Claims (8)
- Catalyseur comprenant (a) au moins 30 % en poids d'une zéolite à taille intermédiaire des pores, (b) 3 à 15 % en poids de phosphore, mesuré en termes de P2O5, (c) 15 à 45 % en poids de kaolin, (d) 3 à 25 % en poids d'un constituant non réactif ayant une surface spécifique BET inférieure à 50 m2/g et une masse volumique supérieure à 2,8 g/cm3, ledit constituant non réactif étant l'alumine alpha, et (e) 2 à 20 % en poids d'une alumine réactive.
- Catalyseur selon la revendication 1 dans lequel ladite zéolite (a) est ZSM-5 présente en quantités d'au moins 40 % en poids.
- Catalyseur selon la revendication 1 dans lequel les alumines ajoutées (d) et (e) sont présentes en une quantité supérieure à 10 % en poids.
- Procédé pour la préparation d'un catalyseur comprenant (a) la préparation d'une bouillie aqueuse comprenant une zéolite à taille intermédiaire des pores, un constituant non réactif ayant une surface spécifique BET inférieure à 50 m2/g et une masse volumique supérieure à 2,8 g/cm3, ledit constituant non réactif étant l'alumine alpha, et une alumine réactive, (b) le mélange de ladite bouillie (a) avec une bouillie aqueuse de kaolin hydraté contenant au moins 50 % en poids de matières solides, (c) l'injection d'acide phosphorique dans la bouillie mélangée (b) au voisinage ou au niveau d'un sécheur par pulvérisation et (d) le séchage par pulvérisation et la calcination de la bouillie résultante pour produire une matière particulaire contenant au moins 30 % en poids de ladite zéolite, 3 à 15 % en poids de P2O5, 3 à 25 % en poids dudit constituant non réactif, 2 à 20 % en poids de ladite alumine réactive et 15 à 50 % en poids de kaolin hydraté.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 dans lequel la zéolite est ZSM-5 et est présente en quantité d'au moins 40 % du poids total de la matière particulaire.
- Procédé pour la réaction chimique et catalytique d'une charge d'hydrocarbures comprenant la mise en contact de la charge dans des conditions de réaction catalytique avec un catalyseur comprenant (a) au moins 30 % en poids d'une zéolite à taille intermédiaire des pores, (b) 3 à 15 % en poids de phosphore, mesuré en termes de P2O5, (c) 15 à 45 % en poids de kaolin, (d) 3 à 25 % en poids d'un constituant non réactif ayant une surface spécifique BET inférieure à 50 m2/g et une masse volumique supérieure à 2,8 g/cm3, ledit constituant non réactif étant l'alumine alpha, et (e) 2 à 20 % en poids d'une alumine réactive.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 dans lequel les alumines ajoutées (d) et (e) sont présentes dans ledit catalyseur en une quantité supérieure à 10 % en poids.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 comprenant en outre la récupération d'éthylène et/ou de propylène à partir dudit procédé.
