Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de recouvrement pour revêtements de sols, avec un profilé de recouvrement (4), présentant un rebord de recouvrement (6), et au moins une nervure de serrage (7), faisant saillie vers le bas depuis le rebord de recouvrement (6), s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du profilé de recouvrement, pour la fixation du profilé de recouvrement dans une fixation (9), et avec une bande de compensation (5), utilisable au choix, susceptible d'être raccordée au profilé de recouvrement, sur la face inférieure du rebord de recouvrement (6), par une liaison à ajustement de forme, par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison à rainure et languette (14, 15), caractérisé en ce que le profilé de recouvrement (4), formé d'un profilé extrudé, présente, dans un tronçon, prévu par ailleurs pour une pose à plat sur le revêtement de sol, au moins une rainure longitudinale (14) pour recevoir un ergot d'encliquetage (15) de la bande de compensation (5), également formée d'un profilé extrudé, à titre de liaison à rainure et languette.
  2. Dispositif de recouvrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de compensation (5) présente la forme d'un profilé en cornière, des branches (12, 13) duquel celle portant l'ergot d'encliquetage (15) appuie sur la face inférieure du rebord de recouvrement (6) du profilé de recouvrement (4) et l'autre forme un prolongement, tombant vers le bas, du profilé de recouvrement (4).
  3. Dispositif de recouvrement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de compensation (5) présente au moins une nervure d'appui (17), faisant saillie, vers le bas, de la branche (12) portant l'ergot d'encliquetage (15).
  4. Dispositif de recouvrement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la nervure d'appui (17) de la bande de compensation (5) forme un appendice d'accouplement (16), pour la liaison à la fixation (9) pour le profilé de recouvrement (4).
  5.   6. Dispositif de recouvrement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la branche (12), en appui sur le rebord de recouvrement (6), de la bande de compensation (5) présente une surface adhésive, sur la face tournée vers le rebord de recouvrement (6).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé de recouvrement et d'au moins une bande de compensation, pour un dispositif de recouvrement pour revêtements de sols selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, d'abord, on fabrique un profilé d'extrusion (18) commun, dont la section transversale se compose des sections transversales du profilé de recouvrement (4) et d'au moins une bande de compensation (5), reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'une nervure de liaison (19) servant de support d'espacement, à ce qui sera ultérieurement le profilé de recouvrement (4), et en ce que, ensuite, la bande de compensation (5) est séparée du profilé de recouvrement (4) en procédant à une découpe de séparation dans la nervure de liaison (19).
