Claims (16)
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse, pourvu d'un soubassement (11) et de plusieurs madriers (12) placés sur le soubassement (11) et reposant côte à côte à une certaine distance respective, de sorte qu'un espace intermédiaire (13) de type annulaire est formé entre les madriers (12) voisins, un profilé de recouvrement (14) étant disposé dans ledit espace et recouvrant entièrement la distance existant entre les madriers (12) placés côte à côte, le profilé de recouvrement (14) possédant une section transversale pour l'essentiel en forme de W et comportant au moins deux sections annulaires (17) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale et reliés entre eux par le biais d'une section d'étai centrale (14c), caractérisé en ce que la section d'étai centrale (14c) s'étend au-dessus du soubassement (11) à une certaine distance de celui-ci et que le profilé de recouvrement (14) est fixé au soubassement (11) dans la section d'étai centrale (14e) à l'aide d'au moins un moyen de fixation (15) traversant la section d'étai (14e).
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque section annulaire (17) présente une section transversale en V.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (14) repose avec la section d'étai (14c) sur une entretoise (18) soutenue sur le soubassement (11) au niveau de son extrémité inférieure opposée.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la section d'étai (14c) et l'entretoise (18) sont traversés par au moins une vis de fixation (15).
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité d'éclairage (20) peut être placée contre le profilé de recouvrement (14).
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'éclairage (20) comprend une plinthe lumineuse (21) pouvant être placée sur le profilé de recouvrement (14), au moins un élément de lampe (22) étant disposé au niveau de ladite plinthe.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe lumineuse (21) peut être placée sur la section d'étai (14c) du profilé de recouvrement (14) et délimite conjointement avec celui-ci un espace intérieur (23) dans lequel l'au moins un élément de lampe (22) est disposé.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe lumineuse (21) peut être encliquetée avec le profilé de recouvrement (14).
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe lumineuse (21) se compose d'un matériau au moins en partie transparent.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (14) se compose d'un matériau au moins en partie transparent.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe lumineuse (21) et/ou le profilé de recouvrement (14) sont en matière plastique transparente.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (14) est relié aux madriers (12) disposés côte à côte.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les madriers (12) comportent des surfaces latérales (12a) orientées les unes vers les autres avec lesquelles le profilé de recouvrement (14) est respectivement relié.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure (16) est réalisée sur les surfaces latérales (12a) des madriers (12) dans lesquelles le profilé de recouvrement (14) est enfoncé avec une arête extérieure (14a).
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (14) repose dans la rainure (16) sous l'effet d'une précontrainte élastique.
- Plancher de balcon ou de terrasse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (14) s'étend sur l'ensemble de la longueur de l'espace intermédiaire (13).
