Claims (7)
- Procédé de transfert de couches fonctionnelles d'un film support sur des feuilles d'impression dans un dispositif comportant au moins une unité d'application (1) pour revêtir une feuille d'impression d'une colle et une unité de revêtement (2) pour transférer une couche fonctionnelle du film support sur les feuilles d'impression, l'unité de revêtement (2) contenant un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un cylindre presseur (3), qui forment un intervalle de transfert, (6) et le film support pouvant en outre passer devant le cylindre presseur (3) de manière à se poser par sa face revêtue sur les feuilles d'impression guidées sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et être conduit sous pression avec les feuilles d'impression dans l'intervalle de transfert (6), de sorte que la couche fonctionnelle, après la sortie de la feuille d'impression de l'intervalle de transfert (6) et en adhérant sur la feuille d'impression dans les zones pourvues de colle, est soulevée du film support,
caractérisé en ce que,
pendant un processus d'impression pour la fixation d'une surface imprimée, une couche de colle couvrant totalement ou partiellement la surface est appliquée après le processus d'impression sur une feuille d'impression pourvue d'une impression à l'encre et que, depuis un film support, une couche protectrice transparente couvrant totalement ou partiellement la surface et adhérant par la couche de colle sur les feuilles d'impression est transférée dans l'intervalle de transfert (6), la couche protectrice couvrant totalement ou partiellement la surface étant appliquée sur une feuille d'impression imprimée après l'application de la dernière couche d'encre ou sur une feuille imprimée et vernie après l'application de la dernière couche de vernis. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice est transparente, visible ou invisible.
- Procédé selon la revendications 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice est teintée ou texturée.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice est transférée depuis un film support divisé en une ou plusieurs parties de bande de film de largeur inférieure dans une ou plusieurs zones partielles juxtaposées dans l'intervalle de transfert (6).
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice des parties de bande de film est dotée de propriétés différentes, des couches de couleur différente et/ou de brillance différente et/ou de structure surfacique différente pouvant être créées.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice est transférée sur une feuille imprimée dans une machine de transformation de feuilles, en particulier une machine d'impression comportant plusieurs unités d'impression, et que le processus de revêtement se fait en amont, entre ou en aval des unités d'impression.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche protectrice est appliquée en plusieurs couches successives sur une feuille imprimée dans plusieurs processus de revêtement dans une machine de transformation de feuilles.
