Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour le transfert de couches de formation d'images d'une feuille de support sur des feuilles d'impression, comprenant au moins un moyen d'application (1) destiné à enduire la feuille d'impression avec une colle selon une image, et avec un moyen d'enduction (2) destiné à transmettre les couches de formation d'images à la feuille d'impression, dans lequel le moyen d'enduction (2) contient un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau de pression (3), lesquels forment une fente de transfert (6) commune, et dans lequel la feuille de support peut en outre être guidée autour du rouleau de pression (3) de manière à être appliquée avec le côté enduit sur la feuille d'impression guidée sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4), et guidée sous pression ensemble avec la feuille d'impression entre le rouleau de pression (3) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4) à travers la fente de transfert (6), et dans lequel les couches de formation d'images adhèrent à la feuille d'impression et sont décollées de la feuille de support, dans les régions sous forme d'image enduites de colle, une fois que la feuille d'impression est sortie de la fente de transfert (6),
    caractérisé en ce que

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,

    des moyens pneumatiques destinés à produire une couche d'air entre la feuille de transfert (5) et la surface du rouleau de pression (3) sont attribués à la fente de transfert (6).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que
    l'avancement de la feuille peut être commandé à l'aide d'un dispositif de guidage de feuille, de manière à arrêter la feuille de transfert (5) lorsque la transmission d'une couche de formation d'image à la feuille d'impression est interrompue dans la fente de transfert (6) du moyen d'enduction (2), et en ce que les moyens pneumatiques sollicitent la fente de transfert entre la feuille de transfert (5) et la surface du rouleau de pression (3) avec de l'air soufflé.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une commande est prévue en liaison avec l'entraînement rotatif (7) de la feuille de transfert (5), de manière à arrêter l'avancement de la feuille lors du passage dans un canal de cylindre (11) recevant des préhenseurs du cylindre de contre-pression (4) guidant la feuille, le rouleau de pression (3) passant à travers de façon coulissante, toujours en contact avec la feuille de transfert (5).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une surface de pression (13) surélevée, profilée dans son contour, est prévue comme surface du rouleau de pression (3), la surface de pression (13) étant limitée à la zone maximale à enduire.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la feuille de transfert (5) est divisée en une ou plusieurs bandes de feuille partielles de largeur réduite, et en ce que les bandes de feuille partielles sont alimentées côte à côte vers la fente de transfert (6).
  7. Procédé pour l'économie de feuille dans un dispositif destiné à transférer des couches de formation d'images sur une feuille d'impression à partir d'une feuille de support, comprenant au moins un moyen d'application (1) destiné à enduire une feuille d'impression avec une colle selon une image ou de façon plane, et un moyen d'enduction (2) destiné à transmettre les couches de formation d'images à la feuille d'impression, dans lequel le moyen d'enduction (2) contient un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau de pression (3), lesquels forment une fente de transfert (6) commune, et dans lequel la feuille de support peut en outre être guidée autour du rouleau de pression (3) de manière à être appliquée avec le côté enduit sur la feuille d'impression guidée sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4), et guidée sous pression ensemble avec la feuille d'impression entre le rouleau de pression (3) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4) à travers la fente de transfert (6), et dans lequel les couches de formation d'images adhérant à la feuille d'impression sont décollées de la feuille de support dans les régions sous forme d'image enduites de colle, une fois que la feuille d'impression est sortie de la fente de transfert (6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    une couche d'air est intégrée entre la surface du rouleau de pression (3) guidant la bande de feuille (5) et la feuille de support (5) en réduisant la tension de bande de la feuille de support (5), et en ce que le transport de la feuille de support (5) est arrêté pendant la rotation simultanée du rouleau de pression (3).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le transport de la feuille de support (5) est arrêté pendant l'exécution de fonctions auxiliaires sur la machine d'impression.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le transport de la feuille de support (5) est arrêté pendant l'exécution de processus de nettoyage d'un dispositif d'encrage ou d'un cylindre à blanchet ou d'un cylindre de contre-pression de la machine d'impression.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le transport de la feuille de support (5) est arrêté pendant l'exécution de processus d'installation pour le transport de papier sur la machine d'impression.
