Claims (20)

  1. Procédé d'emballage d'un produit à l'intérieur d'une unité d'emballage, lequel produit comprend une pluralité de sous-composants de taille et/ou de géométrie différentes, dans lequel au moins un des sous-composants est fixé par collage à l'unité d'emballage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un corps de maintien réalisé séparément de l'unité d'emballage est fixé par collage sur le fond de l'unité d'emballage, de sorte que le corps de maintien se trouve en contact avec au moins un des sous-composants en disposant le corps de maintien, en fonction de la géométrie des sous-composants, en vue de séparer ceux-ci, de telle sorte qu'au moins un des sous-composants est maintenu contre un mouvement par rapport à l'unité d'emballage dans deux directions axiales perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs autres sous-composants sont placés, essentiellement sans contact avec l'unité d'emballage, sur le sous-composant collé, et en ce qu'un ou plusieurs des sous-composants non collés sont retenus au moyen du contact avec le corps de maintien.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les sous-composants sont mis en place répartis par groupes qui sont chacun retenus par un ou plusieurs corps de maintien.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps de maintien est utilisé, lequel corps présente, à l'état collé, des nervures, des rainures et/ou des fentes dans un ou plusieurs plans parallèles au fond de l'unité d'emballage, et en ce que le corps de maintien est disposé de telle sorte que ces nervures, rainures et/ou fentes se trouvent à des hauteurs au-dessus du fond de l'unité d'emballage telles qu'elles correspondent à la position des rainures et/ou des nervures sur un ou plusieurs sous-composants.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de maintien est pourvu d'une pluralité de rainures, de fentes et/ou de nervures, et en ce que celles-ci peuvent être disposées à différentes hauteurs au-dessus du fond de l'unité d'emballage en modifiant l'orientation du corps de maintien.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'emballage est un élément en carton ou en carton ondulé qui est plié pour former une boîte ou une caisse.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'emballage est pliée une fois que les sous-composants et les corps de maintien ont été mis en place.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, avant la mise en place de sous-composants et de corps de maintien, l'unité d'emballage est pliée pour former une boîte ou une caisse ouverte, et en ce que la boîte ou la caisse est ensuite fermée, de préférence lors d'une autre étape de pliage.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un produit auto-adhésif non durcissant.
  10. Corps de maintien destiné à être utilisé pour l'emballage d'un produit à l'intérieur d'une unité d'emballage, lequel produit comprend une pluralité de sous-composants de taille et/ou de géométrie différentes, caractérisé en ce que, avant que le corps de maintien ne soit mis en place dans l'unité d'emballage, une face inférieure de celui-ci est prévue pour fournir le produit adhésif, en ce que le corps de maintien est prévu pour être collé sur le fond de l'unité d'emballage, de sorte que le corps de maintien est en contact avec au moins un des sous-composants, en ce qu'il présente des nervures, des rainures et/ou des fentes dans un ou plusieurs plans parallèles à la face inférieure du corps de maintien, et en ce que les deux côtés opposés sont pourvus de nervures, de rainures et/ou de fentes, tandis que les autres côtés sont essentiellement plans.
  11. Corps de maintien selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, vu à l'état collé, il présente une section droite essentiellement rectangulaire parallèle au fond de l'unité d'emballage, et en ce que, à l'état collé, les nervures, les rainures et/ou les fentes s'étendent dans un ou plusieurs plans parallèles au fond de l'unité d'emballage.
  12. Corps de maintien selon les revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, vu parallèlement au fond de l'unité d'emballage, il est réalisé essentiellement sous une forme cubique ou cylindrique avec des dimensions relativement petites par rapport à l'unité d'emballage.
  13. Corps de maintien selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de la largeur de section à la longueur de côté de l'unité d'emballage est dans la gamme de 1:3 à 1:20.
  14. Corps de maintien selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une hauteur qui correspond essentiellement à la distance entre le fond de l'unité d'emballage et un côté opposé de l'unité d'emballage ou à la distance entre le fond de l'unité d'emballage et la face supérieure du sous-composant le plus haut à l'état emballé.
  15. Corps de maintien selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fait de polystyrène moussé, de carton d'emballage ou de carton pour boîtes.
  16. Emballage destiné à être utilisé pour emballer un produit comprenant une pluralité de sous-composants de taille et/ou de géométrie différentes, lequel emballage comprend une unité d'emballage et au moins un corps de maintien réalisé séparément de l'unité d'emballage, lequel corps de maintien est fixé par collage à l'unité d'emballage, si bien que le corps de maintien, en vue de séparer les sous-composants en fonction de leur géométrie, peut être placé de telle sorte qu'au moins un des sous-composants est maintenu contre un mouvement par rapport à l'unité d'emballage dans deux directions axiales perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que le corps de maintien est un corps de maintien selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15.

  20. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que ses longueurs de côté sont dans la gamme de 40 à 200 cm, et en ce que sa hauteur est dans la gamme de 5 à 30 cm.
