Claims (10)
- Scharnier für Tür- und Fenstereinheiten, vor allem schwere Tür- und Fenstereinheiten, umfassend einen festen Rahmen (1) und einen beweglichen Rahmen (2), deren Profile jeweilige Längsnuten (C1, C2) zum Befestigen von Betätigungszubehör definieren; wobei das Scharnier (3) mindestens Folgendes umfasst:- einen ersten männlichen bzw. unteren Scharnierkörper (4), aufweisend eine erste zylindrische Aufnahme (4a) und einen ersten Flügel (4b), der durch jeweilige erste Befestigungsmittel (5) mit der Nut (C1) des festen Rahmens (1) verbindbar ist;- einen zweiten weiblichen bzw. oberen Scharnierkörper (6), aufweisend eine zweite zylindrische Aufnahme (6a) und einen zweiten Flügel (6b), der durch jeweilige zweite Befestigungsmittel (7) mit der Nut (C2) des beweglichen Rahmens (2) verbindbar ist;- einen Scharnierbolzen (8), der in den zwei Aufnahmen (4a, 6a) unterbringbar ist und die Drehachse (Z8) des beweglichen Rahmens (2) definiert;- dritte Mittel (9), die an der ersten zylindrischen Aufnahme (4a) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (4) zum Befestigen des ersten Scharnierkörpers (4) positioniert sind und die zwischen der ersten Aufnahme (4a) und der Oberfläche des festen Rahmens (1), der ihr zugewandt ist, wirken,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier Folgendes umfasst:- erste Mittel (10) zum Einstellen des Scharniers (3) in einer ersten Vertikalachse (Z) zum Ändern eines relativen Abstands (D) zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (2) und einer Gewindeoberfläche (P); und- zweite Mittel (16) zum separaten Einstellen in einer zweiten Achse (Y), die lotrecht zu einer Vertikalebene des festen Rahmens (1) ist, und in einer dritten Achse (X), die parallel zur Vertikalebene ist;
wobei die zweiten Einstellungsmittel (16) eine Buchse (16a) umfassen, die relativ zur Drehachse (Z8) versetzt ist und zwischen der zweiten Aufnahme (6a) und dem Scharnierbolzen (8) lagerbar ist, sodass ihr Drehen diese kombinierten Einstellungen zulässt, wobei die Buchse (16a) Feststellmittel (17) umfasst, die verhindern, dass die Buchse (16a) in der zweiten Aufnahme (6a) gleitet; wobei die Feststellmittel (17) eine Kugel (18) umfassen, die in einer ersten radialen Bohrung (18a) untergebracht ist, die in der Buchse (16a) in der Nähe des oberen Endes der Buchse (16a) ausgeführt ist; und eine Madenschraube (19), die in einer jeweiligen zweiten Gewindebohrung (20), die lotrecht zur ersten Bohrung (18a) ist, untergebracht ist, die von außen erreichbar ist und mit der ersten Bohrung (18a) in Verbindung steht, um einen Kontakt zwischen der Madenschraube (19) und der Kugel (18) zu gestatten, sodass bei Bedarf das Schrauben der Madenschraube (19) dazu führt, dass sich die Kugel (18) in eine radiale Richtung zur zweiten Aufnahme (6a) hin bewegt, sodass die Buchse (16a) an der zweiten Aufnahme (6a) festgestellt wird. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, beinhaltend erste Mittel (10) zum Einstellen in einer ersten Vertikalachse (Z), die dazu konzipiert sind, einen relativen Abstand (D) zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (2) und einer Gewindeoberfläche (P) zu ändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Einstellungsmittel (10) an der Nut (C2) des beweglichen Rahmens (2) in der Nähe des zweiten Scharnierkörpers (6) positioniert sind und so zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (2) und dem Scharnier (3) wirken, dass der relative Abstand (D) zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (2) und der Gewindeoberfläche (P) geändert wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritten Befestigungsmittel Gewindemittel (9) umfassen, die in entsprechende radiale Durchgangsbohrungen (12) einführbar sind, die so in der ersten Scharnieraufnahme (4a) ausgeführt sind, dass die Gewindemittel (9) in die Oberfläche des festen Rahmens (1) einschraubbar sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Bohrung (12) einen kegelig ausgesenkten Abschnitt (12v) innerhalb der ersten Aufnahme (4a) aufweist, wodurch ermöglicht wird, dass die Gewindemittel (9) positioniert werden, ohne mit dem in der ersten Aufnahme (4a) untergebrachten Bolzen (8) zu interferieren.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Einstellungsmittel (10) ein erstes Gleitstück (13) umfassen, das starr am beweglichen Rahmen (2) durch jeweilige Mittel (14), die zwischen dem Gleitstück (13) und der entsprechenden Nut (C2) wirken, befestigbar ist, und das dazu konzipiert ist, in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Flügel (6b) des zweiten Scharnierkörpers (6) positioniert zu sein; wobei das Gleitstück (13) eine längliche Gewindedurchgangsbohrung (13a) aufweist, die im Eingriff durch ein Gewindeelement (15) steht, das einschraubbar ist und zum Anschlag am zweiten Flügel (6b) gebracht wird, um eine Einstellung des relativen Abstands (D) zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (2) und der Gewindeoberfläche (P) zuzulassen.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Aufnahme (4a) des ersten Scharnierkörpers (4) ein äußeres Abdeckelement (21) aufweist, das durch axiales Gleiten über die Oberfläche der ersten Aufnahme (4a) aufgesetzt wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unteres Ende des Bolzens (8) innerhalb der ersten Aufnahme (4a) positioniert ist und eine darin ausgeführte axiale Gewindeblindbohrung (22) aufweist, wodurch ein Eingriff mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug ermöglicht wird, um den Bolzen (8) bei Bedarf aus dem Scharnier (3) zu ziehen.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den zwei Scharnierkörpern (4, 6) während der Verwendung ein ringförmiges Wälzlagerelement (23) gelagert ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Wälzlagerelement ein Kugellager (23) ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende der Buchse (16a) eine ringförmige Erweiterung (16c) aufweist, die von der zweiten Aufnahme (6a) hervorkragt und deren Außendurchmesser größer als der Durchmesser der zweiten Aufnahme (6a) ist, um ein Element zum zumindest teilweisen Abdecken und Feststellen eines ringförmigen Wälzlagerelements (23) zu definieren, das zwischen den zwei Körpern (4, 6) positioniert ist, die das Scharnier (3) bilden.
