Claims (76)

  1. Système selon la revendication 61 ou 62, caractérisé en ce que le message d'alerte contient d'autres données qui sont générées par la centrale de maintenance (100) et/ou qui proviennent de la ou des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) dont les données ont déclenché la génération du message d'alerte.
  64. Système selon l'une des revendications 61 à 63, caractérisé en ce que le message d'alerte est généré quand des billets de banque falsifiés et/ou suspectés d'être falsifiés apparaissent.
  65. Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 64, caractérisé en ce qu'une personne de maintenance établit via le réseau (60) une connexion à la centrale de maintenance (100) et/ou à l'organisation de maintenance (106) au moyen des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) ou d'un ordinateur (50) pour demander de l'aide et/ou des pièces de rechange.
  66. Système selon la revendication 65, caractérisé en ce que les travaux entrepris par la personne de maintenance sont transmis via le réseau (60) à la centrale de maintenance (100) et/ou à l'organisation de maintenance (106). \
  67. Système selon la revendication 66, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) et/ou l'organisation de maintenance (106) établissent une facture sur la base des travaux transmis.
  68. Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 67, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) informe la personne de maintenance lorsque des erreurs bien définies surviennent sur l'une des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11).
  69. Système selon la revendication 68, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) transmet à l'opérateur des informations sur le type d'erreur et/ou sur les mesures à effectuer et/ou sur les pièces de rechange nécessaires.
  70. Système selon la revendication 68 ou 69, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) fait en sorte que l'opérateur livre les pièces de rechange nécessaires sur le lieu d'installation de la machine de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) concernée.
  71. Système selon l'une des revendications 68 à 70, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) fait en sorte que les divisions (103) mettent des données et/ou un logiciel à la disposition des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) pour la suppression de l'erreur.
  72. Système selon la revendication 71, caractérisé en ce que les divisions (103) mettent à disposition les données et/ou le logiciel pour la suppression de l'erreur des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) par des moyens de textes et/ou graphiques et/ou optiques et/ou acoustiques.
  73. Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 72, caractérisé en ce que la centrale de maintenance (100) procède à une suppression des erreurs via le réseau lors de l'apparition d' erreurs bien définies.
  74. Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 73, caractérisé en ce que des opérateurs des machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) définissent des données de configuration spécifiques.
  75. Système selon la revendication 74, caractérisé en ce que les données de configuration spécifiques sont enregistrées dans la machine de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11), la centrale de maintenance (100) et/ou l'organisation de maintenance (106) et/ou l'ordinateur de l'exploitant (110).
  76. Système selon la revendication 75, caractérisé en ce que les données de configuration enregistrées d'un opérateur sont utilisées par les machines de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11) lorsque cet opérateur utilise la machine de traitement de billets de banque (10, 11).
