Definitions
- the invention relates to a fire door with movable in the closed position in front of a passage opening Torblatt instituten, roll-off rolling shutter slats o. The like., According to the preamble of claim 1.
- a double-walled door has a cavity provided with respective inlets and outlets for a cooling liquid, so that the door can be cooled under the action of heat by means of water fed in at that time, wherein the nozzle opening provided in the respective supply lines is cooled by spraying in a filling phase effect of the interior of the gate.
- a fire door is proposed, the interior of which is also automatically filled by supply and discharge lines with a cooling liquid only when a fire is detected.
- a double-walled door element in the interior of which fire-retardant materials, such as asbestos cement, are introduced and included in this fire-retardant material containing water containers, so that when a predetermined temperature threshold is exceeded, the water is released from the containers.
- fire-retardant materials such as asbestos cement
- CONDITIONING DP / E sung's no. Z-6.3-1085 of the German Institute for Construction Technology, May 15, 2002 are provided in front of the trained as a box profile roller shutter slats several insulating layers with glass fiber fabric and a steel cover, so that thus a roller shutter is formed and this only at great expense the Fire retardant effect according to the T30 guidelines.
- the invention is concerned with the problem of creating a fire door, which has improved door stability with low technical complexity in terms of temperature stability and these are adaptable in largely arbitrary configuration without additional connecting lines to customer-specific fire protection devices.

- Semi-finished construction of known construction which are positioned as ready to install assemblies in a designated position of use and then at the installation a full fluid filling, especially water filling, in as a storage chamber trained interior of all Torblattiata the gate introduced.
- the structural units in the form of door leaf elements or roller shutter blades produced in a fluid-tight manner are largely fluid-tightly sealed in the area of a filling opening intended for a single water intake, so that the water filling is long-lasting. is secured without evaporation in the door leaf element. Even in the area of a predetermined breaking point responsive to overpressure, an undesired escape of liquid is reliably avoided. Thus, these units have a largely improved protection and insulation effect with largely maintenance-free.
- These gates are constructed so that the water filling in the event of fire allows increased energy intake in the closed gate and while the heated up to the boiling point and beyond liquid causes a prolonged resistance time of the fire protection elements.
- a occurring in case of fire during cooking of the liquid vapor pressure in the interior of the storage chambers of the elements and lamellae can be reduced by automatically opening predetermined breaking points, so that more energy of the source of fire absorbed by the evaporating liquid, this is discharged until the emptying of the storage chamber as vapor and thus the walls of the storage chamber are protected by internal cooling.
- the doors can meet the requirements for T30 stability, and additional supply lines for cooling fluids in the area of such gates are dispensable.
- the fillable with the liquid, in particular water, elements are applicable to largely arbitrarily extensible fire protection devices, with custom constructions of any kind in the form of doors, sliding doors, sectional doors, staging doors, roller shutters o. The like. Locking devices are conceivable.
- the respective liquid added in the simplest case as a water filling can be provided with additives with which an advantageous effect on the consistency, the corrosion effect and / or the temperature behavior is achieved in accordance with the respective installation location of the door.

- the existing of this unit Tor 1 thus has a reduced design effort improved resistance to fire, for example, by fire or explosion on.
- the enclosed volume of liquid causes an increased absorption of heat energy from the fire, so that the service life of the door is substantially increased. This energy absorption and dissipation through the liquid takes place until the boiling water has completely evaporated and escaped as steam from the storage chamber. Only after this resistance time of the gate, this can be overheated in the segment walls and their resistance to the breakdown of the fire limits the strength of the gate final.
