Claims (10)
- Dispositif de production de pièces cylindriques (1) qui présentent un profilage défini, avec un porte-pièce (2) déplaçable axialement et pouvant tourner autour de l'axe longitudinal (Z) ainsi qu'avec des outils de formage (9) agissant périodiquement sur la pièce (1), dans lequel il se trouve au moins un entraînement (11) pour la rotation du porte-pièce (2) mécaniquement séparé de l'entraînement (8) des outils de formage (9), caractérisé en ce que le porte-pièce (2) peut tourner par intermittence autour de son axe longitudinal (Z), et en ce que ledit entraînement séparé (11) est relié à une commande électronique, par laquelle le mouvement de rotation intermittent du porte-pièce (2) et, par conséquent, la rotation ou l'arrêt de la pièce (1) est commandé en fonction de l'entraînement (8) des outils de formage (9), dans lequel la position et la durée de l'arrêt de la pièce pendant l'intervention des outils de formage peuvent être réglées au moyen de la commande électronique et de l'entraînement séparé (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les outils de formage (9) sont des galets (12) ou des rouleaux profilés, qui sont entraînés en mouvement circulaire continu sur une trajectoire circulaire (13), dans lequel la trajectoire circulaire (13) est disposée en position parallèle ou oblique, de préférence réglable, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (Z) de la pièce (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le porte-pièce (2) est monté dans une poupée porte-broche (20) guidée et déplaçable parallèlement à l'axe (Z) de la pièce et est relié à l'entraînement (11) par un embrayage (22) qui est élastique au moins en direction axiale, dans lequel l'entraînement (11) est disposé de préférence dans une poupée porte-broche secondaire (21) également guidée et déplaçable parallèlement à l'axe (Z) de la pièce.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement périodique des outils de formage (9; 12), le mouvement de rotation intermittent du porte-pièce (2), ainsi que l'approche axiale du porte-pièce (2) présentent des groupes d'entraînement séparés (4; 8; 11), qui sont couplés électroniquement l'un à l'autre, et de préférence reliés à la commande électronique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les pièces (1) sont des corps cylindriques pleins ou creux.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les pièces (1) sont montées sur un mandrin cylindrique, qui présente de préférence une surface profilée, de préférence profilée longitudinalement.
- Procédé de production de pièces cylindriques (1) avec un profilage défini, avec un porte-pièce (2) pour les pièces (1) qui est déplaçable axialement et pouvant tourner autour de l'axe longitudinal (Z) ainsi qu'avec des outils de formage (9) entraînés par un entraînement (8) et agissant périodiquement sur la pièce (1), dans lequel il se trouve un entraînement (11) pour la rotation du porte-pièce (2) mécaniquement séparé de l'entraînement (8) des outils de formage (9), caractérisé en ce que l'on fait tourner le porte-pièce (2) par intermittence autour de son axe longitudinal (Z), en ce que l'on commande l'entraînement séparé (11) au moyen d'une commande électronique, et en ce que l'on fait tourner ou on arrête la pièce (1) autour de son axe longitudinal (Z) au moyen de l'entraînement séparé (11) en fonction du mouvement des outils de formage (9), pour la production d'une géométrie de profilage définie déterminée sur la pièce (1), dans lequel la position et la durée de l'arrêt de la pièce pendant l'intervention des outils de formage sont réglables au moyen de la commande électronique et de l'entraînement séparé (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la commande impose à la pièce (1) aussi bien une rotation vers la gauche ou vers la droite qu'un arrêt.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la commande commande aussi l'entraînement (8) et le mouvement d'approche des outils de formage (9) conformément à des instructions, ainsi que le mouvement d'approche axial de la pièce (1).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 et/ou d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9 pour la production de dentures obliques sur des pièces cylindriques (1).
