Claims (17)

  1. Poignée extérieure de porte pour un dispositif de fermeture d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant :
    - une partie formant carter (2) fixée, à l'état monté, sur une porte du véhicule automobile,
    - une partie formant poignée (6) prévue pour l'ouverture de la porte et logée dans la partie formant carter (2), en pivotant autour d'un axe (4), et
    - un dispositif de blocage qui, en cas de choc latéral sur la porte, bloque un mouvement de la partie formant poignée (6), dans la direction d'ouverture,
    où le dispositif de blocage se compose
    - d'un élément de masse (10) monté, de façon pivotante, dans la partie formant carter (2), élément de masse qui, en cas de choc latéral, effectue un mouvement pivotant en raison de l'inertie de masse, et
    - d'un élément de blocage (14) qui est couplé à l'élément de masse (10) et, pour la durée du déplacement de l'élément de masse (10), peut être déplacé de manière telle, que l'élément de blocage (14) bloque temporairement le mouvement de la partie formant poignée (6),

  3. Poignée extérieure de porte selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de masse (10) peut pivoter autour de l'axe (4) de la partie formant poignée (6).
  4. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de masse (10) est un élément de levier qui, au niveau de l'extrémité libre, est couplé à l'élément de blocage (14).
  5. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (14) se déplace sous l'effet de la force de l'élément de masse pivotant (10) et revient automatiquement à la position initiale en cas de suppression de l'effet de cette force.
  6. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de l'élément de blocage (14) se produit de façon transversale par rapport au choc latéral, de préférence sensiblement de façon parallèle à l'axe (4) de la partie formant poignée (6).
  7. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément à ressort peut, au cours du mouvement pivotant de l'élément de masse (10), être déplacé dans la position de tension, le long d'un guidage (17).
  8. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément à ressort recourbé est retenu dans un plan prédéterminé et, dans la zone de ses extrémités (20), est logé dans des fixations (16), en étant mobile de façon linéaire.

Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité (20) de l'élément de blocage (14), au moins au nombre de un, s'engage, en cas de choc latéral, dans la partie formant poignée (6), ou bien vient en saillie devant la partie formant poignée, dans la direction de déplacement de la partie formant poignée (6), pour bloquer un mouvement pivotant de la partie formant poignée (6).
  13. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la partie formant poignée (6) est maintenue en position de repos au moyen d'un ressort de rappel (22).
  14. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la partie formant poignée (6) présente un étrier de couplage de serrure (24) pouvant pivoter autour de l'axe (4), dans la partie formant carter (2).
  15. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la partie formant poignée (6) est montée en double sur l'axe (4), dans la partie formant carter (2).
  16. Poignée extérieure de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la partie formant poignée (6) présente un blocage de masse (26), dans la partie formant carter (2).
  17. Procédé permettant le blocage automatique du mouvement pivotant d'une partie formant poignée (6) d'une poignée extérieure de porte d'un dispositif de fermeture d'un véhicule automobile, en cas de choc latéral contre la porte du véhicule,
    où un élément de masse (10) monté de façon pivotante et couplé à un élément de couplage (14) est, en cas de choc latéral, basculé en raison de son inertie de masse et, de ce fait, l'élément de blocage (14) couplé à l'élément de masse (10) est déplacé de manière telle, qu'un mouvement pivotant de la partie formant poignée (6) soit bloqué temporairement pendant la durée du déplacement de l'élément de masse pivotant (10),
