Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen von Gestrick von einer Strickmaschine, umfassend:
    einen ersten Seitenkasten (210) und einen gegenüberliegend angeordneten zweiten Seitenkasten (210), die jeweils einen vorstehenden Abschnitt (211) aufweisen, der auf deren Seite nahe deren oberem Ende ausgebildet ist;
    eine Aufnahmeachse (220), die sich quer verlaufend zwischen Mittelabschnitten der Seitenkästen (210) erstreckt, wobei die Aufnahmeachse (220) ausgelegt ist, um darauf das Gestrick (20) aufzuspulen;
    einen Reibungsmechanismus (230) mit zwei Armen (231), die jeweils ein erstes Ende (231a) und ein gegenüber liegendes zweites Ende (231b) aufweisen, wobei die Arme (231) schwenkbeweglich auf dem ersten Ende (231a) gelagert sind, wobei eine Reibestange (232) mit den zweiten Enden (231b) verbindet, die oberhalb der Aufnahmeachse (220) angeordnet ist, um das darum aufgespulte Gestrick (20) zu berühren;
    einen Geschwindigkeits-Änderungsmechanismus (240), um die Drehbewegung einer Antriebswelle (241) zum Antreiben von Getriebeeinheiten anzutreiben; und
    eine Zuführeinheit (290), die an oberen Enden der Seitenkästen (210) angeordnet ist und eine Antriebsachse (291) zum Übergeben des von der Strickmaschine zugeführten Gestricks (20) aufweist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebeeinheiten eine erste Getriebeeinheit (250), eine zweite Getriebeeinheit (260), eine dritte Getriebeeinheit (270) und eine vierte Getriebeeinheit (280) aufweisen, wobei
    die erste Getriebeeinheit (250) in dem ersten Seitenkasten (210) vorgesehen ist und durch den Geschwindigkeits-Änderungsmechanismus (240) angetrieben wird, um die Aufnahmeachse (220) zu drehen,
    die zweite Getriebeeinheit (260) in dem zweiten Seitenkasten (210) vorgesehen ist und durch den Geschwindigkeits-Änderungsmechanismus (240) angetrieben wird,
    die dritte Getriebeeinheit (270) in dem gegenüber liegend angeordneten zweiten Seitenkasten (210) vorgesehen ist und durch die zweite Getriebeeinheit (260) der Zuführeinheit (290) angetrieben wird, und
    die vierte Getriebeeinheit (280) in der Nähe des zweiten Seitenkastens (210) vorgesehen ist und durch dritte Getriebeeinheit (270) angetrieben wird, um die Reibestange (232) anzutreiben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Geschwindigkeits-Änderungsmechanismus (240) zwischen unteren Enden der Seitenkästen (210) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Antriebswelle (241) sich durch den Geschwindigkeits-Änderungsmechanismus (240) hindurch erstreckt und sich beide Ende der Antriebswelle (241) bis in die Seitenkästen (210) hinein erstrecken, wobei die erste Getriebeeinheit (250) ein unteres Rad (251) aufweist, das starr mit einem ersten Ende der Antriebswelle (241) gekoppelt ist, wobei ein oberes Rad (252) starr mit einem Ende der Aufnahmeachse (220) gekoppelt ist und ein Riemen um das obere und untere Rad (251, 252) herum läuft.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zuführeinheit (290) quer verlaufend zu oberen Abschnitten der Seitenkästen (210) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Zuführeinheit (290) außerdem eine erste angetriebene Achse (292) und eine zweite angetriebene Achse (293) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die zweite Getriebeeinheit (260) ein erstes Rad (261), das starr mit einem zweiten Ende der Antriebswelle (241) gekoppelt ist, eine zweites Rad (262), das von dem ersten Rad (261) angetrieben wird, ein drittes Rad (263), das sich gemeinsam mit dem zweiten Rad (262) drehen kann, ein viertes Rad (264), das höher als die Aufnahmeachse (220) angeordnet ist, und einen Riemen (265) aufweist, der um das dritte und vierte Rad (263, 264) umläuft.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die dritte Getriebeeinheit (270) ein fünftes Rad (271), das starr mit dem ersten Ende von einem der Arme (231) gekoppelt ist, ein sechstes Rad (272), das starr mit einem ersten Ende der Antriebswelle (291) gekoppelt ist, und einen Riemen (273) aufweist, der um das fünfte, sechste und vierte Rad (271, 272, 264) umläuft.
  7. Vorrichtung zumindest nach Anspruch 4 und einem anderen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes der beiden Enden der Antriebswelle (201) als Antriebsrad ausgebildet ist, jedes der beiden Ende der ersten angetriebenen Achse (292) als erstes angetriebenes Rad ausgebildet ist, jedes der beiden Enden der zweiten angetriebenen Achse (293) als zweites angetriebenes Rad ausgebildet ist und das Antriebsrad zwei einander auf seinem Umfang entgegengesetzt gegenüber liegende Punkte aufweist, die mit dem ersten und zweiten angetriebenen Rad in Berührung stehen, sodass das erste und zweite angetriebene Rad ausgelegt sind, um die Drehbewegung des Antriebsrads anzutreiben, und wobei die erste und zweite angetriebene Achse (292, 293) ausgelegt sind, um die Drehbewegung der Antriebswelle (291) anzutreiben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die vierte Getriebeeinheit (280) ein siebtes Rad (281), das starr mit dem ersten Ende (231a) von einem der Arme (231) gekoppelt ist, ein achtes Rad (282), das starr mit dem zweiten Ende (231b) des Arms (231), welcher mit der Reibestange (232) verbindet, und einen Riemen (293) aufweist, der um das siebte und achte Rad umläuft.
