Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de séchage d'un produit fluide ou pâteux (1a) dans lequel, premièrement, on introduit le produit à sécher (1a) dans un récipient de séchage (2), deuxièmement, on alimente ledit récipient de séchage avec un gaz chaud qui circule à travers le récipient, troisièmement, on introduit dans ledit récipient (2) un matériau de remplissage constitué d'une pluralité de corps de remplissage (3) qui, maintenus en mouvement durant le séchage, entrent en contact entre eux et/ou avec le produit à sécher (1a) et/ou avec l'une des parois du récipient de séchage (2), caractérisé en ce que l'introduction d'air chaud (4) s'effectue, par rapport au récipient de séchage (2), du côté opposé à la conduite d'admission (10), et en ce que la quantité, la vitesse de circulation et/ou la température de l'air chaud sont réglables de sorte telle qu'après introduction de l'air chaud dans le récipient (2) la pression partielle au niveau du solvant à extraire par séchage est inférieure à la pression de la vapeur du solvant dans le produit séché (1b).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la température d'entrée et/ou la température de sortie du gaz chaud sont réglées au cours du séchage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'air chaud circule dans le récipient de séchage (2) dans le sens inverse à celui du produit.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le produit séché peut être extrait du récipient (2) à travers une ou plusieurs ouvertures obturables (11) dotées de tamis.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les corps de remplissage (3) sont dotés d'un revêtement hydrophobe.
