Claims (5)

  1. Séchoir pour le séchage de déchets de jardin, en particulier de déchets de tonte hachés et autres matières pouvant être entassées (5), comprenant
    1.1 une cuve (1) horizontale allongée avec un fond dont la section est au moins partiellement ronde ;
    1.2 la cuve (1) présentant une entrée (1.1) à une extrémité et une sortie (1.2) pour les matières (5) à son autre extrémité ;
    1.3 le fond étant perforé au moins sur une partie de sa longueur ;
    1.4 les perforations (1.3) étant raccordées à de l'air comprimé (2) ;
    1.5 un organe de transport étant prévu pour saisir les matières (5) dans un quadrant ascendant sur la paroi de la cuve et les transporter vers le haut sur une certaine distance ;
    1.6 les perforations se trouvant principalement ou seulement dans le quadrant ascendant pour introduire de l'air comprimé dans l'intérieur de la cuve ;
    1.7 l'organe de transport (3) présentant un arbre de transport (3.1) et des bras de transport (3.2) qui entourent la masse de matières (5) et la guident vers le haut dans le quadrant ascendant du fond, de sorte qu'elle exécute un mouvement tournant et bascule vers le centre, en évitant un composant de transport en direction de la sortie (1.2) ;
    1.8 les bras de transport (3.2) sont courbés vers l'avant, vus en coupe perpendiculairement à l'axe.
  2. Séchoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les perforations sont en forme de buses et orientées de telle manière qu'elles entraînent les matières (5) vers le haut et les font tourbillonner.
  3. Séchoir selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposée en dessous de la cuve (1) une chambre (10) qui a au moins approximativement la même longueur que la cuve (1) et qui présente au moins un raccord pneumatique (10.1).
  4. Séchoir selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé dans la chambre (10) un dispositif d'extraction (11) qui s'étend dans le sens du transport des matières (5) dans la cuve (1) et qui est au moins approximativement aussi long que la cuve (1).
  5. Procédé pour le séchage de déchets de jardin, en particulier de déchet de tonte hachés et autres matières pouvant être entassées (5), comprenant une cuve (1) horizontale allongée avec un fond dont la section est au moins partiellement ronde et avec une entrée (1.1) et une sortie (1.2), caractérisé en ce que :
    5.1 les matières sont amenées à la cuve (1) à travers l'entrée (1.1) de celle-ci ;
    5.2 la quantité des matières est dimensionnée de telle manière qu'une partie seulement de la section de la cuve soit remplie, à savoir moins de la moitié de la section de la cuve ;
    5.3 les matières sont transportées vers le haut par un organe de transport (3) avec des bras de bras de transport (3.2) courbés vers l'avant, vus en coupe perpendiculairement à l'axe, sur une certaine distance le long de la paroi de la cuve, jusqu'à ce qu'elles basculent vers le centre de l'axe longitudinal de la cuve et que leur mouvement devienne tournant sans que l'organe de transport (3) imprime aux matières un mouvement dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal de la cuve (1) ;
