Abstract

La présente invention concerne un support pour aliments, en particulier pour produits cuits au four, qui comprend un tissu dont le fil de chaîne et le fil de trame sont constitués de filaments de renforcement, par exemple en verre, en aramide ou en carbone, qui sont imprégnés ou revêtus de fluoropolymères. Ce support agit contre l'effet négatif de germes sur les aliments, les frais de nettoyage de ce support sont sensiblement abaissés et sa durabilité correspond à un multiple de celle des supports connus jusqu'ici. Avec ce support, un bon passage d'air, de chaleur et d'humidité est garanti, ce qui est important pour les processus de fermentation dans les boulangeries et également en ce qui concerne l'efficacité énergétique. Grâce à une stérilisation par U.V. intégrée dans le processus de production, il n'y a pas de fragilisation du tissu, comme c'est le cas avec les plastiques et les tissus en plastique utilisés jusqu'ici.
