Claims (7)

  1. Ein verstellbares Scharnier (10) für Türen oder Fenster, von der Art, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Behälterkörper (11),
    - einen Zapfen-Tragblock (12), eingesetzt in einen entsprechenden Sitz (25), der in dem Behälterkörper (11) bestimmt ist,
    - einen Zapfen (13),
    - Mittel (15) zum Verstellen der Winkeltrimmung des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) im Verhältnis zu dem Behälterkörper (11) um eine Drehachse (19), die parallel zur Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) ist,
    - Mittel (17) zum Verstellen der Position des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) im Verhältnis zu dem Behälterkörper (11) in eine Richtung, die parallel zu der Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) ist,
    - Mittel (18) zum Verstellen des Achsabstands (20) zwischen der Drehachse (19) und der Achse (16) des Zapfens (13),
    wobei der Zapfen-Tragblock (12) einen Teil (26) hat, der aus dem Behälterkörper (11) herausragt, wobei sich an dem herausragenden Teil (26) die entsprechenden Öffnungen (27, 28, 29) für den Zugriff auf die Winkeltrimmungs-Verstellmittel (15), auf die Mittel (17) zur Verstellung der Position in eine Richtung parallel zur Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) und auf die Mittel (18) zur Verstellung des Achsabstands (20) befinden; wobei die Mittel (15) zum Verstellen der Winkeltrimmung des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) im Verhältnis zu dem Behälterkörper (11) um eine Drehachse (19), die parallel zur Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) ist, ein exzentrisches Element (30) umfassen, welches durch Betätigung desselben die Drehung des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) um die Drehachse (19) auslöst; wobei das verstellbare Scharnier (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Behälterkörper (11) zwei Halbschalen (21, 22) umfasst, die aufeinander geschlossen sind, um so den Sitz (25) für den Zapfen-Tragblock (12) zu bestimmen; und dadurch, dass die Drehung um die Achse (19) in der Nutzungskonfiguration des Scharniers (10) durch die Anwesenheit zweier gegenüberliegender kalibrierter Abstandscheiben (32, 33) im Behälterkörper (11) ermöglicht wird, einer oberen (32) und einer unteren (33), auf denen ein mit dem Zapfen-Tragblock (12) gekoppeltes Schieberelement (34) in konstantem Ruhekontakt frei gleiten kann.
  2. Das Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schieberelement (34) sich in Richtung der Drehachse (19) von einer kalibrierten Abstandscheibe (32) zur anderen (33) erstreckt und seine Seitenwände (35, 36) ein Profil haben, das gekrümmt ist oder aus einer durchbrochenen Linie besteht.
  3. Das Scharnier gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen-Tragblock (12) mit dem Schieberelement (34) über ein Paar von Schrauben (37, 38) gekoppelt ist, die in entsprechende Bohrungen im Innenteil des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) eingeschraubt sind, wobei die Schrauben (37, 38) durch entsprechende Schlitze (39, 40) verlaufen, die im Schieberelement (34) bestimmt sind und sich in Richtung der Drehachse (19) erstrecken, wobei die Schlitze (39, 40) eine transversale Abmessung haben, die im Wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser des Gewindes der Schrauben (37, 38) ist.
  4. Das Scharnier gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (17) zum Verstellen der Position des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) im Verhältnis zu dem Behälterkörper (11) in eine Richtung parallel zu der Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) einen Verstell-Gewindestift (45) mit kegelstumpfförmiger Spitze (46) umfassen, auf welchen von der Öffnung (28) im vorstehenden Teil (26) des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) zugegriffen werden kann und welcher in eine entsprechende Durchgangsbohrung innerhalb der Öffnung (28) eingeschraubt wird, wobei die kegelstumpfförmige Spitze (46) des Verstell-Gewindestifts (45) auf eine schräge Ebene (47) trifft, die am freien Ende eines Einsatzes (48) bestimmt ist, der in den Zapfen-Tragblock (12) eingeführt ist und mit seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der Innenfläche des Behälterkörpers (11) anliegt.
  5. Das Scharnier gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (18) zum Verstellen des Achsabstands (20) zwischen der Drehachse (19) und der Achse (16) des Zapfens (13) eine Stellschraube (50) umfassen, deren Erstreckung derart ist, dass sie durch die gesamte Tiefe des Zapfen-Tragblocks (12) verläuft; wobei die Stellschraube (50) an ihrem ersten Ende einen Kopf mit Innensechskant (51) zur Drehung der Stellschraube (50) hat und das gegenüberliegende Ende einen erweiterten Kopf (52) hat, ausgebildet, um mit Spiel in einen Eingriffssitz (53) eingesetzt zu werden, der in einer Rückwand (54) des Behälterkörpers (11) bestimmt ist, wobei die Stellschraube (50) einen Gewindeabschnitt (56) hat, der in eine Platte (57) eingeschraubt ist, welche innen ein komplementäres Gewinde hat, und in einen entsprechenden Schlitz im Zapfen-Tragblock (12) eingesetzt ist.
  6. Das Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingriffssitz (53) dimensioniert ist, um das Herausziehen des erweiterten Kopfs (52) in Richtung der Achse der Stellschraube (50) zu verhindern und so die Bewegung des erweiterten Kopfs (52) in Richtung der Drehachse (19) und in Richtung, in rechten Winkeln zu beiden oben genannten Richtungen, der Dicke des Behälterkörpers (11) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Das Scharnier gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit Reibungsmitteln für den Zapfen (13) ausgestattet ist.
