Abstract

Cette charnière présente deux éléments articulés (10, 11), dont au moins un (10) est monté de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport à une plaque de montage (12, 12'), est maintenu dans une première position par un dispositif de retenue exerçant une force et peut passer dans une deuxième position une fois cette force surmontée, l'espace (15) entre les éléments de fermeture (3 6, 4) étant alors agrandi.

Claims (24)

  1. Charnière (9) servant à raccorder deux volets partiels (3, 4) d'un volet rabattant (2), entre les volets partiels (3, 4) étant formé un joint de séparation (15), avec deux parties d'articulation (10, 11), dont chacune est susceptible d'être fixée à un volet partiel (3, 4), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une des parties d'articulation (10), montée déplaçable par rapport à une plaque de montage (12, 12') montée sur le volet partiel (3, 4), est maintenue en une première position, par un dispositif de maintien exerçant une force entre la plaque de montage et les parties d'articulation, et, après avoir surmonté la force et relâché l'emprise du dispositif de maintien, est déplaçable en une deuxième position, le joint de séparation (15) existant entre les plaques partielles (3, 4) étant agrandi du fait du déplacement de la partie d'articulation par rapport à la plaque de montage.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien exerçant une force est formé par au moins un ressort (14).
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un ressort (14) est réalisé sous forme de ressort hélicoïdal et est orienté perpendiculairement au joint de séparation (15) existant entre les volets partiels (3, 4).
  4. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est maintenue derrière des saillies de la plaque de montage (12).
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que dans la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est monté un ergot d'encliquetage (16) sollicité élastiquement, s'encliquetant dans une cavité (17) de la plaque de montage (12) et formant le dispositif de maintien.
  6. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien est formé par un aimant.
  7. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est réalisée sous forme de bras allongé.
  8. Charnière selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième partie d'articulation (11) est réalisée en forme de pot et présente un axe (13), sur lequel la partie d'articulation (10) réalisée sous forme de bras allongé est montée à pivotement.
  9. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de montage (12) est réalisée pour relier à l'un des volets partiels (4) la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable, réalisée de préférence sous forme de bras de charnière, la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable étant montée de manière à être déplaçable par rapport à la plaque de montage (12).
  10. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est susceptible d'être fixée, de préférence rigidement, au moyen d'une plaque de montage (12), sur l'un des volets partiels (4), et est montée de manière déplaçable par rapport à une plaque de montage (12') de la deuxième partie d'articulation (11).
  11. Charnière selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième partie d'articulation (11), ou sa plaque de montage (12'), est susceptible d'être fixée à l'autre des volets partiels.
  12. Charnière selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est un bras de charnière.
  13. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième partie d'articulation (11) est un pot de charnière.
  14. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) et la deuxième partie d'articulation (11) sont reliées ensemble à pivotement par l'intermédiaire d'un axe de charnière (13).
  15. Charnière selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de charnière (13) est monté de façon déplaçable par rapport à la deuxième partie d'articulation (11), le long d'une piste de guidage (19) disposée dans la deuxième partie d'articulation (11), de préférence dans une rainure de guidage y étant disposée.
  16. Charnière selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que la piste de guidage (19), de préférence essentiellement rectiligne, est réalisée en s'étendant obliquement par rapport à la plaque de montage (12') de la deuxième partie d'articulation (11).
  17. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de charnière (13) est disposé rigidement sur la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable, ou reliée à celle-ci
  18. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisée en ce qu'un ressort d'encliquetage (18), dans lequel l'axe de charnière (13) est susceptible d'être introduit et sorti avec effet d'encliquetage, est prévu en tant que dispositif de maintien exerçant une force, dans la deuxième partie d'articulation (11).
  19. Charnière selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que le ressort d'encliquetage (18) est disposé sur la plaque de montage (12') de la deuxième partie d'articulation (11).

Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est montée de façon déplaçable par rapport à une première plaque de montage (12), la première plaque de montage (12) étant réalisée de manière à relier la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable à l'un des volets partiels (4) et, en plus, la partie d'articulation (10) déplaçable est montée de façon déplaçable par rapport à une deuxième plaque de montage (12') de la deuxième partie d'articulation, la deuxième partie d'articulation (11) étant susceptible d'être fixée sur l'autre volet partiel (3).
