Claims (8)

  1. Un dispositif d'enroulement d'un tissu d'une machine à tricoter comprenant:
    un premier corps latéral (210) et un second corps latéral opposé (210), chacun comportant un mentonnet (211) prenant place au niveau de la partie supérieure latérale du corps latéral;
    un axe d'enroulement (220) passant à travers les parties intermédiaires des corps latéraux (210), l'axe d'enroulement (220) étant conçu pour que le tissu (20) puisse s'y enrouler;
    un mécanisme de frottement (230) doté de deux bras (231), chacun comportant une première extrémité (231a) et une seconde extrémité (231b), lesdits bras (231) étant soutenus de manière pivotante à ladite première extrémité (231a) dans laquelle une tige de frottement (232) relie les deux extrémités secondes (231 b), qui est disposé au-dessus de l'axe d'enroulement (220) pour maintenir le contact avec le tissu s'y enroulant;
    un mécanisme de changement de vitesse (240) pour la mise en rotation d'un axe d'enroulement (241) pour l'entraînement d'un groupe de transmission; et
    un mécanisme d'alimentation (290) disposé aux extrémités supérieures desdits corps latéraux (210) et comportant un axe d'entraînement (291) pour l'entraînement du tissu provenant de la machine à tricoter;
    caractérisé en ce que le groupe de transmission comporte un premier élément de transmission (250), un second élément de transmission (260), un troisième élément de transmission (270) et un quatrième élément de transmission (280), dans lesquels
    ledit premier élément de transmission (250) est situé au sein du premier corps latéral (210) et est entraîné par ledit mécanisme de changement de vitesse (240) pour la mise en rotation de l'axe d'enroulement (220),
    ledit second élément de transmission (260) est situé au sein du second corps latéral (210) et est entraîné par ledit mécanisme de changement de vitesse (240),
    ledit troisième élément de transmission (270) est disposé au sein dudit second corps latéral opposé (210) et est entraîné par ledit second élément de transmission (260) pour l'entraînement dudit axe d'entraînement (291) du mécanisme d'alimentation (290), et
    ledit quatrième élément de transmission (280) est disposé sur le bras (231) proche du second corps latéral (210) et entraîné par ledit troisième élément de transmission (270) pour l'entraînement de ladite tige de friction (232).
  2. Le dispositif de la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de changement de vitesse (240) est disposé entre des extrémités inférieures des corps latéraux (210).
  3. Le dispositif de la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit axe d'entraînement (241) traverse le mécanisme de changement de vitesse (240) et les deux extrémités dudit axe d'entraînement (241) s'étendent à l'intérieur desdits corps latéraux (210), dans lequel ledit premier élément de transmission (250) comporte une roue inférieure (251) fixée à une première extrémité de l'axe d'entraînement (241), une roue supérieure (252) fixée à une extrémité de l'axe d'enroulement (220), et une courroie (253) s'enroulant autour des roues inférieures et supérieures (251, 252).
  4. Le dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'alimentation (290) est disposé aux extrémités supérieures desdits corps latéraux (210), le mécanisme d'alimentation (290) comprenant en outre un premier axe d'entraînement (292) et un second axe d'entraînement (293).
  5. Le dispositif de la revendication 4, dans lequel le second élément de transmission (260) comporte une première roue (261) fixée à une seconde extrémité de l'axe d'entraînement (241), une seconde roue (262) entraînée par ladite première roue (260), une troisième roue (263) adaptée pour une rotation conjointe avec la seconde roue (262), une quatrième roue (264) disposée dans une position supérieure par rapport à l'axe d'enroulement (220), et une courroie (265) passant autour des troisième et quatrième roues (263, 264).
  6. Le dispositif de la revendication 5, dans lequel le troisième élément de transmission (270) comporte une cinquième roue (271) fixée à la première extrémité de l'un desdits bras (231), une sixième roue (272) fixée à une première extrémité de l'axe d'entraînement (291), et une courroie (273) passant autour des cinquième, sixième et de la quatrième roue (271, 272, 264).
  7. Le dispositif de la revendication 4 au moins et de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque extrémité de l'axe d'entraînement (291) présente la forme d'une roue d'entraînement, chaque extrémité du premier axe d'entraînement (292) présente la forme d'une première roue entraînée, chaque extrémité du second axe d'entraînement présente la forme d'une seconde roue entraînée, respectivement, et la roue d'entraînement ayant deux points opposés sur sa périphérie pour un contact avec les première et seconde roue d'entraînement de telle manière que les première et seconde roue entraînées sont adaptées de manière à entraîner à mesure de la rotation de la roue d'entraînement, et les premier et second axes d'entraînement (292, 293) sont conçus pour entraîner à mesure de la rotation de l'axe d'entraînement.
  8. Le dispositif de la revendication 6, dans lequel le quatrième élément de transmission (280) comporte une septième roue (281) fixée à la première extrémité (231a) de l'un desdits bras (231), une huitième roue (282) fixée à ladite seconde extrémité (231 b) du bras (231) joignant la tige de friction (232) , et une courroie (283) passant autour des septième et huitième roues.
