Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour contrôler un bon fonctionnement d'un système d'injection d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un accumulateur de pression (1), une soupape d'injection (2) raccordée à l'accumulateur de pression, un système d'arrivée de carburant (4) réglable, qui alimente l'accumulateur de pression (1) en carburant, un capteur de pression (10), qui est raccordé à l'accumulateur de pression (1) et enregistre la pression dans l'accumulateur de pression, un appareil de commande (6) auquel la pression dans l'accumulateur de pression est amenée par le capteur de pression (10) et la quantité de carburant évacuée par la soupape d'injection (2) et la quantité de carburant amenée par le système d'arrivée de carburant sont commandées en fonction de paramètres de service du moteur à combustion interne, la quantité de carburant à fournir par la soupape d'injection (2) étant modifiée, caractérisé en ce que la pression s'établissant alors est enregistrée, la pression s'établissant étant comparée avec une pression de consigne pour les conditions de service données, et une source d'erreur étant identifiée en fonction de l'écart de la pression mesurée par rapport à la valeur de comparaison et en cas de sous-dépassement de la pression de consigne.

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une variation de la quantité injectée, dans le cas d'un sous-dépassement de la pression de consigne dans l'accumulateur de pression (1) et dans le cas d'une pression de carburant dans l'accumulateur de pression (1) variant dans le sens contraire à la variation de la quantité injectée, on identifie comme source d'erreur le système d'arrivée de carburant (6) qui n'amène pas suffisamment de carburant.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pression est enregistrée pendant un temps de mesure de 1 seconde et le comportement dans le temps de la pression est comparé pendant le temps de mesure avec une courbe de valeurs de consigne.
  5.
