Abstract

Pour transférer un revêtement d'imagerie d'une feuille de support sur une feuille d'impression, une couche de colle d'imagerie est appliquée sur la feuille d'impression. Dans un dispositif d'enduction (2), on fait passer la feuille de support comportant le revêtement d'imagerie sur la feuille d'impression en appliquant une pression, de sorte que le revêtement adhère aux zones de collage et forme une image. L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer la flexibilité lors de l'application dans une machine à imprimer. A cet effet, soit le dispositif d'enduction soit le dispositif d'application (1) et le dispositif d'enduction (2) sont placés dans un ou plusieurs modules d'enduction d'une machine à imprimer, de façon à permettre d'obtenir facilement un module de transfert de feuille (F) compact.

Claims (13)

  1. Machine d'impression traitant des feuilles comportant au moins un module de vernissage et un dispositif pour l'impression de films de gaufrage sur des feuilles d'impression et qui présente au moins une unité d'application (1) pour le revêtement graphique d'une feuille d'impression (B) avec une colle et une unité de revêtement (2, F) pour transférer des couches donnant des images d'un film transfert (5) sur la feuille d'impression (B), l'unité de revêtement (2, F) comprenant un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un cylindre de transfert (21) qui forment ensemble un intervalle de transfert commun (6) et le film de transfert (5) pouvant être passé autour du cylindre de transfert (21) de manière à passer sous pression avec la feuille d'impression (B) passant au niveau du cylindre de contre-pression (4) dans l'intervalle de transfert (6) et les couches donnant des images adhérant, après la sortie de la feuille d'impression (B) de l'intervalle de transfert (6), au niveau des zones graphiques pourvues de colle sur la feuille d'impression (B) et étant soulevées du film de transfert (5), ce dispositif étant disposé à l'intérieur de la machine d'impression,
    caractérisé en ce que
    directement en aval d'une unité d'impression (D) ou d'un module de vernissage (L) de la machine d'impression est disposé un module de transfert de film (F), que le module de transfert de film (F) se présente au moins sous la forme d'une unité de revêtement (2) qui présente un cylindre de transfert (21) et un cylindre de contre-pression (4), qu'au cylindre de transfert (21) situé à l'intérieur du module de transfert de film (F) est associé un rouleau de réserve de film (22) pour du film de transfert vierge et un rouleau collecteur de film (23) pour du film de transfert usagé, que le film de transfert sous forme de bande de film (24) peut être passé depuis le rouleau de réserve de film (22) autour du cylindre de transfert (21) à travers l'intervalle de transfert (6) vers le rouleau collecteur de film (23) et que le cylindre de transfert (21) est un cylindre porte-cliché d'un module de vernissage (L) ou que le cylindre de transfert (21) est disposé en aval du cylindre de contre-pression (4) du module de vernissage (L).
  2. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans le module de transfert de film (F), sont disposés un rouleau d'application et un système de dosage pouvant être enlevés du cylindre porte-cliché et que le cylindre porte-cliché peut être transféré au moyen d'un revêtement de presse compressible lisse sur le cylindre de transfert (21).
  3. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement de presse, sous forme d'un élément surfacique recouvrant une surface partielle de la zone surfacique cylindrique du cylindre de transfert (21) de l'unité de revêtement (2), peut être installé de manière positionnable sur le cylindre de transfert (21) ou une toile supportée par le cylindre de transfert (21).
  4. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    sur la surface du cylindre de transfert (21), il est prévu un blanchet incisé ou un cliché en plastique usiné en fonction d'une surface de presse dessinée suivant la zone à revêtir en conséquence ou un segment de compression pouvant être collé ou fixé d'une autre manière, de préférence de manière dissociable, et dessiné suivant la zone à revêtir.
  5. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    à l'intérieur de la machine de traitement de feuilles recevant l'unité de revêtement, l'unité de revêtement peut être placée à n'importe quels endroits de la machine.
  6. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la machine de traitement de feuilles est une machine d'impression à plusieurs unités d'impression et que l'unité de revêtement est disposée en amont ou en aval ou entre les unités d'impression.
  7. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de revêtement (2) est réalisée sous la forme d'un module de transfert de film (F) de type unité transportable.
  8. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs unités de revêtement (2) sont disposées les unes derrière les autres à l'intérieur d'une machine de traitement de feuilles.
  9. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    directement en amont d'une unité de revêtement (2), est disposée une unité d'application (1) sous forme d'une unité d'impression (D).
  10. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    directement en amont d'une unité de revêtement (2), est disposée une unité d'application (1) sous forme d'un module de vernissage (L).
  11. Machine d'impression selon les revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    directement en amont d'une unité de revêtement (2), sont disposées une unité d'application (1) sous forme d'un module de vernissage (L) et une unité d'application (1) sous forme d'une unité d'impression (D) .
  12. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    au cylindre de transfert (21) sont associés des rouleaux tendeurs (25) pour un guidage approximativement tangentiel de la bande de film (24) dans l'intervalle de transfert (6).
  13. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de film (24) peut être transportée en mode cadencé dans le sens de convoyage.
