Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif destiné au transfert de couches formant image d'un film de support (5) sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) destiné à revêtir d'un adhésif à la façon d'une image une feuille d'impression et un groupe de couchage (2) destiné à transférer les couches formant image du film de support (5) sur la feuille d'impression, le groupe de couchage (2) comprenant un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau de compression (3), lesquels forment une fente de transfert (6) commune, et le guidage du film de support pouvant être poursuivi autour du rouleau de compression (3) de telle façon qu'il soit posé avec la face revêtue sur la feuil.le d'impression guidée sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et guidé sous pression en même temps que la feuille d'impression à travers la fente de transfert (6) entre le rouleau de compression (3) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et la couche formant image adhérant sur la feuille d'impression après la sortie de la feuille d'impression hors de la fente de transfert (6) dans la zone des parties d'image pourvues d'adhésif et étant séparée du film de support (5),
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de compression (3) est pourvu d'un revêtement lisse (10) et en ce qu'il présente un dispositif de réduction ou de suppression de l'adhérence de la surface du revêtement par rapport au film de support (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à la fente de transfert (6) des moyens pneumatiques destinés à produire une couche d'air entre le film de transfert (5) et la surface du rouleau de compression (3).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'avance de film peut être commandée au moyen d'un dispositif de guidage de film de telle façon que le film de transfert (5) soit stoppé lorsque, dans la fente de transfert (6) du groupe de couchage (2) il ne se produit aucun transfert d'une couche formant image sur une feuille d'impression et en ce que les moyens pneumatiques frappent la fente de transfert entre le film de transfert (5) et la surface du rouleau de compression (3) avec de l'air de soufflage.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une commande est prévue- -en liaison avec l'entraînement rotatif (7) du film de transfert (5) de manière que, lors du passage d'un canal de cylindre (11) recevant les preneurs du cylindre de contre-pression (4) guidant les feuilles, l'avance de film est stoppée, le rouleau de compression (3) passant en -glissant toujours en contact avec le film de transfert (5).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu comme surface du rouleau de compression (3) une surface de compression (13) accrue à profil contourné, la surface de compression (13) étant limitée à la zone maximale à revêtir.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le film de transfert (5) est divisé en une ou plusieurs bandes partielles de film de largeur plus petite et en ce que les bandes partielles de film sont amenées à la fente de transfert -(6) les unes à côté des autres.
  7. Dispositif destiné au transfert de couches formant image d'un film de support (5) sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour revêtir d'un adhésif à la façon d'une image des feuilles d'impression et un groupe de couchage (2) destiné à transférer les couches formant -image du film de support (5) sur la feuille -d'impression dans une fente de transfert entre un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau de compression, le film de support (5) pouvant être guidé à travers la fente de transfert avec la face revêtue appuyée contre la feuille d'impression en même temps que cette dernière et les couches- formant image pouvant être ici transférées à la façon d'une image sur la feuille d'impression, et un dispositif destiné à acheminer le film de transfert (5) vers le groupe de couchage (2) et à le transporter après le groupe de couchage (2) avec un entraînement destiné au déplacement du film de transfert dans le sens de travail,
    caractérisé en ce que le film de transfert (5) est guidé autour d'un rouleau d'appui (14) agencé en aval de la fente de pression entre le cylindre porte-blanchet (13) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et associé à la surface du cylindre de contre-pression (4) lequel rouleau d'appui- (14) forme avec le cylindre de contre-pression la fente- de transfert (6'), l'application d'adhésif sur la feuille d'impression ayant lieu dans la fente de pression entre le cylindre porte-blanchet (13) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'appui (14) peut être posé sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et retiré de celui-ci.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'appui (14) peut être posé contre le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et retiré de celui-ci à la cadence de travail de la machine traitant des feuilles.
  10. Procédé destiné à économiser du film dans un dispositif destiné à transférer des couches formant image d'un film de support (5) sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour revêtir à la façon d'une image ou sur toute la surface une feuille d'impression d'un adhésif et un groupe de couchage (2) destiné à transférer les couches formant image du film de support (5) sur la feuille d'impression, le groupe de couchage (2) comprenant un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau de compression (3), lesquels forment une fente de transfert (6) commune, et le guidage du film de support pouvant être poursuivi autour du rouleau de compression (3) de telle manière qu'il soit posé avec la face revêtue sur la feuille d'impression guidée sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et guidé sous pression, en même temps que la feuille d'impression, à travers la fente de transfert (6) entre le rouleau de compression (3) et le cylindre de contre-pression (4), et la couche formant image étant séparée du film de support (5) en adhérant sur la feuille d'impression après la sortie de la feuille d'impression hors de la fente de transfert (6) dans la zone des parties pourvues d'adhésif,
    caractérisé en ce que, tout en réduisant la tension de bande du film de support (5), il est amené une couche d'air entre la surface du rouleau de compression (3) guidant la bande de film (5) et-le film de support (5) et en ce que le transport du film de support (5) est stoppé alors qu'en même temps le rouleau de compression (3) est en rotation.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que le transport du film de support (5) est immobilisé pendant l'exécution de fonctions auxiliaires sur la machine d'impression.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que le transport du film de support (5) est immobilisé pendant l'exécution de processus de nettoyage pour un groupe d'encrage ou un cylindre porte-blanchet ou un cylindre de contre-pression de la machine d'impression.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que le transport du film de support (5) est immobilisé pendant l'exécution de processus de réglage pour le transport de papier sur la machine d'impression.
