im Ausführungsbeispiel durch vier Akkumulatoren mit Niederspannungs-Strom - gespeist. Diese Akkumulatoren befinden sich in der an der Bürstenhalterung 2-5 angebrachten Akkumulatorhalterung 4. Die Akkumulatoren sind im Ausführungsbeispiel in vier Fächern eingesetzt, die eine Einheit bilden, welche am Deckel der Akkumulatorhalterung 4 angebracht sind und somit durch einfaches Heben des Deckels aus der Akkumulatorhalterung 4 entfernt und mittels eines Ladegeräts geladen werden können. Je zwei der Fächer sind in entgegen gesetzter Richtung positioniert. Anschliessend können die Akkumulatoren wieder in den Fächern platziert und die ganze Einheit wieder in die Akkumulatorhalterung geführt werden. Der Deckel garantiert eine spritzwasserfeste Kammer. Die Verkabelung der Akkumulatoren mit dem Motor 7 geschieht innerhalb des Bürstenhalterungsrohrs. An der Akkumulatorhalterung 4 ist weiter ein Ein-/Ausschalter montiert (nicht dargestellt), mittels welchem das Auswechseln und Reinigen der Bürste 1 erleichtert wird.
  • Durch Anlehnung an die Bürste 1 wird mittels eines Druckkontakts, der sich innerhalb der an der Bürstenhalterung montierten Konsole 3 befindet, der Motor in Betrieb gesetzt und über die Welle der Mitnehmer und demzufolge die Bürste angetrieben. Vorteilhaft wäre, wenn der Motor 7 mit ca. 60 bis 80 min-1 läuft. Sobald der Druck auf die Bürste 1 nachgelassen wird, stellt der Motor 7 ab und folglich dreht die Bürste 1 nicht mehr.
  • Durch die leichte Schräglage der Konsole 3 wird die gesamte Bürste 1 leicht nach vorne schräg gestellt und erhält somit, die Anatomie des menschlichen Körpers berücksichtigend, die passende Lage.
  • Zum Auftragen von Pflegemitteln, wie z.B. einer Bodylotion ist ein mehrfach verwendbarer und an die Grösse der Bürste angepasster Überzug aus Stoff über die Bürste 1 stülpbar.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Einzelaspekte der Körperpflegebürste und ihrer Verwendung können sich von der dargestellten Ausführungsform unterscheiden. Beispielsweise können die Bürstenhalterung und die Bürste derart an der Gleitschiene befestigt werden, dass das freie Ende der Bürstenhalterung (vorzugsweise schräg) nach unten zeigt. Anstelle von vier Akkumulatorzellen kann eine andere Zahl von Akkumulatoren verwendet werden, beispielsweise nur einer. Die Formgebung der Gleitschiene oder der Bürstenhalterung können verändert werden; beispielsweise kann für die Gleitschiene eine andere Querschnittsform gewählt werden.
  • Zusammenfassend ist festzustellen, dass durch die Erfindung eine Körperpflegebürste geschaffen wird, die einfach aufgebaut ist und welche sich einfach montieren und bedienen lässt.

Körperpflegebürste mit einer Bürstenhalterung (2-5) und einer drehbar an der Bürstenhalterung (2-5) anbringbaren Bürste (1), wobei die Bürstenhalterung (2-5) ein entlang einer an einer Wand befestigbaren Gleitschiene (8) stufenlos verstellbares Übergangsstück (5) aufweist sowie eine Antriebseinheit, in welcher ein Elektromotor (7) zum Antrieb der Bürste (1) geschützt vor Wasser montiert ist, wobei die Bürste (1) hohl und unten offen ist und derart über die Antriebseinheit stülpbar ist, dass sie über einen Mitnehmer vom Elektromotor (7) angetrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürstenhalterung (2-5) weiter ein gebogenes Rohr (2), eine oben offene Konsole (3) für eine Motorhalterung (6) und eine Akkumulatorhalterung (4) zur Aufnahme von Akkumulatoren zur Speisung des Elektromotors (7) umfasst.
  2. Körperpflegebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konsole (3) zylindrisch ist.
  3. Körperpflegebürste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste (1) eine Schräglage aufweist, wenn sie an der Bürstenhalterung (2-5) angebracht ist, bevorzugt eine Schräglage von ungefähr 5 - 10 °.
  4. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste (1) durch Druck gegen die Bürste (1) in Betrieb setzbar und wieder ausschaltbar ist.
  5. Körperpflegebürste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Konsole (3) ein Schalter zum Inbetriebsetzen und Ausschalten des Elektromotors (7) zum Antrieb der Bürste (1) angebracht ist.
  6. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oben und unten an der Gleitschiene (8) eine stufenlos verstellbare Halterung (9) angebracht ist, an der je zwei Saugnäpfe zur Befestigung der Gleitschiene (8) montiert sind.
  7. Körperpflegebüste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschiene (8), die Bürstenhalterung (2-5) und die Motorhalterung (6) aus rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt sind.
  8. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Akkumulatorhalterung (4) vier Akkumulatorfächer enthält, welche ihrerseits am Akkumulatorhalterungsdeckel angebracht sind, je zwei in entgegen gesetzter Richtung positioniert, und somit die vier Akkumulatorfächer und der Deckel eine Einheit bilden.
  9. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Akkumulatorhalterung (4) ein Ein-/Ausschalter montiert ist zum manuellen Ein- bzw. Ausschalten der Bürste (1).
  10. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (7), ein Getriebe und eine Welle in der Motorhalterung (6) angeordnet sind und dass die Welle mit einem Mitnehmer oberhalb der Motorhalterung verbunden ist, mit welchem ein in der Bürste (1) integrierter Stift verbindbar ist, so dass die Bürste (1) die Drehung des Elektromotors (7) über die Welle und den Mitnehmer übernimmt.
  11. Körperpflegebürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mehrfach verwendbarer und an die Grösse der Bürste (1) angepasster Überzug aus Stoff über die Bürste stülpbar ist.
