Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour refermer une ouverture d'un véhicule, comprenant une vitre (14), un élément de protection contre les éclats (30) étant mis en place sur la vitre ou sur un élément fonctionnel disposé sur la vitre. Selon l'invention, l'élément de protection contre les éclats est relié au moyen d'un premier collage élastique permanent (20) à la carrosserie du véhicule ou à un élément de retenue (18) relié à la carrosserie du véhicule, et dans la zone marginale de la vitre se trouve également une mousse périphérique (12) qui est reliée à la carrosserie du véhicule ou à l'élément de retenue par un second collage élastique permanent (22).
